This place started an account illegally in my name in an identity theft situation and charged my credit $2,568. They will be dealing with a lawsuit soon, the company and the employees. I would not recommend this place at ALL. I will continue to EDIT and negatively review this place until I get in touch with a PERSON and not a review comment and unresponsive emails. This place is full of it and practices in illegal activities. Beware.

Switched to Verizon from Cricket. Switching back to Cricket when the month is over.I have almost no coverage, and when I do get a signal, the voice is horrible, and the data is less than 1mbit. Unusable most of the time.Second, the woman there wouldnt let me into the store because I have COPD, She wanted me to stand out in the cold. Ill be filing a complaint with the public service commission, and the BBB, possibly even descrimination charges under the civil rights act if switching back becomes problematic.

Really no stars for the scary very intimidating man that chased me out the store and into parking lot threatening me whole telling me to never come back. I literally felt threatened by this Verizon Wireless employee. they never even let me nor another confused customer know we could just use kiosk to pay bill, they had three customers and 4 employees. yet even the intimidating man that wasnt helping a soul didnt even ask lady outside what services she needed, had the bully asked she could have paid her bill and been in and out. there was a lady also being extremely rude about whole situation.

I came in to look at a switching from CSpire to Verizon. My wife was finishing a phone call and was going to come into the store after her call. I was speaking to a customer representative and my wife came in. Another employee who was a black male. He told my wife she could not come in, even though we always make decisions together regarding our phone plans and devices. My wife pointed and told him, she was with me. He said no, you cannot go where I was. He wouldnt allow her to come where I was standing, even though she told him we were looking at buying two phones. He refused to let and she told him she was going back to our car.I didnt hear their conversation, but when I returned to our car, she informed me how rude the employee was. Your company will not be getting our business.

This is a great store to shop at and do business as well. Its where I do my own personal shopping and it has a great atmosphere too. The sales people are always friendly when I go in there and very quick and so knowledgeable at just about anything you wanna know. Great store!

The employees are so rude and do not help their customers. They have lied to get more money out of us after I purchased two brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max and two brand new IPads on Christmas Eve. They didn’t help me activate our phones. It took me 48 hours to get them activated. Sold us the wrong phone went back to try to get the right one and they told us it was sold out and they could call us when it was back in stock. Never received a phone call so I called them and told them the situation only to be told I would have to pay a $50 restock fee because they sold us the wrong phone. I called customer service because I keep being put on hold at the local store nobody would help and they told me they would waive the restock fee and went to store today to try to get the phones swiped and they told us, it was the stores preference rather or not they would listen to customer service. They didn’t dictate what they did in their store. I have until the 14th to take our service somewhere else and I am so very tempting to take it elsewhere. After calling the 1-800 number I was able to get help and get what I needed done. Turns out I had a rebate but had to get a code for and didn’t receive it in store either. I will honestly never walk back in that store.

Nobody knows how to work the phones they sell or their trade in policies. Employees aren’t knowledgeable about the product they sell. They just want to make sales and don’t care about the customer once they have left.

Go to walmart if you want verizon. They wont scam you there. Also you wont have a hold out on your credit due to Charles misspelling your name while doing a credit check. Terrible employee. Openly brags about harassing customers.

The day I went to the Verizon in Tupelo they were extremely busy but were doing a very good job getting to everyone as quickly as possibly. There was a member of management getting every ones name as they came in talking with them briefly to find out what they were needing . Once she had the information from each person she began helping customers complete their business. She assisted me in completing my purchase and I couldnt be happier with my new phone.

I had a bad experience with AT&T. After 17 years as a customer I had an issue with my reception at my house and couldnt get ATT to help at all. I went to Verizon just a block away and wow am I glad I did. I am so dang happy that I can call place and receive calls from INSIDE my house!!!!! Ive been calling everybody!!! Thanks to the rude lady at AT&T on North Gloster to lighting a fire under my butt to try something new!!!!

Not very fast in the store. Got the newest phone mailed to me and when I got it it wouldnt work on any internet. So I carried it to the store they tell me I have to pay 50.00 more dollars to mail it back in with me being a new customer with them and ordered the phone through theming the store. They was no help at all

Not helpful at all. I bought a zagg screen protector for my phone, $40. Lifetime warranty. Lasted 2 weeks. A month later they want to charge me more to replace it. Garbage!!!

I regret everything about switching to Verizon. They were running a promotion on Black Friday for free phones. Well, for 4 months now I have had to call to get my bill corrected because I am still being charged for these phones. The Store Manager isnt helpful. Im having to spend at least 2 hours each month trying to get this corrected!!!
