Read if you want to SAVE $5,000.00 - seriously, not a joke. This dealership is charging $5,000 over MSRP for the Mach E (maybe other models as well). Yes, the car market is a little volatile right now, but this is just greed and an example of how SOME dealers are fueling the frenzy. There are countless other dealers I ended up calling who are NOT charging above MSRP and have stated that their managers refuse to up-charge because they feel it is unfair and unethical. I almost fell for it and started to agree to pay over price, but Im glad I called around first. Save yourself some money and just call a couple other local dealers who are not price gouging the public. Turns out MOST dealers are not over charging, its only the few like this one that are trying to prey on the unknowing.
Change your hours on your quick lane so people arent there at 7am wasting a Saturday morning when you dont open until 830am.
Went to look at a 2015 F-150. Was told by a salesman over the phone that the price was $27,995. Got there, drove it, loved the truck. Once we got back the salesman proceeds to tell me that he looked at the numbers wrong and that the price was actually $37,995. I told him that was WAY over my max budget. After a long stint of them holding my driver’s license hostage and continually asking “what do you want your payment to be?”, I finally was able to snatch my license back from the salesman. He then followed me out to my vehicle trying to show me other trucks that I was not at all interested in. I finally had to turn around and sternly tell him, “Look, I’m leaving. Thank you for your time.” He cussed under his breath and stormed off. I will NEVER be back to Metro, and will continue to steer all friends and family away from them.
Thought I needed a new key, had to pay 300+ for a new one, was asked to pay 40 more to get a key made, said no, apparently it was the truck that was having issue and they wouldn’t refund me for a key that isn’t even programmed, the old one still works after pressing it 50 times….what a scam.Edit: The key wasnt cut, they said it would cost an additional 40 bucks to cut the key, and since the old one already had one I said no. They could just wipe the programming of the new one and refund the money.Edit 2: I was unaware the truck had an issue with they key, I assumed it was they key itself. They told me there they always try to fix the key first then look at the truck, had I known it was the truck, I wouldnt had requested a new key. I assume the diagnostic and repair for the Trucks problem will be in the hundreds?
I would give this dealership one star. 10 stars if you would like a lemon. I bought a car in May of 2020 drove the car for three weeks and the motor went out. I had it towed back to the dealership where they said the motor mount was messed up and would reach back out. After many attempts of me reaching out and going to the dealership they would say they would call me and I never heard anything. I even had a warranty on the car and they refused to give out a loaner car. Now 2021 I get a letter saying they will be selling the car. I still haven’t had a call and I’ve the same number and references for over 5 years. AGAIN DONT EVER BUY A CAR HERE.-TL
Sorry. I clogged the toilet but quick lane did good
Professional salesmen and fair financing can make spending the whole day there a breeze. Even if you dont know what you want, you can be out in a new ride before you know it.
My favorite place to buy new or used vehicles.
Very helpful and friendly workers.
I would give this zero stars if I could. We found a car online that looked awesome and perfect for what we were looking for. My grandparents sent us a link to the car and thankfully I recorded what they sent. The next morning they drove 40minutes to see the car in person and test drive. They were very excited at how nice it seemed. They talked to a salesman who then told them a different price than we had seen just a few hours before. She texted me to look online again and the price has gone up significantly. My grandparents then tried to leave and were chased by the sales person trying to give them the original price as if they were getting some sort of deal. They also gave the wrong Carfax when they asked to see it. This is a sketchy place at best and they for sure tried to take advantage of my grandparents.
Friendly customer service. No long waiting period.
Excellent service put us in what we wanted
I am in love with my 2020 Explorer. James is the best! He knew exactly what I was looking for: right down to the color! Everyone there is so nice and caring. I love the positive atmosphere at Metro.
The service advisors and techs at this dealership were awesome! My car was making an odd noise that other dealers said was normal for a hybrid. The tech here noticed the noise but wasnt completely sure if it was normal. He then agreed to ride with me so I could demonstrate the circumstances that caused the noise to occur. The dealership then replaced my fuel pump under warranty and I now have a silent car. I am beyond thrilled with the excellent level of service that I received at this location and I highly recommend their service department.
Dont go by yourself if youre a female. The sales people prey on females.
Top notch service!
