Terrible.... $185.00 per customer complaint of vehicle... Way too expensive when it takes a fraction of the time to do diagnostics of a vehicle... They lied and said it took 4 hours to look at it. After further investigation they said they charge per complaint not the actual time they spent on it.... If your looking to lighten up your wallet or bank account look no further.... If you want to save money on a vehicle repair or diagnostic do your homework and go somewhere else for business..

The staff and specifically Armando, my sales man was amazing!!!! He helped me every step of the way to preorder my TRX, answered any questions I had at anytime of the day. Everyone there was very friendly and on it with whatever was needed. I will definitely purchase my next car with them.

Here’s my short story. Took my Jeep in for a funny sounding wheel. They took my transmission out of my car without consent. We decided to take my car to a family mechanic who found a ton of broken parts. MY mechanic told me they tampered with my car and I’m lucky I didn’t crash and burn on my way to to the new shop. Raymond is directly responsible don’t let this man or this dealership touch your car.

Went to purchase parts. There was a long wait just to get someone to the parts counter to help me. Once help came, the lady wasn’t knowledgeable at all. She looked up info for me, however did so incorrectly. She didn’t know how many quarts I needed to flush transmission. She gave me three, and turned out it needed more. I had to go back to purchase more, making this back and forth a total headache! She should’ve known the first time.

Watch your back with these scammers! They had 2 of the same model on lot, one 3k less than the other. The more expensive one was missing a chair so we obviously wanted to look at the other one. When we went in for paperwork they tried to charge me the more expensive price saying it was a error and they put wrong tag on the car. Then they show me a carfax and there was nothing, it was clean but I get into another Dodge, Jeep, Ram to trade in and find out there was damage over 2k reported losing us 3k-5k on our trade in value. All they care about is a sale double check everything when dealing with Turlock CDJR.

Compared to the experience that I had at one of the Bay area dealerships, I can tell you right now I will never go back to them... this is the dealership that you need to go to imo, my experience was fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure that any questions I had were answered and if they did not have an answer to my question they would go ask someone else to follow up with it.... they were very informative and the paperwork was a breeze. Went to look at the Buick Verano that was priced at $13.885.00. I test drive the car and wanted to purchase the car. After sitting down with the sales man we look at the number for the sales price of the car and they came back to me with $16.985.00 out the door. My sales tax in my county was $1,200.00 plus DMV fees ECT…. This is clear sign of trying to over charge a customer. Ask the manager where did you get these numbers from? they don’t add up, he didnt want to tell me he was trying over charge me, but I look at numbers closely all the time, because of work I do for a living.I got up and walked away after asking the manager where did those numbers come from, wasn’t interested in playing games. Just want to purchase a car and move on.Bad experience at the dealership

Went in looking to trade in my v6 camaro for a v8. Louis a salesmen and Harvey the sales manager were incredible helpful in the entirety of the process. They made me a deal being that I was purchasing a used car as well as being a first time buyer. With the help of my mother being a co-signer. Highly recommend that you ask for these two.

They also, did my oil change, and did my inspection because I just bought a 2015 GMC Sierra from them great people, & great service! The service manager even came and dropped it off himself and handed me the keys, himself. So my hats off to you service manager, no name needed it was a team effort!!!

The service on the vehicle was very slow. Had to wait 2 and a half hours for a simple tire swap. If I had known they would take this long I would have done it.

Unprofessional sales rep and management, I walked in for a test drive on a 2018 charger at first I wast taken seriously and they were even hesitant to even let me test drive, once I sat down to talk numbers it got worse, they will charge you over any little fee they possibly can, seems like a shady business trying to squeeze as much money as they can any way possible out of unsuspecting customers.

Bought a 2020 SRT Hellcat widebody differential went bad in less then 3k miles... Got it towed over to the service shop and they declined to cover it under warranty.. none of the sales rep or mangers wanted to help would never go their to purchase a vehicle

Our experience was great! I spoke to Harvey, the sales manager, over the phone 4 times. He was just as pleasant at the dealership as he was over the phone. Martin, the lot manager, was the nicest person in the world. He took us out to the car lot in a golf cart. Gary the finance manager was efficient with all of the paperwork. It was a pleasant experience and we never felt pressured. Scott our sales consultant was great at listening and responding to our needs and questions.

Terrible customer service they sell used clean title cars with bad brakes

I was very disappointed today with this place my husband and I went in to purchase the car we wanted sat in Ramons office gave him all our information and towards the end of the process he tells us someone else was looking at it at the moment who was interested. Ramón went to the sales agents office to come back to tell us the car was no longer available it had been sold because this person over the phone had everything set up already according to Ramón. He lied to us we felt like we were at an auction and they sold it to the highest bidder. I had never had that happen to us at any of our purchases at any car dealer in our lives. This was truly a bad experience very unprofessional Of them. I will never consider buying from them or refer anyone to have this happen to them. Be ware you may not get what you want and have your time wasted to leave empty handed. It felt like our purchase was not good enough and decided in the middle of things to decline our offer.

