Outstanding customer service. The young lady to the far right was very very nice. Answered all my questions politely, was very patient and understanding and willing to help. Everybody in the store seemed happy to help. They have a great selection of boxes and moving equipment. They also do truck rentals and storage. I recommend this location. They even have Spanish-speaking workers upfront if you need some help.

I came to pick up my Uhaul. I have been in line for half an hour (yes, right before my actual move, those very valuable minutes), and seems like Im going to be here a while more. Its Sunday 9:30 am!

Customer service is horrible. You have to wait on hold for a long time. 1/2 the time when somebody picks up they hang up on you accidentally. Website cant sign in. Im trying to give them money and they make it so difficult. I gave 2 stars because some of them are nice. Very unhappy with this company.

We sent our stuff via UBox from Georgia to California. In Georgia we were told our boxes would be delivered to our home once they arrived in the state. When they did arrive and we called to set up the delivery, we were told their would be an additional fee that had never been mentioned before, despite U-Haul claiming to have no hidden fees.Our u-haul boxes were also several days late on both ends of the trip. Weve had a pretty terrible and frustrating experience and arent likely to use uboxes again.

I rent fro Uhaul on regular basis. Usually when there they take my drivers license and scan and do whatever needed. This time they wanted for me to do all the work and the staff were not very pleasant. Would not recommend the location, there are so many other places with much better service

Try to contact this location owner or someone could reschedule my appointment for me during the phone wait over 20 minute. In the end still no one pick up phone to help me out the reschedule. I did call over 10 times still the same. wonder is this location still open? also was trying to contact uHaul customer service, their customer service is a joke. waiting over 20 minutes no human pickup phone also online chat I was talking my self with a name shown which is a Robot.

Our uhaul trailer had a flat tire and we came to uhaul in Tustin California and they didnt wanted to help us, they ignored us, and someone there told us to call uhaul help because they are too busy to help us. We are in our way to Idaho and here in Tustin, CA they didnt want to helped us.

I have been on hold for at least 20 min just to talk to someone who doesnt know the price for Propane. It shouldnt be so difficult to get a price.

Reserved a large truck 2 weeks ago to pick up tomorrow. Have family flying in to help us load. Today they call and inform us they cant get our truck so something smaller or not at all. Smaller wont work. Seems to me that having know for 2 weeks they had promised to deliver, they could have gotten one in here, from just about anywhere!!! Not the 1st problem weve had with this location but I assure you it will be the last!!! Hope corporate reads these.

Worst customer service, they never pick up the phone and when they do they give you misleading information. I got charged $40 more than I should have.

I returned a trailer and used the storage unit here for a month. Everyone that worked there was very helpful and the storage units were well kept.

“Kinda closed for propane since we are kinda busy” was their response when asked for a propane refill on a tank I purchased from here.

I rented a pick up truck with a trailer from this location. I made a mistake with my reservation and Sarah helped me to fix it. She was a delight and very nice. I just wanted to write a review and thank her.

Sara was very helpful and transperent with all my questions. I recommned this location and by passed numerous locations due to the customer service.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. A great selection of packing supplies at good prices. Hopefully the van hire tomorrow will be as successful.

I rarely if ever write a negative review but i feel that I must speak up! I reserved a truck and Furniture Dolly. To make a very long story short. I paid the fees went around back to pick up the truck and was informed there was no Dolly available. My only option was to purchase the Dolly. Several Holds were place on my credit card. When we finally got the Dolly and the truck. I noticed that on the print out it showed the truck has 3/4 tank of gas but in reality it was at 1/4 tank. I took a pic and date stamped it on my phone. Went back and informed an employee. she stated not to worry, she would correct it and then made a note on my print out. That same evening I put gas int he truck, took another pic, it was exactly 1/4 tank. Returned the truck a few hours later. Then today, my credit card was double charged the amount plus charged $8.00 for Gas. i called customer service and filled a complaint and explained everything. someone will call me back in 72 hours. my experience was extremely negative and i dont recommend this place to anyone!

