Being rude to customers have never worked and never will!!! I would rather shop on line or other Kays in the future! Sometimes its the workers thats ruining business and in this case....it was a Kays associate. Thank you and NEVER WILL RETURN!!
Always friendly and courteous service until recently. The store hours are listed as 12:30 opening on Sunday . However, they do not open until inventory is finished as I was informed in quite a rude tone by the person who answered the phone after 1:00 pm. The opening time should be changed so that customers who have other things to do can plan accordingly. Surely one of the persons in the store could have informed the waiting customers of an approximate time of opening, rather than a rude, angry tone of voice.
Well I have had one good experience there and Im looking forward to doing business with them to hug you in for me and my future wife these are two pictures of us together forever

I spend thousands in this store in other states but tupelo, ms has to be the most unprofessional. Each time I step in that place they rather talk to a friend instead of me. Maybe its my choice of clothes, age or just me.
Im betting this woman is Pam (went and verified it or indeed Pam) by the description of other posters. I am also betting she was a nasty mean girl in school. We were doing the trick or treating thing last night. EVERY store except Kays was exceptionally nice. This blonde woman who was accompanied by a brunette lady was very rude to my sons. When they stepped up to them she said BYE. She also said to my son with braces who was a vampire...You might want to have some dental work done. This womans level of decorum and professionalism was an atrocity. Im going to further place my bets on her being the wife, girlfriend, mistress or family member of someone who keeps her incompetent tail working there. We continued on through mall. When we were done and I had cooled off I returned to the store with one of my sons. I asked why she had refused my sons candy. She said because they are older. My sons are minors. I wouldnt have had as much of an issue with any of this if she had of just said that to my sons... Or maybe if she had of said Im saving the candy for the little kiddos (yanno, since shes the judge on the appropriate age of trick-or-treaters). I proceeded to tell her my sons ages and that we were out doing this as a family. That instead of my children being out getting into trouble that we as a family unit were participating in good fun. This woman needs to reevaluate her judgmental attitudes among other things. I guess maybe her Mother never told her not to judge a book by its cover. I really hope someone listens to their customers, reviews alone speaks volumes. This woman needs another profession or a serious attitude adjustment.

Yesterday I took my fiancé into Kays to try on ring enhancers for my solitaire engagement ring. When the salesperson Pam came over I pointed to a ring and asked if I could try it on so my fiancé could see it. She asked to see my ring, and without my permission she proceeds to look at my diamond under a louper and test my diamond with a diamond tester.... I was beyond floored! She tested my diamond then goes on to ask me have I ever wondered like I didnt know the quality of my own diamond and would be surprised that it was an actual diamond! I told her I didnt need her to test because I knew what I had, a G color, VS1, 1 carat round diamond.... throughout our visit she was rude to my fiancé, when he asked to see one thing, she would say oh no Im gonna show you this, very overbearing and not caring to show us things we wanted to see until after wed asked several times. Finally we left deciding not to purchase anything from Kays. Pam should really get a refresher on customer service and only test peoples jewelry when asked, her behavior was very disrespectful and we were very offended!
Love this store and the store manager Rhonda Thomas is the best.

Very poor customer service. The manager was rude not only to customer but to employee in front of customers. I took my business to Reeds. KAYS AT BARNES CROSSING WILL NOT GET MY BUSINESS .
