Tried to schedule a warranty recall service three times. First time they said they did not have the part when I showed up for the appointment. The second appointment I showed up and they said they could not accommodate - too busy. The third time showed up, they said it would be 6 hour wait when they told me it would be 1-2 hour service. When I escalated to the service manager, he told me that they dont need any more business and that I am free to leave. They dont need any more business. I am wondering why they take appointment when they dont actually want customers. I ended taking the car to another dealer further away. They made an appointment within 2 days, had the part, and were very friendly and nice. I dont normally write bad review, but I had to on this one. They wasted a lot of my time and very not sorry about it at all.
Amazing experience! We happened to pull into the lot and came out the same day with a new QX50. Our salesperson, Albert, was very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Never felt pushed, which was a big reason why we came here. Albert is very upfront, honest, and dedicated to taking care of his clients and it shows. He even came to the golf course when he needed our signatures on the final paperwork! This car was a big purchase for us, and were so glad we came to Infiniti and had the pleasure of working with Albert and his team. Cheers!

Went to FJ in Newport Beach twice for about 20 min. each time and not one person came out to help us....So we went to Tustin and visited Auto Nation for the first time and within minutes a very nice salesperson came out and asked if we needed help. Sales staff is very nice, financing was very helpful and actually got me a better rate then my bank and it was the fastest I have ever been in and out of a dealership with a newly purchased vehicle. This is for the service dept. Amazing experience. The team here was welcoming and informative. They spent the time to explain the maintenance package I had. Made me feel like I was VIP. When I left the experience was so good I talked to my gf about it. This will be my one stop shop from now on. Also I am use to waiting at least 3 hours for the services, I was in and out within an hour!
Everything went smooth up until I sent my down payment on August 19, 2021. Everyone was very attentive, very responsive, and Chris even did a Zoom appointment for me since Im in Northern Cali. I spoke to Fred in finance on August 19th, and he confirmed receipt of paperwork they had since via FedEx and told me he would send copies via email. He also informed me that they would be in contact with my delivery information. After that conversation, I didnt hear from them unless I reached out. Fred is unresponsive, Chris was more responsive but could not provide any information on the delivery. About a week later I received a call from the delivery company that they were 20 mins away. Im like this is the first Ive received information on this, so I was lucky I was not in any work meetings at that time and was able to hitch a ride to meet them. Inside the car there was a folder, but it did not contain my signed paperwork. Ive asked for it a few times since then and here we are almost a month later and no paperwork still. Also, the car had a few scratches and you can tell where they popped out a little dent. So please learn from my experience because Im not confident I will be able to receive my paperwork. So at this point, I have no info on the warranty I purchased to protect the paint, but no clue who to call or contact regarding the scratches. So, you will have a better buying experience if you actually go into the dealership.
The dealer is a Tire Rack recommended installer. They are easy to schedule appointments and have very reasonable pricing! I would not hesitate to use them again, this was my second tire installation with them. Thank you!
I had an appointment on a Thursday but since I was close by on Tuesday I decided to just drop by. I happened upon Teddy who left what he was doing to help me out. In general a very positive experience, even their restroom gets 5 stars. They are professionals and definitely know how to maintain good customer-client relations. I will definitely prefer them in the future over the 3 previous dealerships that I visited, or in fact any other.Regarding the car; I bought a used car, that was cleaned and given to me with a full tank, all paperwork and an inspection by their mechanics. Something that definitely helps you feel a bit more at ease, sometimes buying a new car is a risky business, buying a used one certainly even more. They know it and try to prove their trust in the cars they sell with a pretty generous limited warranty, something that not everyone does.UPDATE:I am leaving my original 5 star review above as a warning. No matter were you go, make sure you really take your time and check and question everything. By that I MEAN EVERYTHING.

Follow through and communication from Chris and Teddy(Finance) was pretty much non existent in the whle process. The car was delivered and still have never even heard from them to see how the experience was.