Don’t ever use their service, worst customer service. Employees constantly call to harass me about my storage payment when everything was taking care of. I told them to take me off the call list, they keep saying that did but still calling me. I even signed a paper stating that I won’t ever do business with them again but yet they still call and harass me. I recommend you don’t go to this particular location.

Service was relatively good. I was running late to my morning appointment and they still accommodated my trailer hitch install. The GM onsite seemed on point with what was happening in the store.Opened my trunk to check the electrical and the plastic paneling wasnt reinstalled correctly. Left the area looking jankey. Also had to search for the plug-in for the wiring. I called and asked for clarification, they called me back quickly to explain. That was good.Reinstall the panels nicely and wed have 5 starts. Now I just need to make sure it all works.Would patron this location again.

Arrived 5 mins after the store closed and James was kind enough to stay and complete the check out. Good service and good truck.

Wish I would have read the reviews first??First impression..I drive up to park my vehicle and I was swarmed by 4 gangster looking homeboys with tattos on their necks and black baseball caps who spoke perfect english ..asking if I needed help moving.. Of course I declined..Wow?? I would not bring these guys to my house...Once inside I had to wait in a long line 5 customers deep and 1 associate behind the counter..took forever..this place is totally understaffed..good luck

Horrible parking. Hit and miss on service. Long lines. Reservations very ify. You may or may not get your truck. You need the insurance as vehicles may or may not be e properly maintained. I had a truck where the mirror fell off. It was Saturday. Their response was to bring it in for replacement truck. Very difficult to drive safely with mirror missing. During weekdays very easy to get what you want. During weekdays I renewed rental for another day in 1 minute. I was shocked. 99 percent of my experiences with them had been negative. Avoid weekends if you can and you will be happier. Weekends the feeling I got was indifference from my the staff.

BE CAREFUL GOING HERE FOR PROPANE!!!! (Too bad there isnt a negative star system ...hey Google, how about Xs????). I called the Lake Forest location about a propane refill and she politely explained they dont have that service there but Tustin did.Asking about price, she said the 15 pound tank for our patio heater was 3 gallons × $3.29 a gallon, so around $10. Perfect!When the young man came out to help me there, I asked how many gallons would fill it, he flatly said 5 gallons ($6 more total). I corrected him based on what the Lake Forest franchise just told me, even put them on speaker to let him know, and he answered so you want to put 3 gallons on it? He would have overcharged me if I hadnt known better.I went inside to pay and told the other employee they were overcharging; he just sat there with a stone cold look like I was bothering him, not a word about correcting the other guy, no Im sorry that happened, Ill let him knowGuess i was just another old cranky dude bothering him, complaining about them ripping people off.So now you know how much to pay for a standard patio heater/firepit tank refill....

Had a storage unit for 6 months. Friendly employees would have been 5 stars if there was an elevator. Only two floors though so not that bad.

Ive rented here at least 6 times and Ive had great service and great trucks everytime. The last truck (LARGE!) was absolutely perfect. And this place is freeway close and very convenientJames

After fighting traffic and a Uber ride to this location they informed me that my reservation has been transferred to the Santa Ana location. Just one phone call could have saved me a lot of time and money! Save yourself the headache and choose a different location. As a small business owner that uses U-Haul trucks several times a month I know I will!

This place is really crowded. Im glad they have so much business and they seem to have a good system for getting people in and out. Im just glad I got in line early and wasnt at the end of the line when they opened.

They have drop off option and lots of parking space so drop off does not become a hassle. Inside of the store could use a bit of reorganizing.

I cannot imagine a worse experience- I’ve been trying to pick up a truck for almost 2 hours with no success. Their login system online doesn’t work. The truck that I was set up with is not on the lot, the manager does not answer his cell, customer service was rude and telling me the truck is here when it’s not.

