Our 2 year old mattress has body impressions so we filed a claim for the warranty - it was approved within 30 minutes and our local store was excellent with exchanging it for us, no question. With the Labor Day sale we were able to upgrade and didn’t have to exchange any money. Excited to get our new Sealy pillow top mattress in a few weeks!
