Showing up at this store to swap carriers was one of the best experiences ever.. The T Mobile associate Summer was awesome, she made it easy and fun!!

There are no words here!Highly disappointed!Worst service EVER!Also, apparently the staff here is useless because there response to EVERYTHING is “I’m sorry you will have to call customer service”!EVEN IF YOU ARE STANDING IN FRONT OF THEM!Don’t waste your time here!

Its a new store, with a useful variety of phones, tablets, other useful wireless hardware and accessories. The spectrum of price points seemed covered. The representative serving us after a wait of less than 10 minutes was knowledgeable and helpful. We left without buying a plan because the one of interest was twice as expensive as we had wrongly heard. Now, back to assessing Google Fi pros and cons instead

Worst customer service I have ever seen at any store. There was an issue with helping my sister get her phone traded in and when I called to get the situation resolved the STORE MANAGER answered the phone by saying “I have caller id, I know who this and I do not have time for games. What do you want.”

I drove 15 miles to get a new phone and new plan.Came home with a cantaloupe!!Seriously!! (ended up at Aldi)Got to T Mobile at Barnes Crossing at 7:20 pm..Store hours on web AND on the store door said closing was at 8:00PM..The store was locked and nobody was to be seen there!!Aparantly its a mystery when theyre really open for business.Special trip made, gas wasted. More important, my TIME was wasted!!!!

If you get tmobil in tupelo you are making a huge mistake. Service Is awful. I was misled by the representative that my service would be comparable to Verizon. I have times that I cant even use this phone in the coverage area. I have talked to Representatives several times to try to resolve the issue. Now Im going to have to pay off my phone and switch providers. Very costly mistake

Came to the store on Monday March 15 at 3 p.m. and it was closed when advertised hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. not dependable. Nobody answered their phones when called nor was there a notice of closure or when they may be back.

Not impressed. Employees were just hanging around waiting for the day to end.

All they do there is sell wireless devices. If you need anything other than that your out of luck. I needed a tablet removed from my account, they told me to call customer service.

Sprint has great customer service. The reps are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommend people to switch to Sprint

We decided to switch to Spring due to their prices. Sprint cut our bill in half per month! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had an awesome experience with the location in Tupelo!!

The overall experience was very good. The employees were very helpful and gave great advice in order for me to make a decision in choosing a phone. I walked out very happy.

Bought in the week after Sprint transitioning to TMobile. Was not comfortable from the beginning, there seemed to be a lot of glitches getting the phone activated, but continued through the process because I had signed everything. I live in Saltillo, MS, and the service is horrible. I called the store and was told there was no reason I’m not getting service....that I could bring the phone in...............

I had the best service with this store! They helped me switch providers and set everything up! I highly recommend!! (Also, their store is right across from Sonic, next to Starbucks, it’s not by Kroger anymore) 😀

Kyonna was very helpful in helping me upgrade to an iPhine and Apple Watch. She worked very hard with me for 5 hours getting everything changed over. Glad to have a store close again. Will be back when needed and will refer others to them

So glad we stopped in to see what sprint had to offer. We had been with CSpire for years and while they were good to us the different in prices made it an easy decision to drop CSpire and go with Sprint. My 5 family members all got new phones and saved over $100 a month in billing. Even the phones we each got were a much better price.Kyonna and Rod were outstanding in service and knowledge of what was best for each of us.
