I think they have relocated to 301 E. Front St. in Tyler, I want to make sure the correct business is getting this review....all I can say is WOW, Juan was amazing! I was expecting the transmission to be completely shot. It ended up being a simple and inexpensive fix. He went above and beyond in diagnosing the car, and was completely ethical and honest which is such a rare virtue these days. I dont live in Tyler, my son is in school there which made this experience even so much more incredible. I would advise anyone needing an honest, ethical and talented mechanic to please call Juan.

Charged me $90 to install a horn button in my van, and it still didnt work right when I left!

Go there to get my car inspected and they are the most expedient kind and caring people that Ive ever met. They get you taken care of you dont have to wait a long time what more can you ask for?

Horrible experience. Bought a car from Pitt Stop Automotive, that night the car started knocking, shaking and jumping. The next morning, Pitt Stop sent my car to this shop to find out what the problem was. This problem has cost me 150, 350, now 650 plus the grand bonus of car dings and scratches from First Stop Automotive. I pleaded with them several times to do what was right but to only refuse. This horrible shop Pitt Stop chose to send my car to First Stop Auto, could not fix my car. They did however did give me more problems than i started out with and a lot less money in my bank account. My heart is sad that a mans word and honesty doesnt mean anything to most people any longer. If you want a honest or loyal auto shop go to Donnybrook Automotive, where you get honest hardworking mechanics that still enjoy treating people the way God intened. This is a good Christian shop, that makes you feel like you have a new family member.You actually feel good when you leave, the way it should be.

Absolutely horrible business they dented, scratched and dinged my car and would not own up to what they did. Also they somehow put an extra 100 miles on my car and denies that also. Only take your care here if you like it damaged and not actually fixed. After taking my car here i had to take it to a different shop to fix multiple things that they messed up. They said i could bring it back and they would fix it but why would i bring a car back to a shop that messed it up worse than it was in the first place. Wouldnt even give them a star if i had a choice. Absolutely TERRIBLE BUSINESS DO NOT GO HERE!! UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!
