All I needed was information about our Soundsystem at church, the gentleman that owns the place was so nice and helpful. I had been to best buy first and no one even acknowledged that I was there. Thankful for businesses like pro concert are still around

Thing is, I go by there and just graze around in there. I play just about every guitar they have. Occasionally, I buy something small (capo, strings, etc.) the staff has never been anything but friendly. High prices? Maybe. But try to find someone of the character of these guys. They don’t mind talking about their faith. The store is clean. Visit the other store in town......

Great guy. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Took a fender bass amp in to have a knob and pot replaced. When I was picking it up, they quoted me $139:00. This is a $30.00 fix at most repair shops. However, it’s Tupelo and choices are limited. Took 13 days to get it back. So, if you are needing any kind of repair work done, look elsewhere.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great guys! Even gave me a free guitar lesson. As a beginner ill take all the help I can get. Will be back

Not the pro concert I once loved. Selection is mainly generic or beginner, or simply just random. The back shop isnt really savvy on vintage amps. I took a vintage amp that sat weeks repeatedly calling to check the status and if I got an answer, it was either hasnt been looked at yet to finally we just cant figure it out. Took it to backstage in Starkville and it was done in no time. Tech called me every step of the way too. The new store and selection just isnt what it used to be.
