So today I wanted to get a laptop, I had an issue at the 524A store on front street so I called to see if this store had the laptop since The manager at the front store street would not confirm it for me. Fletcher Session was the only one in the store, I gave him a brief rundown of my issues in the front street store and he immediately puts me on hold and tells me he is the only one in the store. He comes back and I ask him can he pull the application because all I want to do is get my product and pay, but I refuse to give that other store my money based on how they treated me. He tells me why it went to that store and never answers my question about pulling the application. Fletcher then tells me that he’s sure if I go back in the store they will fix my issues, at this point I’m even more upset because he’s literally pushing me off to that store. I flat out tell him that. You see I’m frustrated so why would you advise me to go back into that store to deal with them. So he says ma’am I literally have a customer staring me right in my face and I’m not sure what you want me to do, I’m really sorry but there isn’t anything I can do. YOU CAN TELL ME HOW TO GET THE PRODUCT FROM YOUR STORE OR ANSWER MY QUESTION ABOUT PULLING MY APPLICATION!! Or how about simply saying come in Ms Johnson and I’ll get you taken care of? Fletcher you missed an opportunity to rectify a poor customer service experience by being even more poor in your efforts. I hope the lady with the kids, (who where screaming so that’s why you rushed me off the phone so you could rush her out the store i bet) was worth this 1 star review. Do better!

So unprofessional, customers service is the worst and to top it off they cant even do their Job right i have had soo many problems with the that its not even funny i dont recommend yall to come to here.

My washer and dryer went out I went here talked to fletcher he was great they delivered the appliances fast and they was the coolest people they could have ever sent out I wish I could give more than 5 stars
