Customer service is alive and well at the U Fit It store in Tyler Texas. There were two very polite and helpful gentlemen working in the store Wednesday when I went in to buy a dryer part. Every business in town could learn customer service from these guys. The store was also very clean and well organized.Great job Tim
Very grateful for the prompt and friendly service. We were worried we would have to order the belt we needed, but they had it in stock. When I got there, they had already set it aside for me and it was ready to go. So thankful to have this store in town! Also love how friendly and helpful the employees are here.
Was at Home Depot to get a Dryer belt for a GE Dryer, they dont carry any, have to order. So I googled and was very pleased that these guys were very helpful and keep items in stock. Will check here first from now on.
Single mother of 3 teens and I needed my dryer working. Jack at the Tyler store was wonderful and walked me through what to test and got me the parts I needed to get it working.

I no joke spent 3x the amount at Dons for the exact same part and they had it ordered and here in two weeks which was much faster as well, the people were sweet and helpful, Im never going elsewhere again
I have read all of the reviews from the past and i disagree. Called them first thing this morning and they told me to bring the part in for testing. Come to find out the heating element went out. I bought and replaced with no problems. I will definitely be back and send people to you. Thanks again for the help.

Good place to get what you need now. If you need it now if not pay the lower price and order it on line.They will test your part. And you can compare parts on site before buying.

Went in to get a part warranty replaced, they do not honor their own warranty on parts. Buyer beware dont expect to get anything replaced even if it fails due to normal conditions. Salesperson was rude and try to put the blame of the part failing, on improper installation or maintenance neither which were the cause.UPDATE:JimI didnt immediately have my receipt with me. I informed the sales associate that i did have my bank statement showing the date and purchase.He was not listening. He didnt ask or even look in your computer to verify records Jim. So no, he wasnt able to verify my purchase.. He didnt try. He was rude and condescending and tried to blame it on my vent hose.. Which is new, which i bought from you as well as the part, as well as a new thermal fuse.The vent hose has a short run and free airflow.I followed your associates advice when i installed this originally, although i have appropriate knowledge and experience to install said parts.. i have followed up with regular maintenance ensuring there arent any airflow issues.You will no longer be getting my patronage nor business from anyone in my company or referrals to others to buy parts at your establishment.I only wanted you to honor your stated one time replacement, not to be treated like garbage.
They matched the model number to my washing machine for a $6 part but when I went to pick it up it wasnt the part I needed. It was a part for a completely different washer. When they looked up the correct part it was going to be $26 for a 1 inch plastic part. They didnt have a problem with refunds so they have that going for them but I wont be back.
Initial purchase was fine, have a lot of parts in stock. Employees were not very knowledgeable and didnt act like they wanted to help. Ended up returning part 2 days later because I didnt end up needing it. They charge a 25% restock fee for returns. I would understand if it was special order but this was an in stock part that was pulled off a shelf 5 feet away. Go somewhere else for your parts.
The fact that you can get the parts there makes them good. The fact that they have no clue what customer service is really angered me. They wont step out the front door to look at a customers appliance, thats just rude. I think Ill get my parts off the Internet from now on, the customer service cant be any worse!!!!
**SCAM** This is the worst place to do business with. 90 percent of their parts are after market parts that cost MORE than the original OEM part. They dont even tell you that youre getting an after market part. The owner says the part cost more because his techs offer free diagnostics. And free testing. My dryer belt is obviously broke. Why would I need to pay more because you offer free diagnostics or testing. Only a fool would fall for that. And theyre not even real techs. None of the employees have a background in appliance repair. Trust me, i asked more than one employee. They get ALL of their training from YouTube. They dont even have a real parts look up. I saw multiple employees use OTHER businesses websites to look up parts. Like Repair Clinic and Sears. I can get real original parts for three times cheaper than the after market parts they sell. A new appliance parts store opened up in Downtown and I will bring all my business to them and I will tell all my friends and family about them as well. Do not trust these people, they will try to rip you off!
You should know that any parts you buy here are universal parts may or may not work. I just bought a water solenoid valve for my dishwasher and when I got it home it was the wrong part. I partially blame my self for not taking the old valve with me. The reason I did not is because I assumed I was buying original equipment but that was the wrong assumption. I was put off when I realized what they were selling. The universal part was about 30% higher than what I could have got on the internet for original equipment. So this was a lesson worth learning. If you are in a hurry and cant wait then go ahead...just be sure before you leave that you are getting the right part.
Awesome customer service! I only knew the type part I needed and they got me the exact part I needed. $40 beats the heck out of calling a repair man!

We went there and got the wrong part .didnt even open it returned it the same day and they charged $25 to put it back on the shelf!! Im mean wth???