Got a complete dud of a car that needed a new engine and a long list of other items that I had been repeatedly told “been throughly checked”. 3 months worth of repairs and all is still not fixed. They kept the car long enough for the auto nation warranty to run out. How convenient. Meanwhile I was still paying the loan and insurance when I didn’t even have the car in my possession.
Good luck trying to speak to anyone in service on the phone. I tried multiple times only to get stuck waiting indefinitely. Even the function to press 1 and get a call back doesnt work. I previously left a message for my service advisor to find out why I wascharged for service that my invoice clearly states was not performed yet I have not been able to get anybody to call me back. I hadnt been impressed with the 2 hour oil change, but this issue takes the cake.
The site upgrade is visually nice but the customer service has gone down the drain. Even with an appointment I had to wait an hour for someone to talk to me. For the amount they charge one expects excellent service and nothing less.
This dealership never cease to amaze me! I received one of the best services Ive ever had from a salesperson. (SKIP TO SECOND PARAGRAPH FOR EXPERIENCE) I came into the dealship on September 29 looking for an Infiniti Q50. Before going to this spot, I had an appointment to see another Q50 at OC Auto Exchange in Fullerton. When I arrived to the Fullerton location, I felt like no one wanted to help me (which is understandable because I was young, age 23, and alone). After walking around the lot twice trying to find the car and no one coming out to assist me, I went into the office. Once entered, I found 4 salesman sitting around on their phone on Facebook and Instagram. Waited a good 10 seconds without anyone acknowledging me, before saying I had an appointment. Long story short they did have the car there (although I had an appointment to see the car) and they did not valve me personally. Frustrated with the situation, I sat in their parking lot and found online that AutoNation Infiniti Tustin had the car I wanted, so I drove there same day to look at the car.When I arrived to the dealership, I saw the car sitting outside on the lot. I spent a good 20-25 minutes looking at the exterior of the car before going inside and meeting Sharareh Hashemi. She is one of the best saleswoman ever! Answered all the questions I had and not only that, allowed me to fully take my time looking over the car before going for a test drive. I had inspected the for a good half and hour, checking all the fluids and belts. I spent a real long time looking at the car before considering a test drive, and Sharareh did not rush me at all. She patiently waited as I looked over the car to ensure everything was a condition that was acceptable for me. Just everything about her service was amazing! I never felt rushed whatsoever. She made me feel valued, although I was a first time young buyer. She gave me all her time without any complaint.My significant other had purchased her Infiniti Q50 from this location before and our experience for that was no matched to the one received by Sharareh. Our experience purchasing my significant others Q50 was amazing as well; however, Sharareh went above and beyond to personally make my experience even sweeter! Based off these two experiences, I will definitely be purchasing future vehicles from here. BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!

The process was great until I got the vehicle delivered to me and the finance manager included an item in the financing and tried to tell me that if I did not get that item(paint protection) that my APR and payment would go up.SpecificallyThey told me that buying the paint protection, which was only $400 but that is not the point, lowered my APR from 9.0 to 7.5 and thus my “payment went down”.I love the car itself it’s beautiful.
We came in here last Friday to purchase a vehicle that I saw on cargurus.It was a great experience all around.We were helped by the General Manager who directed us to Nima in sales.I really wanted to do a shout out to Isabel....she filled in while Nima was training. She took us on our test drive and did most of our application process.We didnt have to haggle for the price of our purchase- there wasnt any of that 4 box game that other dealerships use.We were given a fair price for our trade-in. We had equity in our vehicle and they acknowledged it and it was reflectedi n our down payment.The dealership is very clean and asthetically pleasing. But after all....it is an Infiniti dealership!Teddy in finance was awesome and easy to work with. Stopped by 8/21 afternoon to their service center. I asked the service manager if they can reset the TPMS since I had a flat tire 2 days ago. The service manager said they can do it but they will need to charge $29 for service since they didnt replace the tires and it is their policy. I am a little perplex since when I must have my tires replace at the dealership. Besides, resetting TPMS is just a 5-10 min job. I even said my Q50 RS is near service interval and if they can reset it then. Service manager insist they have to charge since they didnt perform tires change. Its their policy. Looks like their policy just lost a customer.

We had a great experience with the service department at AutoNation Infiniti Tustin on Friday, August 27th. We had our Infiniti FX45 in for a standard airbag recall notice. They communicated well from start to finish on setting up the appointment, obtaining the parts and doing the work when they said they would. Upon picking up our vehicle, the service technician noticed an issue with our AAA installed battery and helped us to pick out a $40 part to resolve the gap issue and anti-corrosion solution to fix the problem. We could have been stranded somewhere far away, but thanks to their help and inexpensive solution, it turned a potentially big issue into a small one. While we waited, we sat in a nice lounge with free coffee. What a nice dealership all around. Would love to purchase a newer Infiniti from them in the future when the budget allows.
Excellent service. The only improvement I can suggest is to replace coffee and protein bars in the service waiting area with coffee and bagels.

