I knew that I needed brake work done. Even though they were busy, they took the time to check them and give me an estimate before they did the work. I needed brake pads and a rotor replaced. They went above and beyond to make sure that my wait was short and comfortable. Then they took the time to explain my warranty and gave me prices for their other services. Half of what I’ve been paying elsewhere. I’m definitely a new and permanent customer. Thank you so much!

I used Meineke for the second time because they rotated my tires on my very first visit and I wasn’t aware that two of my wheel rims were bent and my tires would slowly leak air so I chose them once more because they are the only ones who include free tire rotation with an oil change. I made an appointment online and when I arrived I was told that it would be a 45 minute wait because I should’ve made the appointment by phone instead of in the app. I left to run errands since I would be delayed to get home. When I came back 50 minutes later I still had to wait 10 more minutes which made my wait time an hour. I informed Jason, the attendant at the front desk, that I had a coupon for $10 off a full synthetic oil change. He assured me that he had it in my rewards account and it would be used. After service was complete my total charge came to be $66.91 instead of $59.97 just for the full synthetic oil change and nothing else. I was charged a $10 labor fee on top of the normal oil fee and taxes. I am very disappointed in the attitude, customer service, and extra charge!! I will never use Meineke again.

After having a bad experience at another business, I called Meineke. From the time I called until the service was complete, the service was excellent. They comminuted well with my husband and me, and did an excellent job. Additionally, we only have one vehicle and had to stay there while they worked. The waiting area and restrooms were very clean. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend giving these guys a call if you have a problem that they can help you with.My wife needed the hub assembly replaced on her Escalade. The vehicle was under warranty, which I had called and confirmed that the warranty would cover the work. I checked with 3 other places in Tupelo. They were either booked up for a couple weeks or they didn’t do work under warranty. I went to two places (won’t name them here but one is a very popular tire center in Tupelo) where I was told the warranty was accepted over then phone only to be told they don’t accept the warranty once we arrived. Very frustrating and took hours out of my day.One of these places also quoted me a price that was almost twice as much as I ended up paying at Meineke for the same work.Meineke called back after talking with the warranty company about the work that needed to be done and then proceeded to finish up the work same day. The vehicle was picked up and all issues seem to be resolved with no other problems so far. Even if we did have problems, I feel confident they would stand behind their work and resolve any issues.I would definitely recommend this shop and will be using them again especially if any work covered under warranty is needed.

The service received was excellent from the very professional staff. The problem with alternator was fixed in a timely manner. After the new alternator did not work as expected, they researched the problem, dove deeper into the issue and worked on it until it was resolved. I was not charged extra for additional time after the first alternator did not work as expected. The shop also had quite a lot of traffic that day and everyone was receiving professional service. Best observation was for the help they provided a couple riding Harley who had to get some quick fix done to their bike.

Service was performed on time and at quoted price. Staff was great. Only complaint is scratches on airfilter cover. A crazy little thing, but just looks bad now. They had to remove cover to replace thermostat. Must have just put on floor.

Problem was fixed and they didnt try to sell me any extra stuff. Just fixed the problem it was having and inspected it. And I got a neat little email with a report of any problems they found. They seem a bit expensive though. But thats probably any place you take a car.

I purchased 4 new tires from them 5 months ago. They told me I would have a free rotation and balance. Went there today 4/10/21 they tried to change me 40 dollars for balancing my tires. Told them that they would not get any more of my business. Well lets just say I didnt pay anything

I regularly use Meineke for oil changes on my car. They are usually quick and professional and have been cheaper than most other places. This last time the price had gone up some, but was still cheaper than several other places in town. Sometimes they get a little backed up because so many people use them, but on this date I pulled up, walked in asked if I could get my oil changed and they jumped right on it.

Professional and fast enough. I love the email with details of my service. As an older female, I have felt ripped off by mechanics who either overcharge or say they done things that weren’t done. I didn’t feel that way here. Documentation of services is the best!

