One of the worst pharmacies Ive been to.

Would put zero if I could. The pharmacist here (Thursday oct 2 at ~5:45pm) doesn’t care about her clients wellbeing at all. She would not speak with my physician on the phone to try to work out an issue nor did she even listen to what the issue was. I had surgery earlier that day and the situation was critical. I will never use Walgreens again. Avoid at all costs. Check out the local places here instead if you want good service with care! (Tuscaloosa drug co)

Walgreens emails me when my prescriptions are ready. I went to pick it up, and was met with the worst customer service from the pharmacy. They told me I must have my information wrong. I pulled up my email her and showed her that I was told my prescription was ready and I was at the correct location. She simply said in the rudest manner “well your prescriptions not ready.” I asked her when it would be and she said “I don’t know, maybe 20 minutes.” I will never understand why no one apologizes for mistakes anymore. And I guess pharmacies don’t ever have to be held accountable...? I will definitely be moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

One of the workers I dealt with tonight was very rude to me. I asked her about this deal on an item, and she was real snotty to me about it and told me she didn’t know and walked off. The other one at the register though was very sweet. Also I might add, it was really clean in here and well-organzied so that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars instead of just one for the cleanliness and the nice worker at the register.

Great staff and personal service. I moved across town but continued to use this exact location because they are so wonderful. Special store!

Worst pharmacy in Tuscaloosa. Consistently disorganized with unnecessary waits. Cvs is only an extra 5 min drive and saves the frustration and excessive time loss from your day.Waited 40 minutes to be told there was an issue in the system and I would need to wait at least be another 20-30 minutes. I left and returned 2 hours later, and i still had to wait 30 minutes between waiting to be helped (first one in line) and actually getting my medication. Im sure theres a lot of other problems going on, but they are definitely understaffed.

Great staff went there on my second visit the staff already knew me by name good atmosphere..

Incredibly helpful staff.

Showed up to pickup my prescription, was asked to return 30 minutes later. While I was gone, they closed the pharmacy. When I returned to a closed pharmacy with staff still there, the same staff that had asked me to return in 30 minutes told me to leave and refused to even speak to me.

Pharmacists are great.
