Great place to grab what you need for most jobs/hobby. The manager is very nice, friendly and helpful. One of the women checking out has a quick fuse to a smart mouth and attitude, but dont let that stop you from shopping here. One of my favorite stores, as well as my husbands.

Looking for some dollies and Led flashes, only found the flashes. Check out was, let us say, troubling. The check out female, and I will not honor her as woman or lady was not wearing her mask over her nose (nor was the managerial person) and as I showed her my phone to scan for a coupon, she snatched (correct word-grabbed will also do) it out of my hand and turned off the screen in so doing. Scan failed-surprise. This enraged me as it is my phone, I did not offer it to be taken, and I am at very high risk of viral complications.Nice training. Hopefully I will not become ill in the next two weeks...

Great place to buy tools at descent price. Store is clean. Only reason for giving 3 stars is the employees need to be knowledgeable of the tools and equipment they are selling. I noticed an instance today where an employee did not know anytbing about what the customer was asking him. He admitted he didnt know what he was talking about. And thats not the first time ive ran across this.

Just came to run an errand for my husband but the workers are very friendly and willing to help you look for what you need.

This place has gone to hell in handbasket, the till staff ate as grumpy, rude and unhelpful as you could find, scraping the bottom of the barrel...tools break easy, place stinks!

This location is alright I guess. Most of the staff are nice and helpful.A manager I had encountered was less than friendly. But I suppose Im in there to get tools not find friends. But I digress.They were having an 3-day open box clearout sale the other week and the add showed that the added discount got larger each day. Something like 35% then 75% then in the last day something like 89% off the marked price.I came on the second day of the sale and bought 2 items that were open box.And the manager only would take 30% off nothing more even when I showed the add. She pointed out that in tiny letters it says up-to.Kinda rubs me the wrong way. How the staff chose to handle it that night. & the Mis leading advertisement just to get you in the door.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Cheap tools and great discounts. Purchased a 2 burner outdoor propane tank heater for less than $60 with a 20% off coupon I received through email and got a free set of screwdrivers too. Awesome deals for the bargain hunter. Just remember you do sometimes get what you pay for.

I always forget what a good selection and reasonable prices Harbor offers. Not someplace I have cause to go to very often, but when I do I usually find what Im looking for and a couple of additional things I can also use. The reasonable prices allow me to pick up that odd item that I know Ill need someday, and I invariably do.The Tupelo store also has a helpful and friendly staff, in my limited experience, which adds the the enjoyment of browsing the selection they have packed in that little store. I really need to go more often...

Outstanding place to shop all tools are great tool performance is about how you take care of your tools not what companies made them!

Its okay but they dont always have what they say and dont expect high quality . Mostly stuff made in 3rd world countries.Also dont be disappointed if you drive 60 miles to purchase something they told you over the phone they have in stock but they dont.Happened to me twice.Better to order big items like concrete mixer and such online and have shipped to your house.

They have quite a lot of tool options to choose from when you shop here and I would definitely suggest anyone to check this place out for any type of tools from paint guns, air compressors, and any type of hand tools you could think of as well! The staff was very helpful and even checked the back for extra things that was empty on the shelves to find what I needed!

Harbor Freight is my favorite store. They have the best prices on hard to find items and specialty tools.

I am an frequent shopper and I can get assistance any time even if its just that I have a question about the items that I am looking for. Theyre all great folks willing to help you out when you ask for it. And the only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is the store really needs to be bigger.

This store has a lot of items to look at. I really like going to that store in Tupelo, Ms.

Need more cashiers. Every time I go in, there is always a long line at check out. Cashiers also need to be more friendly with customers.

I went to get a new drill. I was scared of the drill they had wouldnt stand up like I wanted. Their drill might be just as good as the one I bought. I got a Ryobi, brush less, one plus, hammer drill.

They were out of what I want, there were several tickets that you are to give to them. I through that if there were tickets then they had the thing in stock. I drove 30 miles to get it.

The people working in harbor freight are the least professionals Ive ever seen. I ask a worker to get me a lawn mower Jack and she turned around and started helping someone else and left me standing there. Then she walked back to the front by the cash register and stood there. Never got any help. They also have to finish their dumd gossip before they will help you. They are rude as well. Vi try to buy something there every month but maybe I need to go somewhere else
