The store was terrific. I was met at the door by a lovely lady that walked me to the plumbing area. She then sent a guy to help me. Without a doubt the best store and the kindest people in Tupelo. I am from Biloxi and was impressed with the southern hospitality they showed me. If you need hardware items go here first, you will be glad you did.

This is a great place. Personal service and everything under the sun you need. Why go to big box stores when there is such a great LOCAL place where you get personal service. Shop local!

Parking is limited, but theres a free city lot across the street.

A real hardware store where they pretty much have everything, especial hard Rio find weird stuff. If they dont have it, they can usually refer you to another local place that does. Worth the trip.

Visited this shop a few years ago while on a trip to Tupelo to see Elvis related things. I was greeted by Howard, really nice man who worked there. He told me the Elvis story and ended up having a coffee at the end.I highly recommend this stop to anyone! I hope Howard is doing well! :)

Went in today and picked up a guitar and some cool picks this is a great place lots of hardware supplies and other cool stuff to include guitars and souvenirs, nice helpful people and also a must see if your an Elvis fan (where he got his first guitar as a kid). The town of Tupelo is also a great place to visit, everybody was welcoming, worth a trip I absolutely loved it.

Loved this place. You could feel the history in every step you took as the floor boards creaked under your feet. They have wide variety of things that are not easy finds. The staff is super friendly. You dont want to miss a visit to this place!

Usually ok to deal with, but going downhill lately. Waited patiently 15 minutes today. When I finally got acknowledged, I asked to borrow a measuring tape to check a couplings width.The guy wouldnt put the tape in my hand, instead asking me where the part was that needed measuring. I told him it was still on the shelf and that I just needed the tape for a minute to check it. He actually said he was worried about the tape walking off. Well, thats just what I did and wont be back.

Nice store, interesting history and has things available that you dont see in the big box stores. Like an old-time town hardware store, the people are very knowledgeable and aware of their product lines, unlike much of the staff at Lowes, etc.My new go-to place when I need hard to find items.

If you are looking for Elvis roots in Tupelo, a visit to this shop should not be missed. It was here where Elvis mother bought his first guitar. Beautiful authentic shop that seems to have never really changed since. Step on the cross on the floor where Elvis got his very first guitar in his hands, and youre guaranteed to get goosebumps.We had a very nice conversation here with the incredibly friendly lady behind the counter (see photo). She was also the president of the Tupelo Elvis Fan Club or something similar, so she managed to tell some great stories about Elvis that you would never hear otherwise.

This store is pure history, now part of the Legend, from that magical day when Mama Gladys brought eleven-year-old Elvis to let him choose a birthday present ... he wanted a small Elvis rifle, but his mother persuaded him to take a nice one guitar .... told him ... PLAY IT, MAYBE YOU A DAY YOU COULD BECOME A GOOD SINGER ... ❤️🙏😍