Had a great experience at Turlock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! The staff was friendly and professional. The used truck I bought from themIs very clean, I almost feel like I got a brand new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership.

Needed a replacement for lost key, they towed car to their servicevarea, kept it for three days without doing anything. The service guy was abrupt and rude when we continued to call for updates. His manager blew us off when told about his attitude. They finally gave us the key, charged $180 or the key, $100 for the tow. I dont know if thats allowed prices but their attitude is very poor.

If you cant be bothered to respond to a customer inquiry email about a purchase after 48 hours, I cant even imagine how lackluster sitting down with your dealership to actually purchase a car would be.

Their customer service is not what we expected. We had an appt to see a truck. On our way there (1 hour drive) the salesman called saying they sold the truck. See decided that we would go back home since they didn’t have any similar trucks. Another hour drive home. Once we got home, the salesman called again and said they had made a mistake and he though that the truck we were interested in was sold but it was not. With some convincing, we decided to go back to take a look. By this time, the dealership was closed. We give them one star for staying open for us but we did feel very pressured to make a purchase because they waited for us and because we were the only ones there. They were not open for negotiation and the manager kept saying “it’s late. It’s later. We are closed.” We knew there weren’t any other trucks like the specific one we were interested in, so we ultimately made the decision to purchase. (Hoblit Dodge provides better deals, just saying). After signing all the documents, we were good to go. The finance manager was the only person who was really direct and fair. He was able to work with us on getting the down payment another day. The truck we purchased was a diesel so it requires DEF....the truck we purchased needed the DEF to be filled. They could not do it the day of purchase, which meant we had to make another trip out there. Then, as we were doing a walk around the truck, we noticed the front and back bumpers had scuff marks. The salesman took pics and said they could get it fixed. We shook hands and called it a night. On the way home, we turned the AC on and it didn’t turn on at all. This is a brand new 2021 Ram Laramie. How does the AC not automatically work?!?!? Frustrated, we call the dealership the following day to make sure that when we bring the truck back on, they can add the DEF, fix the scuffs and AC. Two days later, we get there and the managers say they cannot fix anything because we need to make an appointment. Very very frustrating because we called two days before and the day of to let them know we were going to stop by and they said everything would be fixed. Now they are telling us they cannot and that an appointment needs to be made. We fought it and then they decided to try and fix it all. We got there at 11:30am and were there til about 4pm...with no updates....no comped lunch or shuttle offer....just sitting there. We decided to all to the brewery across the street to grab some food. Not the best experience ve when spending $70,000 on a brand new truck. They get one star because they waited for us the first night. But other than that, they need to work on making sure their new vehicles are in working condition before making the sales. We are doing services for a brand new vehicle....this is the reason you buy brand new...so that these things don’t happen. And if they do happen, have better customer service and provide the fixes timely and with other incentives while we wait 4.5 hours for services on a brand new vehicle.

I went to other locations before such as Tracy dealerships and didn’t have a great experience. Armandos the man with communication!...Our 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK developed an engine tapping noise. As theres no engine light for rocker arm issues, the only way to diagnose is to dismantel the top end. At that point, you better hope that youre at the right dealership because youre basically stuck.Turlock Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM replaced all 24 rockers arms, push rods, new plugs and many other things to go above and beyond, cam was fine. No warranty, but I was totally satisfied with the service and repair fee. The 3.6 sounds new again.

This was my first experience buying a car from Turlock CDJR, but not my first car buying experience. From my first phone call to ensure the car I was interested in was still available, to the test ride, offer, and financing experience, Turlock CDJR was - by far - the best new or used car-buying experience I’ve had.Greg, the manager was friendly and cordial on the phone. He confirmed the availability of the vehicle and had first-hand and detailed knowledge, too. When I arrived to look at the truck, Greg was once again there; friendly, welcoming, and cordial. We made some small talk, and then he handed me off to Jerry; one of his salespeople.Jerry took me on a test ride of the vehicle. As we drove around, he was very thorough and detailed with the Ram’s features. Each of these were at the appropriate time of our trip (starting the vehicle by remote, seat adjustments, audio and climate controls, etc.once we got back, he took a lot of time explaining other features in the front cabin, then moved to the backseats, then the bed and outside of the vehicle.Once I made the decision to buy, they inspected and made me an extremely high offer on my trade (2014 GMC Sierra). The offer matched what another dealer had offered, and then bested it by $100! I felt the great value exceeded my expectations, and this was another reason this was such a great experience.Once the money was all settled, we moved into Anu’s office for the financing. This was efficient and quick, and Anu was also personable and made this a great experience. He explained where needed, and was brief where we already knew parts of the procedures from past purchases. In the middle of swirling forms around and printing additional forms out, he filled the silence with great conversation.While we were completing the paperwork, Jerry was getting the truck washed, wiped down, and in delivery condition (no stickers, paper floor mats, or other remnants). We finished up, went outside, and continued their tradition of taking a photo with our vehicle in front of the sales office. Greg, the manager, even walked us out and thanked us for our business.In closing, we are very pleased with our purchase, the price, and the buying experience from Turlock CDJR. My husband was hunting for a 2015 Scion TC and couldnt find it any cheaper than this location. He called/texted ahead for details on the car as we planned to drive 3hrs to get it. When we showed up the car was already pulled out front for us.We took it for a test drive with Mustafa just to be sure there wasnt anything funky going on. Sure enough, the car was in excellent condition just as they said via text. Mustafa was patient with us while we attempted to figure out our information for our loan. We ended up getting a great rate through them and decided to take their financing offer.We waited a bit longer than anticipated to complete the sale, though we didnt have an appointment, but it gave us the opportunity to get some lunch from the nearby In-N-Out.The gentleman to go over our contract with us (his name starts with an H but I cant remember!!) was SO AWESOME. We didnt feel pressured to get a bunch of extras and he really helped us out to keep our final cost under the amount that we needed it to be. He was friendly, personable, and gave us a ton of information.Were incredibly happy with our purchase. The hatchback on this car is excellent - weve already transported large items with ease including 75 ten pound ice blocks to the local animal shelter and a 10 rug. Also loving the sun roof/moon roof combo and the elite sound system.Thank you everyone for your assistance!

