This place is great. Have all the hair products you could possibly need. The guy that works here all the time is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient to help you however he can. Their prices arent bad and the reward program is a great bonus!

Prefer it a little better to the one closer to my house because theyre friendlier but when I asked for a suggestion for something to use a long with bleaching my hair to help from damaging too much the girl said theres no such thing. I know for a fact opalex exists just sallys doesnt carry it in thought Id could get help finding something similar but after that I didnt bother.

The manager have Very very bad actitud never come back to this place nothing friendly all the products disorganized she just said ‘’ people don’t read tags ’’Maybe cause I’m Hispanic...

Spoiled by SallyYall I am so spoiled by my Sally store. Every time I go in I get such great service and the staff members are so helpful. I always pick high maintenance hair colors so their color depositing shampoo is an absolute must. They have a whole aisle dedicated to curly girl products, and the staff is knowledgeable enough to point you the right direction. Now that Amazon is overun with knock off products I only by from Sallys and will probably continue to do so even with a SaveMore opening up near me.

I went in the store with my wife and the girl at the fright counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service, I wish I had caught her name. She helped pick out a better product for the same price and was super friendly. Great neighborhood feel!

Bad attention to the customer

The guy that took care of was really kind and helpful.

The young man who helped me in this store earlier today (7-30-2020) was very friendly, in stark contrast to the gal at the Cumberland store the other day. This store is out of my way but I will continue to go here for products.Its a little difficult to get to (this whole shopping plaza is at a very busy intersection) but its worth going to since the customer service is better than the other.

Ms Sherry was so cool.The manager there now reacts as if shes on some type of drug.Staff is so unprofessional,older lady is loud and always screaming like shes at home or outside. You just cant find good quality customer service anymore.2 stars only because they have been in Stock of certain products but thats because the store manager with red hair in Cumberland is no longer there.I liked her shes smart professional and store stayed clean and decently stocked.This company is so sad, they hire just anybody.Where are the knowledgeable professional people that know what theyre selling???

Great staff and my hair color turned out amazing!

The cashier told me I could get 4 hair products for $20 and when I got them they would not scanned so the supervisorsaid the cashier was going to have to overwrite the price because it was the wrong product instead the cashier tried just selling me 2 items at regular price. False advertising!I just walked out empty handed

Very helpful an great service

I did not catch the girls name, but she has turquoise hair, she was incredibly helpful patient with me. I came in to get semi or demi permanent dye to allow my white to grow out. In the past I have encountered staff that was borderline rude at Sallys (including this location) however today was a wonderful experience. So please send kudos her way please.

Went to this more than once,Sally’s very unprofessional never even asked what I was looking for! The cashiers were so unfriendly and rude! I will be driving to the one on 64 hope it has better service.

All the girls did was talk crap about the last person in the store after they left and once I asked for help they just wanted to talk crap about my hair and how I needed a trim. Im fully aware that I need a trim, I wasnt there for that, I was there for a hair color. I left with nothing and drove the extra way to another Sallys...

Middle aged lady with short black hair was yelling yall know we close at 8 right? We closed at 8 doors are locked! Constantly. Very rude and then lied saying she was talking to the customers outside when there wasnt anyone. Never even offered to help. Awful.