My go to person is Frank Gutierrez. Happy to help with smile, good all around person...nice to go to a place where you are seen as a person...not just another customer to get through the day. Another bonus...Coffee is on point...something I look forward to getting when I get my car serviced. Customer Service is above the rest.

If I could, no star rating. I had horrible experience with dealer, I sold my leased Infiniti a month ago and was told I will received my payment in 2 weeks, I received them a month after, also I had to call them up multiple times to get it. And then the amount came was $ 74 less than what they say that could pay me on the paperwork. I called them up today and ask for reasoning and they are just stating its new fees that infiniti financial added charge. But what I dont understand is that they never mentioned about this month ago when transaction happened. I dont think its fair to deduct $74 from amount they promise on the paperwork. I would not recommend this dealer, seems very fishy and not honest, and upfront.

I had an exceptional experience buying a pre-owned car here... and no one is more surprised than me! It was the 3rd place I tried, and it was the charm. Let me give a special shout-out to Edgar, the salesperson who patiently listened to my needs, helped me compare among some cars I chose, and took me on a few test drives. You should definitely ask for Edgar if you come here. I watched several transactions over the last few days at car dealerships, and Edgars manner and educational style is phenomenal. Professional, low-key personality, effective communicator. Pleasant all around. I bought pre-owned Toyota Rav4 Premium, and I know I got a better deal than CarMax or Toyota dealers where I had already shopped. I got the best offer to sell my Sienna as well, proven.Interestingly, I went to Infiniti with my husband - who is an infiniti guy - because he was buying a new car. I am a Toyota woman! He saw a car on the website on a Saturday night, emailed about it, got a call back from Edgar first thing on Sunday morning, and we went to see it. While we were there, I saw a Rav4 on the lot and started looking at it. My Sienna has 100k+ miles, but I wasnt settled on purchasing a new vehicle yet. Once I test drove the Rav4 (which was a SIMPLE process, thank goodness), I wanted to test-drive other cars in that price point. After that, Edgar lined the cars up next to each other and helped me compare the features. If youve ever tried to compare used cars, its nearly impossible as they all have different packages and upgrades.Edgar is more of an educator than salesperson, and he is a very effective communicator. Answered all my questions, listened to all my concerns and guided me without any pressure at all. I got a fantastic loan rate, even better than the Credit Union, and a fair deal on the service package. I had good experiences at CarMax, so-so at Toyota, but a GREAT experience at this Infiniti with Edgar and the finance manager Nima. I highly recommend this dealership.

I HAD MY HEART SET ON A BURGUNDY RAG BUT INFINITIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO EXCEPTIONAL I FELL IN LOVE THE BROWN RAG. AS A AFRO AMERICAN FEMALE I JUST WANTED TO BE VALUED FOR MY HARD EARNED MONEY. CALSTAR DID NOT VALUE ME OR RESPECT ME WITH THEIR INAPPROPRIATE HARD SELL BUT INFINITI TUSTIN DID. I WOULD GIVE INFINITI TUSTIN 100 STARS IF I COULD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. INFINITI Tustin was an Amazing experience, was able to look through their Pre-owned inventory before I got to the actual dealership and found a Great deal on a Q50. The Finance Manager was very Transparent with dealing with my Trade In and getting me into the Car I wanted, helped me purchase COP Warranty and GAP Insurance to help me save some money in the Future and avoid any issues while Im on the road.
Not impressed with the nearly two-hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Especially with a confirmed appointment, I expected better service than that. At least when I get my Toyota maintained; the dealership offers to drive me home and pick me up for extended waits.

Disappointing experience trying to but a 2019 QX50. Test drove the SUV on Saturday. Wanted to buy it but there was a bad rattle. My wife and I said wed buy the car once the rattle was fixed, even if we had to wait until Monday for more service folks to come and investigate.Salesman goes to talk to the service manager who was there on Saturday. Comes back and says the service manager says its unlikely they can fix the problem. Says its normal for these cars to have rattles like this. I wonder if INFINITI corporate thinks that; a 2 year old luxury car with a bad rattle that is unfixable?Salesman suggests we buy the car and comeback on Monday to get it looked at by the Monday crew. No thank you. Fix the rattle on Monday, then we will buy it. As we are walking out the salesman says to my wife: Full disclosure, there is another couple interested in this car and they may come in over the weekend to purchase. My wife and I just laughed.In the meantime the manager comes over and promises to make the investigation of the rattle top priority on Monday...But no call to us on Monday.On Tuesday I call and talk to another salesman who says he can get the rattle fixed and why dont I come down and pick up the car in the meantime. Well at least these sales guys are consistent:-) I said call me when it is fixed. He said hed call today or Wednesday...But no call either day.Finally, the original salesman calls me on Thursday and makes no mention of trying to fix the rattle. He asks if I am still thinking about buying the car. I asked if he was still thinking about fixing the rattle:-) He said, uh, er, service greased something, blah, blah, blah. They cant fix it.Like I said in the beginning, disappointing experience.

