I purchased a dining table from Room To Room in January 2021, it arrived to the store in July. Unfortunately, the table arrived damaged so I reached out for assistance to make it right.Even though I was the wronged customer, I was met with the task of doing all the work. I had to disassemble damaged table, reload, drive back to Tupelo, and swap out the table. Which is more work and cost on my end to make it right than on Room To Rooms end. (I live within their delivery area and they had another table in stock.)I would advise any customers to thoroughly inspect their purchase before leaving (even if it is boxed up) because the odds of it being made right (without a disproportionate amount of effort on consumer’s end) once you’re out of the parking lot is slim to none.

Its okay, we couldnt find the perfect living room set at a price that would suit our needs. The staff were friendly and let you wander without harassment. Mostly lighter colored sofas and chairs here, if you are looking for something darker in fabric color try elsewhere. We were able to locate the sectional we want at Ashley for a fraction and with a more convenient color option.

Helpful sales people, not annoying. Tommy Wilkerson answered all out questions and offered good information. Next time I need furniture, Ill start at Room To Room. Very pleased.

Will never come back to this furniture store. This store treated us so disrespectfully. The girl at the counter couldn’t count money and told us what we owed after she counted 3 times what was already paid, so we paid what she told us, got our receipt and pulled around to get our furniture as told, just to get ready to leave and the workers were standing outside blocking the drive saying we shorted them money. Worst experience ever. I don’t recommend and I for sure will never be back. It was the workers mistake, not ours. If employees can’t count money, don’t hire them. This not a way to run a business especially treat customers.

Very disappointed!!!! I visited this store yesterday with the internet of purchasing a dining table and sofa. I walked in about 10:30 am with a 2y/o in hand. Immediately saw about 4 associates standing around. Walked through the entire store passing by associates that were not helping anyone with the sweet toddler in hand saying “excuse me” as we passed by. Before exiting the store I saw the owner of the store, who did as the associates were doing, IGNORING ME!! Not one person spoke to me or asked could they help me. I will never purchase from a store that can’t say hello to me and ignore my presence!!! Good customer service makes or breaks a store for me!!

Our salesman Jeff was very polite and professional. He was able to help us pick out the perfect living room set which was a challenge. Over the past few weeks we have visited several other furniture stores and staff didn’t seem to care if we found anything or not. It was a totally different experience at Room to Room Furniture. Melissa went above and beyond to take care of my needs!! I explained to her my situation and not once did she say she couldn’t help! She communicated with me through text with great deals because I couldn’t get off work at the time. When I tell you she gained a lifetime customer, she did just that! Found what we were looking for in the store and was happy with salesman while in the store but there is a huge breakdown in communication betwen their delivery people and salesmen. Charged more for delivery than originally quoted and took weeks to deliver. Delivered damaged goods then took weeks more to replace. Couldnt get people to call me back. Had my money for over 2 months before finally getting the damaged furniture replaced. No follow-up call to make sure all was right or to apologise and no offer for any kind of discount for all the trouble.

Room to Room has the best selection and they have something available at every price point. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. Room to Room has everything...you never know what kind of treasures you will find. I love coming to look. The store is full of inspiration.

Purchased a couch, love seat, 2 recliners, end table, rug, and a dining room table w/6 chairs.. 8 weeks later I am still waiting on 2 recliners and the love seat and THEY STILL DONT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL BE IN!!!! Updating 4 other rooms in the house and with the customer service we are getting, we will not be using this place again.. Apparently they do not believe in repeat business..

My visit to Room To Room was simply amazing!! I was greeted promptly and I asked for Sheila Miller. She was with another customer so I waited on her. With her expert guidance, I was able to make selections that will be delivered to my daughter’s apartment very soon. I was able to furnish the entire apartment from Room To Room and were very excited. I’ve shopped there for almost 20 years now (preciously Hancock Furniture) and the professionalism it superior and out ranks any other furniture store. I purchased a couch from Room to Room . Custom Order. The owner delivered it herself on a rainy day . She got soaked looking for my key to get in . I was impressed with her persistence to deliver the product on time in excellent shape . Later I found a small slice in the couch . I reported the damage . The owner immediately contacted a repair man . The repair man came immediately. Once he realized the part would need replacing an order was placed . Once the part came in it was promptly replaced . The skills of the repair man were excellent. He was polite and professional . I will return to Room to Room. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture .

And Becca, Interior Designer, was also helpful I’m making this decision and choosing just the right rug and accessories for my room. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable of the inventory, and extremely helpful. We browsed through each of the three large buildings, without any high pressure sales tactics, unlike many other stores. Shelia, our sales associate, directed us to what we were shopping for, and she checked in with us, several times, to answer any questions we had. Room to room is a wonderful place. Every time we go, we enjoy looking at furniture. I will say there is not much in there that young people like myself can afford so we couldn’t get much. I wish there were more items available that were in a young newlywed couple’s price range.The people are so nice and helpful. I enjoyed everyone I talked to. Our biggest negative is the wait time on the furniture. We bought a bedroom suit and at the time of buying, the bed was not in stock. They said it would take a week, maybe two, max. It’s been over a week and I called to see where it was. They told me it’d be another 2-3 weeks. We don’t like how long it is takingand we know several others that have had these same issues. Hopefully the bed will come soon!

Shelia Miller was beyond kind and so very thoughtful. I saw a leather sofa that I loved, but nothing matched it and the maker had discontinued the item. We love Room to Room! The selection there is incredible! We had a hard time deciding which piece we liked the best because there was so much to choose from. What a wonderful experience I had shopping for furniture at Room to Room. We were welcomed by many staff upon entering, and Jeff went over the layout of the store. He let us tour and was available when I was ready with questions. I ended up needing to go home for measurements and returned the next day to make my purchases. OVERLY PRICED. Same chair at one store was 1600 and they had it for 2200. Service was terrible. Our sales person just left us in the middle of us looking. Then we got another person to help us and as we are trying out the chair he was showing us, he said help yourself and left us. We were needing guidance through the store and feel that a sales person leaving you is not good service.

I have shopped at Room To Room on multiple occasions. I’ve gotten everything from mattresses, chairs, rugs, a sofa, home accessories to Christmas decorations and gifts.
