I am completely grateful and appreciative for having the assistance of Jonathan on my most recent trip to Staples. My HP computer was old and outdated he let me know which system would work best for me and still be compatible with my older Canon printer.He was extremely knowledgeable on all the products he shared his personal experiences and made me feel very welcome into the store.I am thankful that I got to have him assist me that day they made the experience wonderful and I would highly recommend going to the Staples in this area everyone is very friendly kind and professional.

I went in to buy a printer and I was in and out in no time! Everyone was so helpful and so kind! I came back a second time to the Copy and Print department to print out some copies I needed and I had someone approach me right away, they helped me and got my copies done! I left with a smile on my face! Love this store!

I placed an order, paid for it online to be picked up in the store. I ordered security Tint envelopes, was in such a hurry to get out of there did not notice until I got back to work they were not security Tint.I do not work in Turlock so I did not want to turn around and go back. Just a little disappointing

Go there with the simple task of buy ink Lady at the checkout stand had no clue and called for someone over the intercom for help no one shows she called 3 times.

Received no service, was dropping off a UPS package, should have taken 30 seconds, was told someone would be with me. Waited 10 minutes, no one came. People who came in after me were served. Do not ship your packages here. Go somewhere else, anywhere but here.

We got our sons 2 in 1 tablet repaired at this location. David, the tech guy, was very helpful and explained what he was going to do every step of the way. It did take longer than was expected, but we were given a discount due to that. David went out of his way to ensure that it was fixed properly.

Horrible over the phone service!! i spoke to someone who then said he had to call a store at another location, asked for my phone number and said he’d call me back in a few minutes. a couple hours later, still no call, so i call, and someone else answers and said that now this guy was on another call and would call me back in a couple minutes. another hour passes so i call back and he answers and said that NOW (4 hours later) he was going to call the other location to get the information i needed, said “give me a minute.” and hung up on me. it’s now been two hours since he said to give him a minute and still no call back :)

Such rude customer service, The person that was helping me over the phone did not sound like you wanted to work there, Looks like the management does not care either.... I get better customer service at McDonalds.

Always go here to get my Printing and marketing Services done they get it done on time and looks professional. Today I had an issue with a price difference the manager was able to communicate with me very well as well as be empathetic with my issues she even when is far as waving it for me....now that is excellent customer service!!!

Called before going to store question cost of what I needed. Manager of copy department store helped me, same girl on phone. (let me point out I also asked about mailing she didnt understand my question, I repeated myself to be asked again, I said in lames term.) hanging up. When I arrived only one copy machine working customer stated she was going to take a while. I went to counter and same girl helped me, now she changed prices I said you stated 11 cents do it myself 16 cents if they helped. Now saying 12cents and 20 cents, I replied why whats the change up taxes 11 cents went to 12cents and 16 to 20??? 16 cents has 4 cents tax I was dumbfounded. We go shes going to do a invoice and Now adds charge for a paper thats staple.. I said just make copy as is. I remarked what a joke. She then refused to service me. I was mistreating her. I asked for manager .. She said she was. I then became pissed. No I want some one another manager. She knew exactly what she was doing, playing polite employee. I straight said oh youre acting for boss. I know what your doing Ive been there and why couldnt they just make 6 copies avoiding all this, they were just talking gossip I had to wait when I walked up. Boss excusing the talk. I told the manager I seen it I heard them while waiting... POOR VERY BAD SERVICE NOW I HAVE TO GO TOMORROW AFTER 3PM FOR 6 COPIES .. Can you believe that and it was approx. 230 pm today.

The associate in the printing department, Laura, is absolutely wonderful. She did such great work for our business! I sent over a word file, and it transferred with the lettering jumbled. She was kind enough to fix it and print it for us!!!!! Thank you Laura! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst customer service was on hold for 10 min then a rude lady answered the phone at 230pm on 4/11/19 was emailed saying these blue prints would be done at 230pm called to confirm before heading off the construction site as wasted time is a big issue to a budget she came back saying these 7 drawings wouldnt be done until the next day at 930 am ? for 7 drawings on 24 X 36 ? will definitely use another printing service not sure why service is such a low priority but can see why Staples is slowing falling offdo not use this store if your needing something on time

I went up front and asked the cashier for help in the furniture dept. She said she would call someone. Planning to buy a desk and chair (approx $400). After waiting 8-10 min., no one showed up. A couple min later an employee walked right by us as he helped someone else. It was obvious we were needing assistance. He didnt say a word. Then he walked by us again, still nothing despite making eye contact. We dicided they were not going to get our business so we left. Their loss.

This is my second visit in the middle of the day and again I waited over 20 min in line to pay. I had asked one of the clerks a question about some labels and his response was I dont know never even offered to to ask another clerk or anything

Take a note about Staples in Turlock. Jodie the Gem has been providing office supplies as long the store has. Her sales manager Jeff is top notch too! They took ahold of the bad day I was having and made my Staples problem go away. 5 stars even though theyre the largest OS store in the Universe, and can do anything they want.Al Seaton

Went there on Dec 20th bought a copy of windows 8.1 for a ship to store. its already january 4th and i still havent received a call. ive been told diffrent situations of the same matter saying they may have cancelled my order yet i already bought it at the store when i originally went. its already total crap that they didnt have a copy of windows 8 at the store, but i bought something on christmas day on newegg (thermal paste) and it came in on the 27th. on top of that for the second day in a row ive called and they said they would call back. and every time. they do not call back.

My hard drive recently died-dead. I highly applaud the work of DEREK WHITMORE AND TONY BRASIL who both made the experience of purchasing a new computer and learning Winows 7 after using XP for many years a positive experience. Went in to purchase a certain item, they had about 15 empty boxes displayed. So I picked one up, went to the register the clerk called for one to be brought to the cash register, well they just happened to be out if that item although they had about 15 empty boxes displayed. How stupid is that. Either remove boxes or put a sign on it saying Out of Stock