I recently had a 30 k service which should have been covered by a pre-paid service policy. My wife took the car in and they UP SOLD over a 1000 dollars in service. They took advantage of her . It would not have happened if I (husband)brought in the car. No help after talking to assistant manager. Asked to talk to manager - NO CALL BACK. Women beware of this dealership. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and had trusted them. Very sad how things changed.
I recently purchased a used 2009 Chevy Corvette at AutoNation Infinity Tustin, in Orange County. Their entire facility is spotless clean and well organized. The general manager, sales and finance people were all very helpful and not pushy. Since my Corvette was an AutoNation listing, there was no bargaining with the sticker price; keep that in mind for their used vehicles. The price was fair, so it didnt matter. FIVE STARS!

Im writing this to complain about my lease buyout experience with Autonation Infiniti Tustin. I visited the dealership to get total payoff quote to purchase my lease vehicle and asked for breakout of fee and tax. Looking at the estimate I noticed that they are adding $695 to the payoff quote from IFS, and telling me its the purchase option fee. My lease contract clearly shows the purchase option fee is $300, and I mentioned that to the sales rep. He told me that dealer policy changed last year and they are now charging $695 for buyout, and refused to honor the contracted term. I specifically asked if that fee is something else, but the sales rep told me (even emailed me) that is purchased option fee. I even contacted IFS to verify what purchase option fee I need to pay, they told me $300 unless the other $395 is something else. I told the rep I even got clarification from IFS, and now he is calling that $395 is not purchase option fee but something else, however, couldnt describe what it is. He told me that I can call it whatever I want, but that’s the fee they are going to charge. Well, I have the list of all the fees and tax from the dealer but that is not broken out in it. When I requested to honor the contracted term, they refused and even told me to try other dealer. It is unbelievable that major brand dealership just wont hold the contracted terms and playing this unacceptable business practices by charging customers with hidden fee. Im going to take further action with complaints. What a way to build customer loyalty.[UPDATE]As they told me to go elsewhere, I actually did and contacted Infiniti of Mission Viejo. WIthout telling them what happened at Infinitif Tustin, I received quote $800 less than Infiniti Tustin. They honored contracted term and charged only $300, and even explained me that I dont have to pay registration fee if the registration is good for more than 90 days, which Infiniti Tustin didnt let me know. Maybe I should thank them telling me to go elsewhere for saving me $800. Now I know where to go for Infiniti business and where to avoid.
I went in to test drive a used 2018 Q50 Hybrid, and had a wonderful very remarkable experience. The car was basically band new and as a certified pre-owned car, they had replaced the tires, 19” Perelli performance, provided new embroidered floor mats, and the windshield had a small crack and they said no problem we will replace it! Then when we bought the car they provided better financing then I had been pre-approved for by my credit union. We felt like this was such a great deal we purchased the bumper to bumper wrap around warranty. So we bought a used car but it was as if we got new car and a new car buying experience. AutoNation rocks and Infiniti of Tustin is so professional and really treated us like family. Very very happy with the whole process. There cars were all very clean and taken care of and the staff had wonderful manners.I wanna give a special shout out to Sarah who spent much time going over all the ins and outs of the car and making sure my visit was as informative and comfortable as possible and to Edgar who was meant to be my sales rep for the day but could not because he was busy but made sure to check in on me from time to time to make sure everything was going smoothly. Also I am very grateful to the person who helped me in there finance department, whos name slips my mind right now (so sorry!), in order to understand all that I would be getting myself into.All in all my visit here was very wonderful and if I am ever in need of another car or know someone who is I will definitely be recommending them to come here.
Sharahe is responsive and provided many options via email. Once we saw a car we liked via email, she put a sign to HOLD for us. When we arrived, she had the car washed and ready! After the drive test the car was SOLD! I highly recommend Sharahe #1 sales woman! Give her a call at Irvine Infiniti, she won’t disappoint!!
Had an appointment with Gil to return my lease for 2pm on Friday. He finally turned up at 3pm. No apology. Simply; I was on the phone with a customer and was not going to drop the call. Im paid to sell cars, as opposed to me returning a car and not taking another Infiniti. I get that, however, he could have asked a colleague to explain the situation, or at least apologized for being late. But no. There were no thank yous for my business, - for not missing a single payment, - for returning a car in excellent condition, - for making my final payment and returning the car early. Final documents were begrudgingly issued without even a have a good day or goodbye. The GM was not in that day, so I guess this is my goodbye, turning me from a promoter to a detractor.
