This was the best oil change place Ive ever been to. There were 5 or 6 little things they did to make this more convenient, friendly and professional than what Ive experienced at other places. I also had recently bent my wiper blade arm, they pulled it off, straightened it back to perfect, and wouldnt even let me pay them for it. Highly recommend

I come here to service my car. They are always respectful, polite, and smiling. I have never felt uncomfortable here, nor have I ever felt as of they have ever tried to take advantage of me. They are quick and efficient while always providing the best service. I get my oil changes, tire rotations and wipers replaced here. No matter how many vehicles are here, they always seem to work fast. Thank you for great service!

Key was very professional and went above and beyond helping me out. I came in with a nail in my back tire and had an appointment to get to within 30 minutes. He made it his priority to make sure my tire was fixed quickly so I could make it to my appointment on time. I will be sure to come to these guys first for any future help.

Had a blowout with one of my tires that I had gotten from Express oil change but because it was over 5 years old there was no warranty left. they were going to have to order my tires and there was no discount for just buying two tires. Good thing I work at Walmart!

This is a great place for regular car maintenance. I come here for all my oil changes. They are very quick and efficient. They let you know what they think is best for your vehicle but are not pushy about adding extra charges. Key helped me and kept me up to date with what my car needed and what he thought I could wait on.

I was stranded on the side of the interstate and my car dies. My husband called the closest Express Oil Change. It was 5:51 and they we’re fixing to close. They brought me a battery and got my car started and got me to their store so they could replace my alternator. It was after hours and they stayed and worked on it till 7:00. I am so thankful because where we were stranded was not a safe place. I will recommend these guys and this company to everyone I know.

These guys went above and beyond! I was traveling for a conference and got a flat. They made sure I got back on the road safely, drove me in their own vehicle back to mine. And, to top it off, wouldnt let me pay them. Again, these guys were awesome, I cant think them enough. #GODsent

I have got my car repaired here a few times it’s pretty good.

I pay a little more here than I do at the dealership for an oil change but time is money and waiting an hour or more for an oil change that can be done in less than 15 mins is ludicrous. These people are friendly and efficient and Im happy to pay a little more to have more of my time back instead of waiting in a waiting room. You dont even have to get out of your vehicle for exceptional service.

Loved the customer service. Really great servive. Due to the part that was needed it took two days to fix the problem but very great on letting me know what was going on.

Not the normal mechanics I go to but the one I got pairs with pretty much put me back in the game. Was super honest with what was wrong and pretty much had a fuel system cleaning, tune-up and oil change all done in an hourEdit: so this is me editing like 2 hours after my visit and I can honestly feel the difference. The problems Ive been having are either residually going away or disappearing entirely. If Im ever back up here for any reason and I need something did to my vehicle Im coming back to these guys

Well coming back from oxford and my tire was showing wires on 2 of the tires dont let me forget to mention they have closed at 6 we got here closer to 7 and we asked if they could look at it to help us out they helped me out instead of me getting 2 tires I got all 4 brand new tires they are really great people I will be coming back here for now on

I tried to get an oil change with my Subaru here. They advertised 15-minute oil changes. After waiting an hour, they told me that they needed to order a part they didnt have. Then they charged me $70 and told me they would call me when the part arrived. They never called me. When I showed up with my receipt, they said they didnt know what I was talking about. There are a lot of places to get an oil change in Tupelo. Dont go here.

I feel like this express oil change & tire is very racist and its only certain employees that actually care about their customers.i took my car up there two times and they did not do what was suppose to be done and they left the clips to my radiator off.So I do not recommend any body thats black to go there.