The manager, Jason was very nice and well spoken. I had a cv axle replaced on a Nissan at a lower price than anyone else Tupelo. Good, fast communication during the short time I left it with the mechanics.

I had an oil change and all my spark plugs replace. The best customer service ever. It took a while but the waiting area was nice so it seemed to go quickly.

Great crew there they will fix you up and if something isnt right they will make it right i hate it cost me as much as it did but im overall well pleased and can say its worth it.

After stalling on the interstate on a Friday night, the team at Meineke were able to get us in quickly Saturday morning and replace our alternator in a matter hours so we could continue home to GA. We couldnt have asked for better service. We were highly impressed.

The staff were helpful I had my truck back in 24 hours and its running better than it has in a long time. And for what I paid couldnt be happier. Any other shop I would not have been able to afford every thing they fixed.

I have used Meineke a few times and have liked them. The only complaint I have is I had the oil changed in another vehicle and it cost me 39.95 and this time it cost me 60.00. When I ask about it I was told that they did not use synthetic oil in the last vehicle. I told them that I had requested it and was told that they did. I will go back to Hyundai.

I took my car to Meineke in July 2020 for new brakes and brake pads all the way around, paid over $800 only for my brakes to still be scrubbing today. The managers lied and claimed when they drove it a few days ago that the brakes were fine and not making sounds. On 8/25/2020 my car was taken to Meineke due to it quitting on me and a red lightning bolt light was flashing on my dash and they told me it was a fuel pump so they supposedly replaced it, went to pick it up on 8/26/2020 paid $480.00, put gas in my car, on my way home noticed that my gas hand was dropping rapidly only to find out gas was running out of my car while driving (glad no one in front of us decided to throw a lit cigarette out, I could have blown up and lost my life), drove back to Meineke the same day was told that an old part had been put back on after supposedly putting a new fuel pump on. 2 days later car won’t crank, took back to Meineke this time was told it was an electrical issue, supposedly fixed the the problem and was told shouldn’t have any more problems and I needed a battery because a bad battery could make different lights come on. Immediately went and bought a battery with no change to my car. Called and spoke with 2 different managers about receiving a refund and was talked rudely to. They were upset, but my life was left in danger for failurecon their part. I would not recommend Meineke in Tupelo, MS.

Called for brake pads. Guy told me to come in so they could test brakes. Went in for one thing and they said I needed another. Just wanted one thing and it seemed they were trying to get more money by saying I needed other stuff. Didn’t recommend any discounts or coupons. Really acted like oh well. Too expensive for me.

I took my van there because its over heating and they told me that it need a new water line and the other one was broken and they want to charge me $348.00 and when I took it home all it needed is to put the same one back on and tighten it up and thats all I did and now its running great. I would not go there anymore they will try to fix something that doesnt need to be fixed so they can charge you for it

They are always professional and always do very good work. I won’t take my vehicles to anyone else. They never try to pressure you or convince you to get work or repairs that are not needed.

This was my 1st experience with Meineke, and it could not have been better. Nathan was courteous, professional, and very accommodating. As a single, older woman, I especially appreciated their addressing the problem without trying to convince me to have other work done, a practice I’ve encountered with some other repair facilities. Exceptionally good experience.

Use to use a lot. Went for oil change that took 3 hours and tire rotation which wouldn’t perform cause they couldn’t pick a f250 up which was bull had up change oil they just didn’t want to rotate tires.. don’t bs someone that knows the truck can be picked up.

Absolutely super service! My starter died and tapping it with a hammer failed. They asked did I need a free tow and I said yes, but the tow truck was late due to an emergency, so Meineke send over two techs to see if they could get it moving. Even they failed, but then the tow truck showed up and took it in. Meineke called about 30 minutes later with the diagnosis, price and recommendations to replace another part while at it. I approved and it was ready about 2 hours later. Best service experience Ive had in years. Definitely can recommend!

I went for an oil change, I had a coupon for a 24.95 oil change but it wasnt good for my car. The man that checked me in was so nice he still found me a great deal on an oil change for my vehicle! I was in and out of there..
