Its a nice place, with friendly staff that are willing to help. The facility is generally clean, and the bottom level is usually nicely air conditioned. The only frustrating thing about storage is that there are set times when you can access your stuff. In my opinion, if its mine, I should be able to access it whenever I want, but that is just how storage places work. I would defiently recommend this place.

Stay away...so much stuff stolen..I guess it is our fault for allowing them to use their padlock. Tried talking to Corporate office...they never returned call, never answered emails. Tammy in the office would not accept checks that come directly from the bank...(even though on the website it states they will accept bank checks. She would only accept cash...We live in Arizona that was impossible.... very difficult to work with these people.In response to owner reply.....I have call logs and copies of emails...that can prove I tried contacting the corporate office more than once in regards to these missing items....before we moved out.

I was very pleased with my initial experience getting a storage space. Tulsi Saha was very organized. The facility is clean, the carts are readily available, & there were a couple of benefits I wasnt even aware of from the website. For example, I didnt know they can receive packages on my behalf so that I can store them at a later time. I also didnt know they would provide me with a lock & key. I highly recommend Pouch Self Storage!

Ive had an excellent experience with all the staff and management of Pouch in Tustin. Moving is a pain, but they have been so accommodating throughout the process.

I have rented a storage unit at this particular location a couple of times, due to an unexpected death in my family, and I have always been impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Randy, Tulsi and Amber. These three individuals are the most professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, courteous, compassionate, understanding and kind customer representatives with whom I have had the pleasure of dealing whether in person or by phone. Knowing that I lived out-of-state, Randy, Tulsi and Amber always went that extra mile for me every time I had to conduct business by phone. I will always remember them for their kindness and willingness to accommodate all my storage unit requirements and needs. I must say first off the year that I have been here renting a unit the 3 staff members I have delt with (Amber, Tammy and Tulsi) have all been in my eyes fair, and equal -non bias to me and everyone else i have seen. They present a family friendly atmosphere everyday.When I moved in, Amber picked up my belongings with their Free move in truck which saved me time and money. I even once left out a high dollar back swing that I thought might have been thrown out, they put it away for safe keeping until I came the next morning, to my relief. They always treat me with respect even when I have to be corrected.I highly recommend this place if you are in need of a storage.Thank You Amber, Tammy and Tulsi for your kindness... and Thank you to the Management for hiring such great people. For the past 3 yrs I have had nothing but a great experience here, Friendly staff awsome customer service.

I needed public storage space. I just happened to notice this facility while driving by it. I stopped to inquire with no initial intention of signing up at that time. But, Tulasi, on duty at that time, was so good in understanding my needs and budget, I signed up immediately. Tulasi took time to show 4 different storage units of different sizes. I selected one and Tulasi did the paperwork. I changed my mind and opted to rent another unit. Tulasi never complained and redid the paperwork. Since then, every time I visit the place, he remembers my unit number and handed the key; this means a lot to me in these days of terrible customer service. I found the others on duty also to be friendly and helpful.Now about the facility. It is extremely clean and have not noticed any pests in the 2+ weeks I have been using it. My unit is not climate controlled but as good as one. So, I am able to store temperature sensitive goods. The only thing I suggest to the management is to install light within each unit.They provide truck if one is needed for initial move in. They have several large hand-trucks that are really useful to move the stuff in and out. My initial move in took several hours; so, I appreciated that they have a rest-room for tenants.This place is 15 miles from where I live but planning to keep my stuff there as long as I needed to. That is how much I like this place.

If you need self-storage, you would be hard-pressed to find a better service than Pouch. Randy and Varinder in the Tustin office have been most helpful and friendly.

It has been such a good experience for me with Tustin Self Storage here on 6th street in Tustin.
