My experience was the best! my rep Fee was professional, really kind, and made sure I understood everything. As an elderly person, its really nice to know that someone would take the time to go over everything and make sure you KNOW everything. i know how to use my phone and Im confident in knowing that I can use my phone! She took her time and I really appreciate her patience and her kindness she took with me. I give her a 10 on the rating scale! one of my best experiences in the AT&T store.

I had 5 store reps work with me trying to resolve my issue. Every employee I came in contact with did great. You have a great team at this store and they all seem to work great together. The store was extremely busy and they did an outstanding job assisting everyone that came through the door. I needed to get a very basic service established for my son, today. Dalton was the most perfect Retail Sales Consultant to help me do so! I couldn’t have worked with a better person for the job. He’s knowledgeable, happy to answer questions and was very helpful in providing me with the service I requested. I was in and out of the store in no time. Upon entering the store, Edwaun immediately greeted me. Since I had already did my research at home before coming into the store, I knew what I wanted. I am a android user making the switch to Apple. We will see how this goes. Anyway he listen to all my concerns and gave very helpful information. I am a very cheap person, but that didnt stop him from trying to get me to get the works. But none the less I did have to order the. I have had my plans for so long, so although I wanted something cheaper, there was nothing cheaper for me. Now I was receiving great service from Edwuan and then came Tashay, If determined was a person it would definitely be her. I loved her energy from the moment she came to table. She was trying to get me something, but the cheap person I am! She wasnt able, but I did enjoy her effort. All of this to say the customer service I received first from Edwaun and continuing with TaShay was great. I left the store laughing with a smile! I will be back for sure!
