Midtown shopping center is a traffic disaster. Outside of that, GameStop is GameStop. Usually well informed employees and well, games..

Just overcrowded and understaffed. There are dead roaches in most corners of the store, which makes me hesitant to stay for too long. But if you decide to make a purchase, there’s always a long wait. The cashiers have absolutely no sense of urgency, even when there’s 10+ people in line. I’ve walked out on potential purchases more than once, because I don’t have 20 minutes to stand in line, I’ll get my game or collectible on amazon instead. The staff is otherwise helpful, they do what corporate wants, they always push rewards programs and preorders, but they just don’t care about the customers’ time. Clear your schedule if you’re coming to this location.

Great staff, extremely helpful and they don’t mind answering any and all questions, also large quantities of inventory and if they don’t have it they make it easy to order and get it shipped to store or your home. Any issues I’ve had with items bought they fix quick and easy. Great location

Amazing staff, great selection of games. Was there for a 9pm release and once the game released staff were super fast in getting everyone checked out which was a huge plus.

Turns out midnight release for a game doesnt actually mean midnight. Which would have been fine if they informed us, but oh well. Now Ill come back tomorrow and cancel it, get my refund and walk over to Best buy and buy the game.

Should have known better than to buy anything from GameStop. I stopped shopping here 15 years ago when they offered me $10 for my Xbox 360. I bought an Xbox One S from here and it consistently freezes and randomly shuts off. Obviously they don’t ensure their products work very well before selling them back to people at exorbitant prices.

Bought a $165.99 Razor Wolverine Ultimate controller 4 months back. X button stopped working, and the A button started sticking. Took it in and got it exchanged promptly. The manager was a super chill guy to talk to. He gave me tips on COD BO4. Before I went in to exchange, I was uneasy about the warranty, but they made it a great experience! All while teaching a new employee how to sign in. I dont always get that good of treatment, but on 10/22/18 it was great. Awesome manager!!!

They have a cockroach infestation. There was two dead cockroaches on the floor by the hats and socks and games. One was huge. Like really huge. and when an employee opened the drawer to get a game out he had to kill a cockroach that crawled out of the games in the drawer where the new game discs are that he has to put in the new cases. Meaning the new games that were paying for that they give you from their “guts” (the new game discs in the drawers) have cockroaches crawling all over them living in there. Disgusting. The place needs to be shut down. One of the associates told their boss (michael i think is the bosses name?) that they need to call an exterminator and he said he already did and was being short with the other customers. The store owner seemed unprofessional.

Went for the first time ever to see what they what variety they offered. The two employees there were great. We were greeted as we walked in, the employees were very helpful and were very knowledgeable about what they had and what they could try do to get something they didnt have in that store. We didnt buy anything but overall it was still a great experience.

I had issues with my rewards card. We had points but could not access them. Went to several other stores to get the issue resolved with no luck. Stayed on hold for 2 hours with Gamestop customer service before giving up. Walked in to this location and he called and had the problem fixed in under 5 minutes. The employee at this location was very kind and knowledgeable.

I think I need to start going to a other GameStop now until get new works at that store these is not the only time I have had a issue with these store now about 2 months ago my brother use my account there cause he pre-order the game there and they did not want to give him the game cause he was not me and I have been with GameStop for a very long time. I wish the store would go back to the way it was cause now it sucks at that store or I will take my business elsewhere.

Very disappointed. Ive never had a manager (Michael) be so sarcastic while I was in store to pick up a preorder and even scream WHAT?! at me through the locked door when all I wanted was get the day one edition compass my pre-order came with. I understand I showed up at 9:20 but he was the one who told me they would be staying open late for the new metro release. I work in customer service and I could never imagine being so blatantly rude to a paying customer. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Awful. Just awful. The store manager michael is extremely rude and unprofessional. I worked there and he yelled and swore at me in front of customers during a game release so there was 100+ people watching him yell at me and say the F word and everything. He has freaked out in the store numerous times. I put in my two weeks notice two days ago because im moving and he got mad and fired me. Shows how professional he is. He took my last paycheck of work from me.

I was told that with the preorder of the new Sol Cal it would come with the season pass but when I got there to pick it up I was told it wouldnt have the season pass but they could sell it to me it i wanted it even with me showing them an e-mail detailing the order

Usually a great place to buy games, just dont come when an employee named Tyler is in. Very rude, doesnt seem like he even wants to help the customer or even be there.