I had problem with my Q50, and Service manager Gabriel and his team were super fast to check me in and put my car on diagnostic, since I was with baby. They were very helpful, professional, and direct what are my options. They detected problem and fix it fast. Thank you again Gabriel and infiniti Tustin team.
This review is for the Service Department:Hands down, the best Infiniti Service Dept. in the Greater Los Angeles/Orange County area. I have been in the retail industry my entire professional life so I am very grateful for top tier customer service. Frank at Tustin Infiniti is truly an asset to the Service Team. His thuroughness and attention to detail is unmatched. I have been coming to this Infiniti Service center for 1.5 years and have felt very comfortable dealing with them. The prices are always great but most importantly, for major repairs, they will do their due diligence and fight with the Warranty department to get your vehicle repaired under your existing warranty.I had a situation where a competing dealership (closer to my home) wanted to charge me an ungodly amount for a repair because a part was not covered. (The only reason my vehicle was at a different dealership was because I was out of town and it needed an oil change, so my gf took it to a nearby Infiniti Dealership). So, when I got back into town, I took it to Tustin Infiniti where I usually get service done. They confirmed the issue but were able to have the Elite Warranty cover it.The amount of money saved for the repair is immense and the fact that Frank at Tustin Infiniti did everything in his power to get it done under warranty is the reason I will never take my car to any other dealership. Customer service continues to be an asset that drives successful businesses, when customers feel they are truly taken care of and prioritized, there is no amount of money that can buy that type of customer loyalty. Took my car in for service and the seat was dirty with grease. It was cleaned by the service advisor upon pick up but I still voiced my dissatisfaction. Service manager called to offer to detail my car and did an amazing job. The car looks and smells new. Im completely satisfied with their resolution worthy of a luxury car brand. Thank you!
My experience with Abdul (Sales rep) and David (Sales manager) was absolutely terrible. AutoNation and other resale quotes were not honored for my QX-50. Four hours of sleazy sales tactics left me feeling stranded in OC after driving down from LA based on online recommendation of coming off IFS lease agreements (given new third party selling restrictions). I ended up taking Davids resale assumptions on good faith, but (no surprise) got cheated out of major vehicle equity.I STRONGLY recommend steering clear of this Infiniti dealership if you have the option as there are much better options in the greater LA/OC area where you will be treated like an actual human and not a sales conquest. The only thing this team is good at is priding themselves on their sharpened abilities to sell ice to an Eskimo.Good on you for checking reviews and becoming an educated consumer. I wish I had done the same.
I bought a used certified used QX60 at AutoNation INFINITI Tustin back in January 9, 2021. The vehicle was paid in full! Now it’s June (150 days later) and my car is still not registered with the DMV yet. I have No registration, NO title and NO valid license plate!I reached out to Nima Tavakhonia, one of AutoNation INFINITI Tustin finance managers for help. At first my calls were ignored and my emails went unanswered. I had to go to the dealership to talk to the General Manager AJ Ortiz, before Nima would help me. This should have been a red flag. It was very unprofessional in my opinion. Nima told me everything was submitted to the DMV and when asked for proof he sent me an email with a caption “it was sent in to be processed and should be done soon” in the body of the email and added I would be getting my license plate and registration soon.Being skeptic, I called the DMV and was told that the dealer only paid the fee and did the smog check. They are still waiting for the paperwork.Here are the dates that I was given by the DMV agent:Purchased vehicle on 1/9/21Dealer paid DMV fee on 2/4/21Smog check done on 4/26/21.As of June 1, 2021 – The status is still pending for paperwork.I don’t know why they are dragging their feet with this whole registration thing? Many people I know recommended AutoNation to me when I began my car search. After this whole experience I can definitely say I cannot recommend AutoNation INFINITI Tustin to anyone.
I was treated poorly. I have a intoxalock device in my car and provided specific instructions on what to do and not do. However the technician or someone Did not alert me to the request to Provide a breath sample during the maintenance oil change. Which calls me to receive a lockout notification and I was built $35 to have it cleared. Rene Flores assured me that upon receiving the invoice the $35 would be reimbursed to me thus far I have not received that reimbursement.
Infiniti customer service is horrible. Trying to schedule a appointment is terrible. Gettinganyone on the phone take forever. The people who answer the phones connect you to the wrong person or hanging up on you. It usually take 3-4 times to get the right person on the phone. Unfortunately I have to go to Tustin to get up certain service because i purchased my SUV here.. Try to go to Mission Viejo they are the best always on it.