These guys are scumbag.. I rented a large van, and upon return I got charged +$200 for damages to the vehicle, which in this case are small interior dents to the vehicle, the part that is right above the wheel. They told me that I was lucky I purchased the insurance, which had a deductible up to $150, so I got charged $150. I tried as hard as I could to justify the charge, but I just couldnt. I didnt even have stuff that was on top of that. I should have taken pictures of the interior of the vehicle too.The guy at the counter, Daniel Haarlammert, is the culprit. He straight up told me that if you want, you can call Uhaul corporate to dispute it, but we have the pictures on file. Well, you know what? I most definitely will. And if Uhaul wants my repeat business as well as the business of all my friends and family (I have powerful friends, mind you), I hope they will change their business practice, for their sake.Its people like this who have bad business practice that make me lose faith in humanity.

Bad service. Very rude people especially the general manager Andrew. He has a really bad attitude. Take 24 hrs to “find” my storage? What a joke! They set a really low bar for their industry.

Ive rented from this location several times and it can get busy. Today I wanted to fill my propane tank and watched trucks and trailers come in after me and leave while waiting for someone to fill my tank which takes about 3 minutes to fill. Ill go to the gas station that fills propane next time. It may be cheaper to fill here, but itll cost you more in time than its worth.

The management and the staff are absolutely wonderful!! I highly recommend them for storage and truck rental.

They need more staff. As well, after paying for a Truck, I had to wait 30+ mins for them to find lost keys to a truck parked in front of the one I was to take. As well, the 2nd Truck in front of the lost keys truck had to be pushed by 1 guy because it broke down. No team spirit. No Organization. Poor customer service. Try another location.

This place is a dump, the staff are all worthless, i had the pleasure of dealing with this locations general manager andrew what a joke, he was rude and unwelcoming. You can tell no one care about their job. It took 9 hours to do a tow instalation i droped it off at 830am and hand picked it up at 530p. Dont even bother with this place.

Absolutely the worst managed U-Haul that I have ever encountered. When returning a cargo van, there was an huge semi-truck parked in the drive way. Upon talking to the U-haul employee checking in vans, he said to drive to the other side of the El Camino so the semi could pull out. After waiting for 20 mins, with a line 3 deep. There was no sign of any movement. I called the number on the contract and was told Ernest would come out to give me an ETA, 15 mins later, no Ernest. Finally I pulled into the driveway in front of the semi and went to complain to the manager. She took me to the vehicle check in area and I confronted the attendant who told me to wait and asked why he told me it would be only a few minutes to allow the semi to pull out and he just shrugged his shoulders. Irritated I went to the another check in attendant and they said write a complaint. Nobody here gives a darn about the customer. Great location so they get lots of business, but complaint is that the employees do not deal with issues, do not take responsibility and worst, treat customers as if they dont matter. It is one hour and 10 minutes since I first arrived at the facility - no sitting at the Starbucks across the street - and the semi is still blocking the entry way. Disappointed that my normal U-haul rental facility does not carry cargo vans. Avoid this place would be my advice, no matter how convenient it may be located.

Worst experience ever! I put $10 gass for just 15 miles on their truck and the indicator was not moving up, I showed the receipt and they wanted to charge me another $10!!! I went to gas station and put $10 more gass on that and indicator suddenly went all the way up! So I got the half tank and drop off full tank. When I asked for remburcement they lounged and said we dont pay you any money back and even said leave here now!!!!! How rude. They are doing this with every customer and I will sue them.

These people add fees to anything they can think off...If you have a friend who has a truck just give him 100 bucks to use it otherwise youll end up paying over $130 for every 30 miles. Full me once...

I had 3 rentals from them out of which 2 are the worst.The first one was to rent a ubox which was really good.Second one was to rent a pick up truck to haul the UBOX which sucked!!They give me this pick up truck and they knew Im to haul my UBOX to LA (more than 10 miles which is the limit) and then they refused to pay me back because of their mistake.The manager first agreed to pay back my money but changed her mind! after I was waiting for her 2 hours in the morning, probably I had to record herThird one was to rent a truck which sucked again, she googled the distance and put it exactly on my contract so I should pay extra for extra miles. On the way going to LA I was afraid to stop to use a restroom not to exceed the mileage.Its a great neighbor but lack of management.I called customer service and guess what....the same manager called me to take my comlaints!!!
