I was very pleased with the body work this company provided for my Jeep. They did an impeccable job and returned my vehicle very clean and tidy. Sue was always cheerful and eager to help with any question I had and went above and beyond keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I highly recommend Patterson Collision Center.

The guys at Hall collision are the best! From the receptionists Torri, to Mark, Steve and the body shop staff, I received exceptional service! I was provided with a clean very nice loaner. My Sierra was repaired in a timely professional manner! And when I picked it up, it was cleaned inside and out! I’ll buy my next vehicle from Hall, no doubt!

Customer service is amazing ask for sue

Sent my 2014 Dodge Durango in for a repaint in certain areas and fixing dents and replacing my tail lights. They pushed the date back for us to come get the car at least 4 times then when we did finally pick it up the back up camera is no longer working, they didn’t even fix the dents in the passenger door AT ALL, the tail light isn’t installed right so it sticks out past my lift gate, the rear bumper isn’t installed right, and my car has orange peel on most of the spots they painted. Now it has to go back again to get fixed and I have to go without my car AGAIN for probably even longer with no loaner from them because of THEIR bad work and mistakes. Don’t take your vehicle here they don’t care about their customers or the work they do because it is ZERO star quality.

Thank you to the folks at Hall Collision, my Mercedes Benz was repaired ahead of time and the workmanship is excellent. Great friendly folks that went out of their way to make me feel like a long time friend and a valued customer .

This place is a joke, they rip you off and do not fix nothing correct, was re ended last year the day before Thanksgiving, Totally not my fault, This year We had to replace Wheel bearings and axle something, Remind you I was re ended, I knew they did not fix nothing but the out side cause driving was still mess up and also un safe with my 18 month old. We will see yall in court!

I was pleasantly surprised with every aspect of my auto repair at Auto Nation. I received almost daily updates by text on the progress of my repairs and the car was done a week earlier than promised. When I picked up my vehicle the work was excellent and I would highly recommend Auto Nation. I was also very impressed with the service I received from Curtis Herring. He explained everything that would be done and made me very confident that my vehicle was in good hands.

Had my Mustang worked on here twice, both times I have had fast and great service! Called back multiple times with updates, and my vehicle was fixed 6 days before they estimated it would be. Everyone is very polite, the body shop manager shook my hand and thanked us for our business. They even washed my filthy car and vacuumed inside, which I was not expecting!Will definitely continue using, and recommend to others!

These guys did a great job fixing up my chrysler 300c after some crazy lady drove into me in a Walmart parking lot. My driver’s side front and back door panels were dented and scratched up. They replaced the front door and made the back one look super clean. My car looks like it never even took any damage!On top of that, the price was really good (even though my insurance paid for it).They also fixed up some scratches on my bumper (even though that wasn’t even due to the accident).Great results at an amazing price, would definitely recommend! Plus the business is veteran owned.. always gotta support that!

After I put my bad experience at this place. The manager Kirk Wallace called me and asked why did I provide 1/5 review. I explained the whole situation from scratch and that I need at least 50% refund to make another center look at my car and try to fix it. He seemed surprised of the errors that his team did which means that he did not talk first to his team in details about what happened!!! Anyways, he told me he will check with his team and get back to me soon... it’s been more than two weeks and I never heard anything from him... I’ll let you judge that by yourselves!

Never answer the phone. Had to wait while they fixed gaps cause from wreck. Car was dirty. Blinker bulb out on side they repaired. I changed bulb myself that night. Poor customer service. They left my wifes license in copy machine had to go back to get it. Really just a half ass operation. Go elsewhere.

They never called with updates. I called and left messages and would never receive call backs. When I finally would get through to the receptionist who had an attitude every time I called, she would get me someone who would just say oh were just not finished yet. It should be another day or two. I trusted their word each time to hear nothing from them the day they said it would be ready, to call back and hear they were still working on it. This happened about 5 times for two weeks on minor damage they said would be done in less than a week. Ill definitely use someone else next time who has a clear picture of timeline and sticks to their word.

This is by far the WORST place I have ever had to deal with! My wife’s vehicle has been at this place for over 3 weeks now. They never call with updates. Sometimes you would call and leave messages and never get a callback. Every time we would call and ask about the status it would be a different story. They tried to blame it on the fact that Patterson was taking over. Went ried to be understanding about it. Stuff happens, no big deal. At first they said it would be a week and a half to 2 weeks for the car to be fixed. At the 2 week mark we were told that they have all the parts they just need to get them painted and reassembled then it will be ready. We were told their paint department was shut down for a couple days thus causing the delay on paint. They made it sound like an easy fix. Okay, gave it a couple more days. Called again and they said oh we are waiting on 1 part to come in within the next couple days, then it will be ready. Called a couple days later, was told they were actually waiting on 3 parts and it would be a couple more days before they came in. So called a couple days after that and was told the parts came in but were COD and they needed a credit card or some other bs for the parts. These people are liars, and have terrible customer service skills. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Had hit a stump and this place was recommended by insurance company. Saw some good reviews on them. Wished we would of used someone else. We were not informed of what.was going on with truck. We had to call them. Took them forever to get it done. It was like they didnt want to work on it and would only fix one spot, then drive it, then find out something else was wrong, then fix that, etc.. nobody must of done a complete diagnosis . They used old used parts that were not checked out. Now Im at my local firestone store and they say the tie rod that was supposed to have been fixed is bad and needs replacing. Autonation said too bad too sad. Ohh Oh and it took them 11 days to do 3 hours worth of actual work. Thank God we had friends to stay with. Dont use them unless you get them to use new parts and have two weeks to wait. Just go somewhere else. Save yourself some time, heartache, and stress.

The communication was not there. A 4 day (5 max.) job took them 7 weeks, I say 4 day job as my my father in law is a 40 yr body man.
