I love this place so much! The candles smell great and I love all the body washes and lotions.

Always like the products at Bath & Body Works. Our whole family uses products from them. We really like the free standing stores as they are easier to get in and out of. Its also convenient as its in a large shopping area in Tyler, which makes it easy to shop at several stores besides Bath & Body Works.

Absolutely love this place, staff is friendly and very helpful. I always spend a lot of time and money 💰in this place 😊. Love my new candles and my new wallflower plug night light.

Love 💘. I have worked there. Still shop there. Love the semi annual and the sales. Cant beat their candles. I ask for them on birthdays and mothers day. Cheap but what do you get the person who has everything? A nice candle!

I love this place..

I usually like it here but this time when I was browsing a young gentleman worker with brown hair combed over to the side was very rude to me. I was trying to look at the lotions at the front of the store when he walked up to me and said, “could you move?” because he needed to get past me. I promptly moved out of the way, but I was very taken by surprised by how rudely he handled the situation. “Excuse me, could I get by please.” Is the mannerly way to handle that situation. I don’t think he represents B&BW very well at all, and if he doesn’t like his job that much, and doesn’t like to use good customer service, maybe he should find a new job. His bad attitude was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

They have so limited the amount of fragrances that are available, and the ones that people might really want, arent ever on sale.

I will be driving to this location from now on since the Longview location is super small. However, at check out, the cashier was basically demanding I give her my email. I already get the emails. I wanted her to take my phone number so I could earn my rewards points. Not re-enroll. Instead of taking my phone number, rolled her eyes, she skipped through everything on the computer, handed me my receipt, and said “have a good day.” Cashier was not friendly and doesn’t need to be in the service industry if this is how she’s going to act. Everyone else in this location was SO SWEET. Don’t let the one bad apple ruin this location for you.I’ll come back because I never see the same employees twice. It just put a bad taste in my mouth.

I love bath and body works! The staff were very friendly and helpful! I wish the store was a little bigger though. It can get very crowded very quickly and I was so disappointed that they quit carrying my fragrance (kaleidoscope). However the sales were amazing and Im sure I found more than enough to make up for store size and discontinued fragrance!

Great new seasonal scents, staff attentive and the store was well stocked without being crowded or looking junkie.

I stopped by this location to stock up on a few things. I went up to the line for the register and waited for the girl standing there to give me the ok to bring my things to the counter. Instead, another worker came out of the back room and the worker who was originally behind the register ran around the front and cut in front of my friend and I, to check out herself. I thought that was kind of rude but we still waited to be checked out. Another girl came out of the back and went to another register and we made eye contact and I started to bring my things to her but I guess she was only clocking out. My friend and I continued to stand there while none of the three employees behind the registers acknowledged us. During this time none of the three employees behind the counter greeted us or even told us they would be with us in a moment. They continued to talk amongst themselves and completely ignore us. It was the worst experience I have had at a bath and body works. I finally just set down my things and left because the staff was very unprofessional and rude.

The people are always nice and helpful. Its a bit expensive but if you are going g to buy lotion or something, might as well splurge.

Staff is usually always so sweet and helpful, but Sunday didnt have the best experience while checking out with Itzel, trying to ask about certain things that I didnt find out on the floor but she wasnt having it, you could tell she was ready to be out of there, I get it its a busy time and people get annoying but when we work retail we just have to fake it till we make it! trust me I know!!! hope she has better days :)

As always: friendly staff, they were on top of their game. Even though they were in the middle of a big sale, they were able to keep the check out running smoothly.

Got lots of the antibacterial hand sanitizer with the pump in different fragrances. My favorites are Sunshine and Lemons and Peach Bellini.

I only I had a coupon to use. Besides that I dont know how they keep tabs on everyone, alot of people I didnt see waiting in line to pay. I notice they all left before I did so alot people are getting free products just walking out the door.. Mask should be mandatory for all stores.. Even customers...

Bad customer service. Plenty of employees in front of the store, did not even greet or acknowledge me, while they are being helpful or other customers. They probably don’t want to help an Asian customer because they are afraid. Nobody deserve to be treated like I was.

I had a very nice experience at the newest Bath & Body Works! Once I entered the store, I was asked by an employee what I was looking for today, and then they told me about a promotion that was going on that was related to what I came in for. One employee in particular made sure to check on me and offer suggestions. Theres nothing worse than to feel ignored in a store, and they definitely made me feel welcome. As long as they keep providing that type of experience, I will continue shopping there for all my Bath & Body Works needs :)
