Very helpful. However, it would be appreciated if the staff would follow the same rules as those for others and wear a mask.

Excellent customer service. Plenty of colors to choose from and they mix it up the color recipe you need for you as you wait. They also sell many other products you need for painting. They also have spray painting cans available for sale.

The best paint in town, the best customer service in town! All the employees are very knowledgeable. Ask for advice on painting, youll see. Yeah a little bit more expensive, but this paint cover with less passes. Learned my lesson a long time ago.

Not a hi, hello, can I help you. Heavier set guy shouldn’t be “greeting” the few customers you are receiving during this time. Just stood there and stared. I can’t get his image out of my head haha

The Turlock store is amazing! They are quick to respond, can ALWAYS match any color I ask them to match, and have great customer service! From one business to another this is a company I always look forward to working with on any of my projects.

There is a big yellow sign in the window that says, OPEN SUNDAY, but they were closed. Yesterday I went back and asked the guy at the counter why they were closed and he said, We were open Sunday. I let that one go and asked for a gallon of paint and gave him the number, but he was confused and asked me what kind of paint it was. I told him and he made a note and then asked for my name. He said he would call me when it was ready because there was a customer ahead of me. I worked for Orchard Supply as a Paint Dept. manager and then Assistant Manager, so I know a bit about mixing paint. It should have taken him no more than 5 minutes, even with another order to do. Obviously they dont want my business, so I got the message and wont go back. Customer service is not a priority with the Turlock store. Ive had great service in Modesto.
