Excellent Customer Service!! We took my wifes wedding set in to have the bands worked on. My wife wasnt happy with how the ring turned out when we picked it up. Ms. Patty offered to refund our money in full and re-do the setting to ensure that my wife was happy with the rings. Although we would not accept the refund, we allowed her to redo the set. The new setting looks amazing and my wife could not be happier with how it turned out. You cant fully tell how good a companys customer service is until after a problem arises and the steps they take to resolve the problem. They did everything necessary to ensure that my wife was happy with the end product, no matter what it took. I would definitely recommend anyone to use them in the future.