Customer Satisfaction Gaurantee LIES!This is my overall experience. If your purchasing a vehicle here and plan on coming back for any reason (service, another purchase, etc) I suggest reading about our experience with this dealership.We purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude with no issues at all. Fast forward through all of the problems and service issues within 6 months of ownimg the vehicle and we were GARAUNTEED a purchase price on our vehicle. Greg Singh uses a technical verbal error as an excuse. We asked him why he would state that Customer Satisfaction is gauranteed on the radio when he wouldnt even work with us to make this right, he just became unprofessional and tried to tell us to gey on our way.On our first oil change, we were the only ones in the waiting room and our SUV was ready over 40minutes and no one let us know, including finger prints and grease all over the vehicle.We kept getting calls from the dealership about another families vehicle. We told them that we dont have a vehicle in service and that they should contact the correct party, because they are probably waiting. Instead the service lady argues with us and tells us its ours? Plus gives us all of their confidential information!We were told our Jeep could tow a certain capacity from Corporate and the dealership, wrong!! We did our research and our Jeep needed upgrades to pull the amount suggested, neither one caught the mistake until we brought it up.We thought we would give purchasing a vehicle from this dealership a chance instead of Smith Chevrolet where our family has purchased over 10 vehicles.. What a mistake. If you want to feel like you purchased a vehicle from a trustworthy and reputable dealership that will continue to give you unbeatable service and that carea about your business. Do not purchase your vehicle here. Thats my opinion.

*update* case and point in their replay that I’m lying or misleading. Their Customer Relations Manager’s email address is “[email protected]“ from their own website... clearly on the screenshot email with time stamp. They’re all full of BS!! ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!By far the absolute worst customer service possible. My wife and I walked into Turlock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Sunday August 2nd. There were no sales people available to help and we were told Sundays they don’t have a full sales team working. We walked around for about 25 mins and still no one helped us.On August 17th I messaged Turlock for interest in their Night Edition Ram 2500. Sales guy Manny Valtierra (aka “Mr209” on IG and FB per his extremely unprofessional email signature) responded asking when I can cometo the dealership. I provided him additional information. No response. I resent my email again. Then another sales guy responded but didn’t provide any help.On August 19th Mr209 Manny Valtierra responded by not answering any questions but asking if I have a trade in. I didn’t have a trade in for him so that’s where his customer service stopped. At this point it’s been 4 days and Turlock Ram still could not provide me a simple request of what the truck is out the door with all the needed information provided.On Saturday August 20th Manny Valtierra responded finally and said they don’t have a night edition truck. I told them they need to update their online inventory then that’s out dated. He said it’s up to date and the truck I sent him is not a night edition truck. I then had to do his job for him and send him screenshots of the truck and the night edition package on the truck. And more back and forth proving the guy wrong with links and pictures of his own site, he said that truck is here and provided me an extremely inflated OTD price.Mr209 Manny Valtierra is all about ripping people off... and his car salesman signature dives customers to his personal social media page for his Real Estate selling... amazing Turlock Dodge allows the conflict of interest of putting personal social media page information on business emails. The guy is a scam artist. Avoid him!!I then responded to him and the rest of the dealership explaining my experience and no one from Turlock responded (including their Customer Relations Manager Suman Dhillon). In fact no one has ever apologized for any of the repeated mistakes by Turlock Dodge. Absolutely amazing how dismal their customer service is.Go to another dealer... any dealer but this one!!!

Anun, our finance guy was really nice and not pushy as other finance managers Ive dealt with in the past. Got a good deal, but all in all, it was not as stressful as I thought it would of been. I purchased my 2500 Cummings truck, i was given 2 free oil change at the time of purchase, i was NOT told they expired Comes around for an oil change and was told by a manager that couldnt extend my warranty DIDNT hesitate to offer any arrangements was a flatout NOSO Next time you purchase make sure they go over everything!!!!!
