The icing cookies are good. We ordered a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, and it tasted like coconut, wrong ingredients. Underwhelming.

A very helpful employee took my order and I was so delighted they were going to be able to do a birthday cookie for my freshman away from home. But the large rectangle cake I ordered with chocolate and white heavy icing somehow was a round cookie with red and white skimpy icing. And misspelled name. Come on folks!

I can’t figure out how to upload a picture but whoever did the unicorn on my daughters cookie cake at the Tuscaloosa location needs a raise...... it was phenomenal!

This place has quality cookies but unprofessional staff. I have had several encounter with rude staff. My mother in- law and others have expressed the same concerns. Today I asked for the 3,get 1 free but when I realised there was a 10 for 10 sale I asked for that instead. The lady at the till told me she couldn’t change my order. I had not reviewed the other or paid for it yet. I just went ahead And took the first option because my 3 year old was with me. Never have I heard that you can not change your order if you have not paid for it yet. I will not be purchasing from there moving forward. Sad that your business is losing customers when you have great products.

The customer service has been TERRIBLE on multiple occasions.I put an order in a week early and the employee was VERY rude and made several remarks about how early i was placing it and that more than likely my $50 order would get lost.Hopefully the Northport location will be under different management so we wont have to visit here again....

I would give 0 stars if I could. I preordered a cookie from this location for my daughter’s 6th birthday. We were visiting Tuscaloosa for an event for one of our other children and wanted to do a small family celebration for our birthday girl. We paid online and had an email confirmation for the order. Imagine our surprise when we went in to get the birthday cookie and they didn’t have it. One of the workers started looking for it and found it. She apologized and said it happened one other time this past week on another order. She said they didn’t have a cookie cake already baked so they would have to bake one and it would take awhile. Time we didn’t have.... We were given our money back, but try explaining that to an excited 6 year old. Not good, not good at all. I don’t understand how this could have happened.

The store is under new management and I could not be happier. The cookies are not gooey in the center where they were under baked. They are now soft with a little crunch to the outside. Not sure if the store just recently started a rewards program or if they have had it for a while. This was the first time I have heard of it. The new manager seems up on his game and ready to serve customers.

Made an impulse decision to buy a cookie cake about 30 mins before they closed. They had it ready for me within 15 mins and it looked great! The staff was very friendly too. Will definitely be coming back!

This one little scrub tried to give me a half a cookie. I took it back to the store because it looked extremely small. It definitely wasnt a normal sized frosted cookie. She tried to tell me they were cut in the size of a watermelon, but that junk looked like someone had take a huge bite out of it and it was all crumbled in the bottom of the bag. They definitely tried to feed me some table scraps. No smiles. They try to make customers look dumb, but really the only thing thats dumb is the person cutting the watermelon cookies. Little scrub. I got a normal cookie and it was good though. Garbage customer service.

I arrived late and Caleb not only waited for us but was very friendly and helpful. The cookie was adorable and the staff was so helpful.

Cookie cake wasn’t at all what I ordered. How do you get stick figure when I asked for balloons. Person taking order was in left field on the phone.

Called at 1:30 p.m. to order a cookie cake and they are not taking cookie cake orders. You are a cookie company how are you not taking cake orders

I there at the mall and she was talking 2 her friend and i waited for 10 minutes 2 get my order and these cookies have a bad after taste in your mouth no more of my hard money at these place
