Friendly staff. Great prices when they have sales. It gets frustrating with their coupons though. You think you can use them but 90% of them arent eligible to be added on due to certain reasons that I dont understand.

I went in on Saturday night desperately looking for a promise ring. When I walked right to jewelry I was greeted right away from a worker. First thing I saw was her name, Kassandra. I explained to her what I was looking for and how desperate I was, she asked me tons of questions helping me out, we looked at rings and then she showed me the perfect ring. Right away I knew it was the one. She was so helpful and nice. She has tons of patience with me. I showed my girlfriend and she loved it! I will for sure come back for an engagement ring!

I am getting extremely disappointed with your customer service. I came to return a few items and went to the jewelry counter since others had lines and the dark curly haired girl working there told me she could not help me return them, I proceeded to the department where a thin girl with a unique accent was more than happy to take care of it. It’s a shame because I shop often at your store and this was not the first time I had received such poor service. Kudos to the girl in men’s department as she apologized to me and made sure I left satisfied.

They did not have the size that I needed. and the racks were mostly picked over. I will try again this weekend and see if they have replenished their racks for business casual clothing...

Kassandra helped me pick out a new necklace for a family reunion a few weeks ago. She was very knowledgeable on the different type of metals which is helpful because I have sensitive skin. Kassandra was very sweet and thought she provided excellent customer service. Best part—all my family complimented the necklace!

Hair stylist was amazing!! She did my hair just how I wanted it. And was very friendly.

Most of the employees at this location are terrific. They’re knowledgeable, helpful, and generally patient. It is sometimes unclear which registers are open and I have occasionally felt like there should’ve more people working.Reasonable selection on hand and online ordering is free (shipped to store usually).

The store was neat and clean. The young man at check out was knowledgeable. My only negative comment we as trying to find a register to check out. Only one register was open on the north side of the store. We were on the mall side of the store and the clerk told us she couldnt handle us, so we went to the next check and,was told the same thing. So we just kept walking around the store until we came to the north entrance.

Was able to find 99% of the stuff I was looking for. The 1% isnt there fault as what I was looking for was an Easter dress 3t just 4 days before Easter. But was great experience

Not a great place to buy jeans. A whole bunch of skinny jeans, and no size selection for anyone over 511 in Arizona for a decent cut, no wranglers and a small fade selection of Levi 501.

Beware, Since I went in for a simple trim and have long hair I just needed that ends cut off it literally took her five minutes. They are now charging $35 which is outrageous. I was not informed of that until it was time to pay of course

It was great. I havent been to Penneys for years. The customer service was outstanding. I bout most of my things on an after Christmas sale. It was fun shopping. Ill definitely be back!!

Very positive experience because as a Male, shopping is not by cup of tea. Customer Service was actually really good considering their age, was very promising to see what the future holds. Kudos to JC Penneys for doing a good job of hiring.

I got my hair cut today by one of the most enthusiastic and kindest woman I’ve ever experienced. Truly happy and very impressed with her. Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but I hope whoever goes here, gets her! She’s truly the best!

This store in Twin Falls has a wide selection of clothing, always discounts prices, and most importantly in this period of labor shortages, has very friendly and helpful staff

Really this review is more about The Lady working in Sephoria, She was very rude to my wife and daughter until she learned my wife was a manager at another Jc Pennys, Jc Pennys itself was Great, Employees were helpful and store was clean with all the Covid Protocols required

Not like the good old days.

I stop here every time I am in town. They have great selection, and always have a good sale going on. They used to have a great selection of mens clothing on clearance, but the womens and kids clearance seems to have grown to far outweigh the mens. Still worth checking!

Way over priced stuff even on clearance u can get just as good of quality at walmart they do have a nice variety tho ...staff is slow and does not make themselves available to help you

As I stood in line this review went from 4 stars to 3. Why does it take 20 minutes to check out each customer? Then when we got up to purchase the $9.99 shirt was suddenly $40.00! I ordered more than half the stuff I picked up online and got it for much cheaper!

Have got to save Covid 19 and JC penny have made shopping here a huge pain. No dressing rooms but yet you can return things? So you just end up having it make multiple trips and half the door locked so you go in big circles. Huge pain

The staff was available for help and very friendly but not stalkingly so. The choices for what I had been looking at were amazing and so well laid out. They were also very affordable.

Visited the salon. Excellent service from the receptionist to the hairdresser.Fran Maltby is a fantastic hairdresser. She ask questions as to how you want something done. When she uses products on your hair she explains astonished why and what they are for.

Has a lot of good stuff

This is another great, affordable, family friendly place to get anyones hair done in the family. They have just the right stylist for everyones needs. They always get me in last minute and match me well with a stylist to meet my hair needs, often coordinating 4 of us in for one afternoon. I cant express how grateful I am to have Jess, Kayla and the rest of the staff to help our family. Without these affordable options, we would all walk around looking like shaggy dogs. The color has always been on point along with the cuts. With these pictures, I asked for a subtle and natural looking change. I was put with the new stylist from down south and she was amazing too! I feel like the indoor lighting did no justice to how beautiful my hair came out looking!

Smaller than most, so selection is limited compared to other locations. Pricing wss competitive and the employees were helpful for sure. :)

Nice size range, good clearance prices, fashions with the latest styles. The quality of choices have very much improved, hope they stay open. Nice to still have a physical store to go to.

Great place to shop at the Mall

Like some of their cutting techniques however, parts of the front of my hair looks like he cinged my ends with a lighter. My ends are completely frayed. I when to get me split ends trimmed off not they look the same as before except Im $30 broke. DONT go to JCPenney for your hair.

Terrible experience there. Rude employee who wouldn’t leave me alone after I asked a simple question. She followed me around the store talking about her life and things that I didn’t care about. Won’t be going back there again.

Always a good selection of quality merchandise that one can try on... Very courteous staff.

The sales are great which is why I go here. However, the store has become less like a department store and more closely resembles a discount clearance house crammed full of markdown, last season clothing.

Lots of nice styles to choose from, courteous and helpful sales ladies, good sale prices. We were pleased with our purchases and the cost of them.

I needed a few polo shirts for work. Went to Ross, nothing. Ran by T.J. Maxx, tried on a couple things and didnt like anything.Then went to JC Penney and found an abundance of shirts in the clearance area. I tried on 5 and bought 4 of them. Plus my wife found another pair of the compression shorts I like. And I only spent $67.

JCPenney is really good. The service there is nice. But the rest of the mall needs to be fixed up a lot.

I went in to get a silver tone on my hair my hair was already a white is silver... They dyed it when I left it looked good like a darker silver now its a blondish color... Very dissapointed very upset. I should have just kept it how it was or went somewhere else........

Friday night and it wasnt very busy. This store is clean and the gal that helped us at the register was so very nice and pleasant.

This was the worst JCPenny I have ever been to. The cashier was incredibly disrespectful, and when I wanted an item that didnt have a price tag she said I couldnt have it and there was no way to get a price til tomorrow. (Which is a lie, Ive only been shopping at Pennys for about 15 years). When I asked to speak with the manager they left me on hold for 10 minutes. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

This is the only clean and great JCPenny I have ever been too.

My wife bought me a tungsten wedding band and a chunk came out of it. I dont know how or where but it was disappointing. They would not fix my issue. I will not buy jewelry from them again.

My color history was not kept on file so it was to blond and my hair cut was all over uneven and I let them knife and the manager trimmed it again and again I was not happy and I let massager know my color was off and did not go over and beyond tho get it right so I will go to Estilo our keep searching until I find the special someone to take care of my hair and wig needs