Always friendly @ courteous
These guys will help you find exactly what you are looking for. You cannot find more sincere salesmen. Go see Eric. He is legit and honest.
We bought a Ford SUV on June 14. The salesman was helpful and kind. Everyone was nice and helpful. The issues we had, was when it came down to money matters. The price of the SUV, and 0% finance all changed when the papers were being signed. They came back saying they couldnt do the 0% unless we paid it off in less amount of time. I want to apologize for writing in hast for not knowing the car buying polices.Thank you.
I purchased a Ford Taurus at Metro Ford in 2014, and loved the experience. The salesman (David Sprague) did an excellent job of both finding the right vehicle for me, and helping me get to know, and love the car. The sales process was low pressure and they gave me excellent value for my trade. The delivery was exactly as it should be when you are picking up your new car, fun and exciting. The service department was responsive and clearly focused on making sure I was happy with my experience. Any concerns I did have were dealt with promptly and I was extremely happy with the outcome.I would definitely recommend checking out Metro Ford.
Great service and great salesmen and women.
Great service department! They are so friendly and knowledgeable about vehicles. This is the ONLY place I will take my car to be worked on. Definitely recommend.
Had a really good experience with the Service department-Kathi Long. She was professional and also Will Crump(who fixed several things on my car) acted like he really cared. I definitely will bring it back when I need service. Car runs much better now and feel more comfortable with Ford parts as well. I have a couple of businesses and I value customer service like they provided.
The salesmen are extremely nice, and the car selection is quite substantial
Great fast reliable service. They are knowledgeable and have great personality and attitude and confidence about there job
Awful service dept. My car was in their shop 5, yes five, times last year and each time I paid in full. It was for fuel pump, power steering pump, then something about the oil pan leaking, then the engine mounts, on and on. Once when putting it back together, they striped the oxygen sensor and had to take it somewhere else (??) to deal with this so I picked it up Paid, cranked the car, it sounded like a street rod. Oh my, they got a new oxygen sensor but, oops, didnt put it in. Last time was in Dec. 2016. It has been smelling hot, then the last two times I drove it, I smelled a burning rubber smell. Took it to Express lube on West Main...the oil filter was loose. Tightened it up...no charge. No more burning rubber smell. I know this must have been noticeable in Dec. I dont drive very much at all. How did it just come loose all by itself? Incompetence. Plain and simple.
Great dealership. Service department is beyond compare. I definitely will be a return customer!
I love this place. Always gets me in and out and a great price!! I highly recommend this dealership!! The customer service is impeccable!!
I came to Metro Ford and they really put a smile on my face. They gave me the best deal possible and I left with my dream car. They were patient, very humble, and I truly thank them for the love and kindness.
I purchased a Ford Fusion in October 2012 at Metro Ford in Tupelo, MS. This car has had several recall issues that I have had fixed; however, I am having numerous issues specifically with the door latches.I believe the first problematic occurrence with the door latches happened in October 2017. Of course, a recall was issued on the door latches, so my car was fixed at no cost to me. A few months later, in May 2018, the second occurrence happened. Again, since the door latches were under a warranty, the services and parts were provided at no personal cost. On September 6, 2019, the third occurrence happened and, to my dismay, I had to pay out of my own pocket for the services and parts since the year-long warranty had expired. I was also charged for a new battery since mine died over the weekend before my car could be serviced, which was done on September 9, 2019 at Earnhardt Ford in Chandler, AZ. I spent $534.02 for the door latch, a new battery, and the services needed to replace the parts. I should not have been responsible for paying for these parts, as this is a continuous issue with the car. I’ve even heard of several other customers having the exact same issue with this type of car.The first two issues with the latches were fixed at my home dealership. On Saturday, September 7, 2019, I spent 8 hours on the phone with Ford’s rude customer service representatives, elusive supervisors, and the dealerships (both home dealership and visiting dealership). Those who notated on my account could not even document my issue correctly. On Monday, September 9, 2019, I called to speak with the service manager at my home dealership in Tupelo, MS. His name is Robbie. He agreed that I should not have to pay for this and told me he would get me in connection with someone who might help, a guy named Le’Stephens. After a week of calling both Robbie and Le’Stephens (who are equally impossible to reach due to being out of office so much), I finally talked to them again and nothing was done about my issue. There were several management issues apparently going on in Earnhardt Ford in Chandler, AZ. Dave was the manager then, but I’ve heard there is a new manager now. Dave was just as hard to reach over the phone and I only talked to him once, on the day my third issue occurred, in which he told me to contact my home dealership. This was the dealership that charged me for the services and I will be leaving a poor rating on their page as well. When I desired to write a letter to home office, I was given the wrong address (and I’m just finding that out today) and now I will have to send off a second letter tomorrow.
