Paid for expedited shipping. Did not arrive anywhere near their estimate. FedEx said the package was lost. Meanwhile while trying to find out where my package was the Nextwarehouse rep could not have been more underwhelmed. If that is your demeanor fine - just get out of the customer service business! Find another vendor. Others are cheaper and more reliable. Save yourself a lot of headaches!

If I could give Zero Stars I would. I cannot even get customer service to answer my email about tracking of my package! Very poor service!

Each of the two phone numbers I found for them doesnt take calls, it just hangs up instantly. Not a place a would do business with.

Ordered an item on 4/13 3 weeks go by and receive notification that the product has been discontinued. Mgfr denied product is discontinued that it is still making product. In fact I just ordered 2 of said product on mr bezos website today after this email. Appears this shop lost contract with the mgfr as they aren’t listing anything from that vendor anymore

Unbelievably rude. It was like I was talking to petulant teenagers. The site is a reseller that has zero inventory and writes breached contracts with delivery deadlines that they never intend to keep.
