We ordered both the signature and jasmine milk tea but the jasmine milk tea tasted far better than their signature tea. The jasmine tea is very fragrant and strong while we couldn’t really figure out what flavor the signature tea was.

What I love first — I love that I can tell them exactly how much sugar I don’t want and even at “slight” it tastes sweet. That’s probably because I’ve made such an effort to cut out sugary drinks. I also order the crystal boba! So far I have had two milk teas — guava and taro — and that was today.It’s pretty much always busy but they’re fast so you won’t be waiting long.

This is the the only place I think of when I need some boba in my life. Monster Bobo Latte is my favorite.

From a large cup, only 1/4 is the mixture... the rest is ice... tasted bland...

The drinks are good and perfectly made! Theres a lot of seasonal things not on the menu but on the slideshow that they play that are super tasty too :)

I had a horrible experience here, the first time they made the drink it tasted only like almond milk and water with no flavor then the second time they made the drink it was pure sugar, it was one of the sweetest drinks I’ve ever had. The manager asked me if I liked it but I told him the honest truth that it was too sweet, then one of his employees mad dogged me and my friend as we were leaving just cause we didn’t like the drinks. We will not be returning to this place as their very rude and unprofessional and most likely racist towards other ethnicities.

My wife and I love this place. The staff is very enthusiastic, efficient and friendly. Even the customers are very relaxed and nice that make you want to come back here. It’s a clean place that makes very refreshing drinks. We’ve tried 6 different drinks since we found this Ding Tea location and liked them all. Each of the drinks has its own unique taste. Great people, great environment, great drinks!

I door dashed 4 boba tea’s and o Ly one had Boba!! I would like my money back including the tip I gave the dasher!!!! I will not recommend this place to anyone!! Gonna submit a yelp review

Been loving this tea spot in Tustin, from regular milk tea to the Jasime tea my girlfriend loves, they have a great menu, friendly staff, fast service, and delicious products! They also recently added some ice cream bars that are great heading into summer.

I love Ding Tea and Im happy to have this location close to work. Staff is friendly and willing to adjust your drink if it is not made to your satisfaction. Make sure youre prepared for drinks on the sweet side and adjust accordingly!

Got matcha latte and brown sugar milk tea. I think they’re very average and the drinks taste watered down.

Service is good. It surprises me that when i have a big order how well the team/system is able to maintain the same great quality in every drink. Some observations, is when there is too many associates drink orders arent efficiently coming out or being called for pick up. I stood there approximately 5-10mins after my order was complete for someone to call out my order number. Other than that, this location is AWESOME!

We come here very often. Drinks are always good.Located in an old strip plaza near some rough neighborhood but its fairly safe.

The tea here is cloyingly sweet comparing to other places like Omomo or Sunright. Even at 50% sugar level, it felt like I was directly injecting syrup into my veins. If you like to drink syrup with just a hint of tea flavor, you are going to love this place.

They messed up BOTH drinks I ordered and on top of that the tea is awful; the guava one tastes like soap. Staff was nice at least.

They handled a massive order of 70+ drinks in less than an hour while still managing to serve their other customers. Really appreciate their attitude and professionalism. And, of course, good milk tea :)

Love the flavorful drinks and custom adjustments. The drinks are fresh made to order. There was a few times where they ran out of their perfectly made golden Boba. My favorite drink would be the Winter melon milk tea with grass jelly.

Solid milk tea and boba place. Good prices and very tasty. I got my usual Thai iced tea with less sugar. I like that you can customize the sugar levels. Decent amount of seating but it can get busy.

Great place. The signiture milk tea taste so much smoother than some other ding tea locations. The sweetness of the milk tea is just about right for me.

Ding tea was really good like always but wish it was a bit faster. The mango and strawberry slushes were amazing all the slushes there are great. And a great environment and just not a good environment to study in. Definitely come back for the slushes

WHEN I FIRST HAD DINGTEA BACK IN 2016 in the westminster location, I thought it was the absolute tippy top of boba in southern California. Now that Ive had so many more different kinds and places, I still would rate ding tea as one of the top boba shops in socal.Their SIGNATURE MILK TEA with GOLDEN BOBA is legit one of the best drinks Ive had. Not too sweet and has a nice molasses taste that comes with brown sugar based milk teas. Golden boba is amazingly CHEWYYY so good. QQ to the max for my taiwanese out there!!I like getting Jasmine Milk Green Tea from all the boba shops I visit and I feel as if they dont make the tea normally sweet enough for me. I dont typically order extra sweet but I will do it justfor ding tea.GOLDEN BOBA IS AMAZING. I havent tried the other things on the menu because Im basic as all hell but do try the signature milk tea with golden boba (or any topping) - you wont RAGRET.

Bad customer service but what can you expect from 20 somethings. Needs new manager or owner. Needs better training. Acknowledge people when they are right in front of you is customer service 101. Shouldnt take 15mins to pick up an order that was pre made.Smh. Stay away. Dont do any orders via doordash or postmates or phone. Leaf cream is quicker. Friendly and great for orders. Best part.. right down the street on red hill.

Not my favorite tea shop. The taro milk tea tasted really grainy and had an artificial taste. The strawberry yacult was just too sweet and unimpressive. The golden bobas wee just so-so. The crystal bobas were large and chewy. Everyone in my group said the milk teas were just okay. Ill give them a few weeks to settle in before I try them again. Hopefully Ill have a better experience next time.