Went for an oil change and fluid check. I arrived as they opened. The service was quick and friendly. I was through in 30 min.
My brother just bought new transit connect, sharp and our salesman was the greatest Mr James sheffield. 😍
Have to say Mr. Dana Johnson sales manager was a life saver today. My daughters keys got locked in her trunk at Kroger, we called and being the 4th of July service was closed but he sure helped us out. Thanks again Mr. Dana Johnson for all your help today!! Metro Ford team is awesome!!
Absolutely awful customer service. If I could give them less than one star I would. In addition to poor customer service the technicians do not appear to have a clue as to what they are doing. Had to take Ford F1 50 in four different times so they could fix the sunroof. After they supposedly fixed it, it started leaking and rattling. This was not an issue before I took my vehicle in. The last time I took it in for them to fix the problems that they created there was no priority or apologies for the mistake they made. Will never go to this Ford dealership again. I will drive to new Albany next time.
The guy at service counter was very nice. They were pretty quick on getting my escape serviced.
Great service, friendly staff and great prices. Go see them.
I like service getting oil change and tire rotation. It was fast. In and out !!!😊
Helped us with a new car when we lost ours due to engine damage. super helpful and helped us every step of the way. Will be getting our next one from there! Thank yall.
Blessings blessings blessings, this was the most wonderful experience at buying a car Ive ever had.
Worst experience ever! Spent 5 hours in there while my brother in law thought he was buying a truck. At the end when he was ready to sign they changed the price and expected him to just sign unknowingly. Salesman Dennis lies and said he didn’t give the price. I was there and heard his bottom dollar.
Install an fixed lighting, great people.
I didnt buy my car from Ford and it isnt a Ford. I would like to say I locked my keys and phone in my car. A woman suggested I walk to Ford and ask them. I was afraid theyd refuse, but to my luck they said they would! I was very satisfied and if I were lucking for a new car I would defiantly shop there. The hospitality was amazing! My next vehicle just might come from Ford. Thanks again!
Issues mostly with service department. The dealership sold me a used mini cooper. The service department led me to believe they had a tech that could work on BMW/Cooper. I wasted the money on a premium service contract and they fixed very little on the car. Even promised me they could do an alignment, which he told me they did, and come to find out they cant and didnt. We traded in the car at another dealership and now I am trying wait without anxiety for the remaining value of the premium service contract that I cancelled weeks ago. Not expecting to be surprised by their effort in getting me the money, but it could happen.Update: After some confusing phone calls, they called and said my check was ready. It had been printed a week earlier! So they held the check a week, but it didnt bounce. How do they stay in business?
Awful sales and srevice. They do need the 1 star iam giving them. Problems with the Ford Focus i bought from day one. They will not fix the problem, because the car is still under warranty. They are waiting until the warranty is gone then i will have to pay. Dont waste your time. Go to another dealership.
One of, if not the worst customer service experiences from sales to service. 2012 Ford f150 purchased July 21st - 4 days replacement of battery because I would not pay for it and gave me the key code because I would not pay for it. Issues with switching gears or slipping $585 not covered under warranty November 2016- same issue but less dramatic show the mechanic what its doing (take off work and ride with the mechanic) - now, still November, 2016- no heat nor defrost. $300 repair but not Metro Ford. Im sorry had to put one star on this review.
Metro ford rudely called us at 7am from service dept that they refuse to fix our car thats under warranty and already needs a 2nd motor since last year.its been on 2 different ford lots waiting to be fixed in last 4 monthsAnd now told us to come get it,get it fixed somewhere else because of post made by my son on this review site that was the truth and freedom of speech. And we bought the car at metro ford. messagedWTVA for suggestions.Even my lawyer said not to deal with metro ford ever. Has had several calls about poor service.