After my review below I finally got a call and they fixed the environmental system issues. The service department is great but none of the rest of them are. After 2 months when I didn’t get my plates or title I called the DMV to find out that the dealership had me in pending for months without noticing. I called Infiniti they said they lost a bunch of smog info so I had to come back in for them to do the smog check again. I waited a few weeks and called the DMV, it’s still in pending on the dealerships side. At this point my temp paper plates are torn and I’m not far from the end date on those. I’ve had so many health issues these last few months and the stress of this is making them worse.At first I loved this dealership. The man who helped me was nice and the paperwork went smoothly. When I took the car to my mechanic the next day he found a razor blade wedged deeply into the tire and said the tires were so overinflated that I’m lucky I didn’t have a blowout on the freeway. So I ended up shelling out for new tires on a car I just bought.I called to talk about this and left a message. Then an email. Then another message and another email. I got absolutely no response. I know this was a used car but to let me drive off the lot with unsafe tires and a razor blade seemed like something they should talk to their service department about since it supposedly had a very thorough inspection.A day after that my check engine light came on and coded as an emissions issue. I replaced the gas cap (the usual reason for those codes) and called this dealership again to get their smog check paperwork they had to do before selling the car. I never got a response, though I was promised that I would this time.I decided to see what happened with the gas cap and ended up getting a few more mechanical things taken care of in the meantime. I sent a few more emails to try to get that smog info but was ignored. Fast forward to a month later and the check engine light came on again, which means the problem is more in-depth. It also means at this point the car they sold me can’t pass inspection, which is not legal to sell in CA.I wanted to work this out with them, still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was promised AGAIN that a manager would call me, and no one has. At this point I wanted to call AutoNation and Infiniti headquarters to get this taken care of so I chatted with this dealership just to ask their store managers name and they flat out refused to give it to me. The rep just kept saying he needed my name and number so someone could call me back, even after I explained that I had heard this for a month and just wanted the name.I opened a case with Autonation’s headquarters and will be taking this to small claims now if their corporate can’t help. I really wanted to (and tried) to work with them directly but they have literally just ignored me and I feel backed into a corner where now I have to fight them, not something I need while fighting a ton of health issues.I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but the way they’ve dealt with this (by not dealing with it at all) has cemented what kind of people they are. I’m sad because I thought AutoNation could be trusted, and they have so many good reviews. I just wanted a working car and some communication and they couldn’t even give me half of that.Be very careful going here.Update: their service department got a hold of me today to try to make things right. It may just be that this dealerships sales people are awful because Renee in the service department was an absolute sweetheart. I’ll update this review later this week as things start happening!

Not happy. When I recently purchased a vehicle from them I was promised they would be replacing a cracked/broken side view mirror. The salesman has repeatedly avoided me or has an excuse. I am tired of the run-around and feel he is hoping I will just go away. Now it is causing me extra time and frustration to solve this. Not a good look for the company. I will not be recommending them to anyone.
I saw two QX50 on line at the Tustin store We called and set up an appointment for the next day. We arrive in a pouring rain. Sam met us at the door and it turned out to be the best car buying experience ever. The negotiations went well and the paper work took forever, but that was expected. The car did not have floor mats. Dishonest workers and management.I dropped off my nearly new car for service and found new scratches on my car in late November. I informed them and they acted like they would look into it by reviewing their in house video. It is now January and I have called them about 20 times and no resolution. Before you drop off your car here, take a good time-stamped video of your car. Also, do NOT inform them of the location of the scratches as they will doctor their paperwork. First their workers scratch of your car, then their management will ignore you if you complain. Go elsewhere if you have a choice.

My wife and I recently bought a used 2019 Suburban there. Really good customer service. Gil Navarro was really friendly and attentive to our budget needs. We didnt feel pressured at all. Definitely recommend them... try to get Gil help you if you can.
