I purchased a mattress and base from for a total of $3548 plus tax paid in full and carry out no delivery with a 90 day in home trial, base was sold and price matched to other local competitors (JC Penny and Mattress Firm). when I went back to exchange for the more expensive mattress in less than 90 days due to being unhappy with the comfort, I was told I would only be allowed 2200 for my mattress when I payed 259, and the price of his Tempur-Pedic was increased tremendously from April 19, 2021.There was a misunderstanding on my part as to the price which was causing the difference, I found the error as I was looking at a completely different tempur line up apologized to Gerry and took delivery of the new mattress. just goes to show the customer is not always right because in this case I was wrong

We came in late Saturday afternoon. He stayed after hours to help us find the correct mattress we needed. The first time I slept on it was last night. I’m usually tossing and turning all night. Never moved except for getting up to go to the bathroom. I wasn’t tired or sore from sleeping. I’m so impressed with the comfort and support of this mattress. I will be back if I ever need anything else.

Oh my I got a really good deal on two sets of mattresses along with delivery for free. I will definitely shop here again and mattresses were awesome 5th o sleep on

Im a single mom. It took me a long time to save up for a mattress. Purchased a mattress November 19, 2019. I paid little over $1,000.00 for a mattress from these folks. Im standing there thinking and then discussing how Im gonna get the mattress home, not even realizing at the time that they deliver mattresses everyday to ppl that buy from them. Not only did Jerry not speak up and say mam we deliver to our customers. He sat down and was gonna try to charge me to rent a penske truck from him but because it was so close to the holidays penske rates were like $150 per day. So I pay in cash mind you for the mattress and have to leave my mattress at the store and go home for over a week and try to rack my brain on how I am suppossed to get this mattress home without spending a fortune that I dont have. These ppl never called my phone and offer to deliver my mattress. I wound up haveing to find someone with a pickup truck and be out another $100 to rent a trailor from uhaul to go 63 miles and get this mattress. After I got it picked up on November 26, 2019, I had a couple ppl tell me they are suppossed to deliver the matttress when you are good enough to buy it from them. I think thats horrible in itsself. Then I get back with the $1000.00 mattress no box spring either just the mattress and I try to sleep on it and I cant it is way to hard. I have a disease that I have suffered with since 2006 and it has caused deterioration in my back and everything else. My backs all messed up. Mind you again Im single I have no idea what Im doing so Im thinking a firm mattress is what I need for my back. But I cannot sleep on this mattress, I had to go back to the couch. So I called Jerry the next day and he answers the phone and says this is Jerry. I tell him I slept on this mattress one night and I cannot sleep on it. Since I paid $1000 for it can he please let me exchange it for a softer mattress. It would not hurt them to let me do this. I have not had this mattress at my home even one night!! Also mind you this mattress was not new when I bought it. This was the display model. They refused to give me the new mattress because they was giving me such a great deal if I wanted this mattress I would hve to settle for the display model which is used. So I think the very least they could do is let me exchange it for another display model. When I tell Jerry this over the phone he actually says to me...oh this is not Jerry...this is Gary....I thought you said Gary Im sorry I will have to speak to Jerry about it. But I dont think theres gonna be nothing we can do for you!!! He did tell me sometimes they do comfort exchanges but of course on this particular mattress that I paid $1000.00 for he just didnt think he they was going to. I will be making this post on the better business bureau and I also have let it be known with all my friends and family as well. This is horrid to do a single mom this way. No delivery for one then I call the very next day and as much money as I gave you ppl you cant let me do an exchange.