Took my car here and told them I needed my O2 sensors replaced and they told me they had to run a diagnostic (100$) on it to make sure that was the problem which I understood. They tell me it will be 500$ to replace 2 50$ parts and at max 1 hour labor like ?????????????? I take it back a couple weeks later to have it done and they tell me my car has too many performance upgrades and they cant do the job like ????????? Basically i was scammed out of 100$, would leave a 0 star review if I could.
Keith the black/male repair man in the back gave me great service help me understand my problem and deserve every raise possible I hope to see him my Next visit...
Would give zero stars if I could... Dissatisfied with the quick lane they leave a mess on my truck every time and what I mean is they dont wipe off all the old oil off they just let it drip everywhere Ive told them the last 3 times Ive been in there to clean there mess up and they dont I guess Ill have to go back to doing my own service again will not be back ever again
Friendly people fast work at a good price
Bought a new Lincoln MKX in April. Brought it in for first oil change and had some other items that needed to be addressed (rotten egg smell and some rattles). It has now been in the service department for over 2 weeks. They say they have fixed the egg smell and are now working on the rattles . . . why would you wait to start on the rattles . . . why not check out everything at once so you know if you are going to need parts. I have had two previous Lincolns (different dealership) and had I known the service department was going to be this slow and unresponsive (I have to call them to get updates . . . because they sure dont call me, unless they are returning my call), I can promise I would have gone somewhere else to buy the car. This is making me completely re-think owning the Lincoln at all.
GREAT!This is a great place to shop if you want to buy a car that you cant drive for six months at a time because the engine has blow twice. And the folks at metro let the car sit in the garage for six months putting other cars ahead of yours. My family has bought 4 vehicles from here. We are loyal customers and always maintain oil changes and other maitenenance on our vehicles and metro has made ZERO efffort to make anything right with us or get our vehicleOur car has been waiting for service since August, tommorrow is December 1st.Metro Ford is pathetic.Do yourself a favor DO NOT SHOP HEREWe pay over $500 a month for a car thats been in the shop half the time since we got it .
Very helpful and informative..i bought a beautiful car from them
Liars dont trust pulld credit when asked them not to could not get any straight answers I would highly recommend going elsewhere never had such a bad experience at a car lot ever
I arrived at metro Ford with my wife’s suv that was bought from another dealership. The suv seem to have transmission problems and she is pregnant and drives a lot due to her job. The folks metro went out of their way to put us in a brand new vehicle and keep our payment with in $15 dollars of the old suv that we were upside down in! I can’t thank these guys enough here! May God bless everyone of them.
Its poorly managed. Im currently waiting on my vehicle that was dropped off in July to be fixed. I will not be doing anymore business with metro and while waiting today another lady was experiencing the same issue.
The worst I have ever seen I wish I had never had bought my f250 diesel from the they are liers
Michael was very helpful and has promised to get me in a new car in spite of my recently discharged bankruptcy. With proof of income from the bank and discharge letter we will move forward!
Sky Jones is a wonderful salesman he sold us New vehicle we love it he was so nice got us a good price thank you sky
I went and got an oil change this afternoon notice when I got home that my car was smoking pretty bad popped the hood and notice that the service station employee had left my cap off, and all the oil I had just got changed was now under the hood of my vehicle and all over my motor! I am so dissatisfied with my experience with metro ford in Tupelo, MS.
These guys give car salesman a bad name. Pushy, rude, and always looking for that deal right now. Doesnt matter if customer wants to wait. Website is a total failure, very few prices b/c the goal is to get the customer to call then to the lot. These guys are Neanderthal salesmen; that time has passed.
Awesome great people and ready to help you
It was awesome!! And very quick!!
Would not recommend
No hassle buying was great ...year after buying the service dept is bad
Ask for Kirk Boyd. Great guy.
Awfull service department. Rude on the phone.
Loved the service and the people are great
Never been impressed with the service here. Slow and subpar
Very slow 2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation
He was very helpful and honest
Terrible maintenance departments will never take my truck back.
Bought my last truck at this dealership.

Terrible service and terrible customer service. How can you allow customers to pay for a warranty then not hold up your end. So done with this company!
