Super slow service.. Placed an order for a tea and its taken over 25 minutes to get a basic tea... I could do better making my cup of tea at home... Waste of my time...

The baristas have exceptional service. They are always so willing to answer any questions you may have. On the occasion that youre drink is not what youd thought itd be, they gladly replace it. I 100% recommend going here, whether to catch up with a friend or a bit of study or work! The vibes are always top notch!!! I ❤️ Starbucks.

Wait in the drive thru was ridiculous. Almost made me late for work. Then the car in front of me got my order. Then I proceeded to pull up to the window and was handed the wrong order and had to be refunded my money because I couldnt wait for my order to be made because I was gonna be late for work. I love these guys usually but this morning was a bad experience.

Drinks are great when you can get what you want. I am guessing they have been having supply issues. One day no large cups, the next day no Chai.

When I tell you that I absolutely adore the staff that works here!!! They are amazing! So polite and they cook the food how I like. Far cry from the one in yucca which is awful. I will drive the extra 10 min to go to the this one for 5 Star service!

I had the best experience at this location! The lobby was closed and I couldnt go through the drive-thru (we were in our RV) so I called the store and asked if they could bring my order to the door and they were SO nice and said no problem and then gave me a coffee cake on the house! Such a refreshing experience! Yay for 29 Palms Starbucks!

Compliments to the mid shift crew today!Excellent espresso flavor, and Id always recommend their decaf if its 3:30pm or better.Pulled really well today for a venti iced americano (straight) - also appreciate the paper cup request always being honored, and of course the ice water to cool off on these sunny summer afternoons 😎

25 minute wait in drive-thru. Unfortunate. Venti caramel frappuccino was much too sweet. Also, straw was too short, making drive thru less than pleasant.

Great service and nice new building. I go through 29 Palms on our to Laughlin a few or more times a year. Its nice to have such a quality Starbucks in suck an out of the way location. It is now a permanent stop in our commute to give Don Laughlin our money.What makes it exceptional are the people working there. Very friendly staff that listen to you order and make it right the first time. Not that our orders are difficult but you would be surprised how many times they didnt add cream to the wifes coffee. Dont bring mama no black coffee.Anyhow, its definitely worth the stop.

The one in 29Palms is excellent. Great service and friendly employees. Now the one in yucca Valley is a different story. Before I go to Starbucks in Yucca Valley, Ill drive to 29Palms or cathedral city.

Big Prices and to me their coffee is too strong

Super long wait but totally worth it! I was super impressed with how friendly the staff was and I concur with the person who mentioned the YV Starbucks...they definitely need to take some lessons from the staff at the Twentynine Palms location. Even though I live in Yucca Valley I make the 20 minute drive so I dont have to deal with them in YV.

This is a great Starbucks honestly, I go there at night for a snack sometimes, that one gal, Ash I think is her name. she is great, always charismatic and attentative.

Customer service was great one of the people at the drive though especially i think her name was ash very charismatic and our order was correct which was a plus.

I Love the staff. I hate nothing is ever in stock! The same things are out of stock every week. I have found myself when driving to work going to other Starbucks sometime because my drink can never be made. KEEP THINGS IN STOCK. Also... parking and wait is SUPER LONG

Drinks are rarely ever made correctly.

All Starbucks have great coffee. But this location needs more employees in my opinion. Everytime I go here I do the drive thru window. If you have more then four or five cars ahead of you count on sitting for at least fifteen minutes or more. Everything else is good except they dont have enough employees to give faster service.

Today I went in and I ordered 3 drinks I dropped one by accident and automatically I got dirty looks and they seemed pretty irritated( understandable they are tired probably) but on top she got mad so made my drink wrong so I had to refuse it and say it was wrong then proceeded to make my last drink last! I watched them grab all the cups around it that were supposed to be made after since they make drinks in order and even tho they had the drink ready to pour in the cup right next to it they literally just were saving it as the last drink to make. absolutely horrible. I wish This Starbucks was nicer to people. I ordered my drink at 8:12 am on 4/9/2021 the girl working the coffeee station was the rudest I’ve even met and honestly I’m very disappointed with my trip

Service was first rate, the team was engaged the order was correct and it was done quickly. They did not have the item I wanted, citrus medicine ball, so they missed out on one of 3 sales, hence the 3 rating.

Once ordered and got a drink blended with plastic. It was a vanilla bean. Didnt go back to get it remade because I was in a rush but it did suck. Other visits have been okay

Had a weird request for some Three-Broomsticks Butterbeer for my son on a day out. The Baristo took a look at some very foreign sounding instructions on my cracked to 43LL phone screen and put the order in.The Barista making the curious creme frappuccino didnt disappoint the Harry Potter lore. My favorite is the medicine ball. Its great for colds, calming mood, and a good way to drink herbs. Its the best drink on a cold day.

Quick proficient lots of people come here if you have time to go in do it. But, seems the wait outside is just as long!

My brother bought me a coffee everyday from here, a little bit pricey but was a good flavor. White chocolate mocha cold brew.

Had a few days in a row of Starbucks coffee I was not able to get everything I needed charged, but that’s the fault of the user . Many items they did not have but the good old standby was there!!

Kinda a rip off. I got a Green Matcha tea latte,dont get me wrong, it was yummy n all,but for the price I paid,they didnt fill the cup up full. Most of the stores have a lot of products that they sell. This Starbucks barely has one or two shelves.

The slowest drive up line Ive ever been in. We were the 5th car in line, it took 17 mins. Store policy wouldnt allow us to use the bathroom....not helpful! Staff was definitely lackadaisical, unmotivated and did I mention slow?

1 of the drinks wasnt made right.

Waiting at the drive through and nobody is answering. A line of cars is behind us. I call the store and after several rings,a girl rudely answers. I say we are waiting in the drive thru to order. She is snooty and said they closed at eight, which I reply, your website says 9. She retorts that they closed early for some reason( I didnt really hear her) and that its posted on the door. At this point Im now done with her attitude and proceed to yell at her that if Im driving thru what good is a sign on the door? Shouldnt it be on the drive thru sign where me and the other five cars are waiting to order? I hung up and were left. Its the high desert the next Starbucks was forty minutes away and the line was insane, so no Starbucks for the two hour trip home!

Go at least two times a week not a coffee drinker but love their Teas and Refreshers.

I live in yucca valley but drive to 29 palms for starbucks. This location gets my drinks right all the time! Love it.

I love Starbucks, it is most definitely my vice. I need to update my previous review to twll you that while it took some time this Starbucks has definitly improved. The baristas are friendly and they know regulars by name. Any complaints I have are not this particular Starbucks fault (out of stock items, app purchases). I visit quite often and my dog relishes in his weekend trip for his puppachino.

Starbucks seems to be always there for an emergency caffeine lift when your mom and pop coffee shop is closed

Being in a new town, its great to have a familiar place. And they were busy, and still the line moved quickly and our order was correct, for a large order.
