Storage area was clean. They did forget to put my lock that I had to purchase online (no option to remove the lock). Not a big deal because I had my own lock, and even though I paid for it, I saved a lot more money because of the half off first month deal.Overall great price in a good area, and I feel that my belongings are secure in a clean unit.

I made a reservation, I made arrangements to move what I have left of my life to this facility. I lost almost everyone in important to me last year. And I finally thought I had the strength to move forward. I was absolutely wrong... I arrived at the Tupelo facility with just enough money to obtain the building I had reserved to only be shrugged of to the side by inconsiderate, heartless people.... Who claim there is nothing to be done. I hope they realize, that I lost people last year only to lose everything pertaining to them and my life this year because some how, somewhere between my reservation and the messenger as they called themselves.... I would never recommend either company for any purpose whatsoever. One of the worst experiences I havent had with such a company. And answering services are of no use at all! They do not even deserve the one star I was required to be able to post.

Office staff was friendly & informative! The process to start a storage was fast and simple. The facility is very clean, accessible, and makes for an overall great experience. I am satisfied that I chose Tupelo Self Storage!

Great Place to do business

We recently had to shift our things from the west coast to Tupelo as we are moving. There was a mix up somehow with an email that I thought was from Tupelo Self Storage; however, it turned out to apparently be a scam.The folks at Tupelo Self Storage went above and beyond to accommodate us despite this email mix up. Beyond this, there was a large dolly to assist us with moving our things from the truck to the unit. The place was clean and it is clear that the climate is well controlled in the facility. Not only that, but there is a bathroom available for their clients as well as cold water whenever the office is open.Highly recommend the place and the staff to you!!!
