Books galore! There especially seemed to be lots of romance novels, but there are many other categories of books that can be picked through. I could probably spend a whole day browsing the shelves and shelves of used books. Loved the organization of the books and use of space in the store; it was a bit of a maze when first walking through, but after getting my bearings, I had a most successful shopping trip! Friendly service, too!

Found cool books for half price

You will find a huge selection of sci fi books, especially my favorite, Star Trek. Great price if you dont mind reading a used book. New book is $16 at B & N and here its around $4.

Typical old used bookstore with vast collection and genres covered. Heavily focused on historical romance, romance series and true crime. No frills inside but some cool old posters and book jackets as decor. Shelves to the ceiling and packed full. Something for everyone there.

Books, lots of them, it is easy to lose time in here. We were amazed that not only were there so many, they were unbelievably organized, uncluttered, and displayed quite well. It was our first visit, but certainly not our last. The owner made us feel welcome, was happy to chat with us, and didnt just point us in the general direction when we asked a question about a specific type of book subject, he walked us back to where we needed to find it.

Much better than the big franchise store. The owner is knowledgeable and actually knows where the books are located in his store. Much better prices, also.

Cute bookstore! This place has so many amazing books! Its a snug spot you can browse to your hearts content. The books are priced well, they have a fine selection, and theyve got something for everyone here. Ill be coming back, for sure.

They really maximize their space here. Dont let the small facade fool you- they have a HUGE inventory. Its probably the most well-organized used book store Ive ever been to. Everything is organized by subject and author. Prices are fair, and the books are always in good condition. And the selection is impressive as well, especially for a small-town store. They do have the paperback romances/ sci-fi/ suspense novels youd expect to find, but also carry plenty of classics, graphic novels, art books, and newer titles, as well.

Lots of interesting books, and a really different setup, but unless you are looking for really old overpriced books, try somewhere else. I enjoyed going once just to browse, but I would never buy anything there.

You can get books for half price here. Not all books your looking for may be here but good selection of books. I always leave with a handful of books. Nice man at front counter. Helpful and friendly. They buy books back as well.

Great used bookstore. Prices are good and a huge selection!

I would strongly suggest you not sell your used books here. He (the owner) goes through the books you give him and calculates the price he will likely sell them for. Then he gives you approximately 5% of that. For example, I sold him 38 books of above average condition, 20 of them hardback, and he gave me $12.25. Thats a little over $0.30 a book. I went back two days later and found two of the books I sold him priced $15 each. Sell your books on craigslist or even give them away to a library or something where kids can read them for free. Itd be better than the chump change you get at Pea Picker Books.

Good old school used book store. No music (Vinyl or CDs)

Went there for the first time today and had a very good experience. I have a problem (addiction) for new books and reading and it was all I could do to limit myself to just 2 books. The man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful when I asked about the location. My one complaint is that sometimes the organization of the books can be confusing and I found some books in a different shelf than stuff by the same author but its a large store and its understandable there will be some stray books.

Ever heard the pphrasedont judge a boom by its cover? Well this place is that plus.. Frim the ouside it may not look like much.. But once you walk in... Books... As far ass the eyes can see and in every nook and cranny. This place smells like old books as soon as you walk in and if he doesbt have the book you have been searching for youd be hard pressed to find it elsewhere. Books sold for bargain prices. Cant beat this bookstore, short of owning a library... And if you seek to own your very own library one day... This book store is a great place to start acquiring books.

Huge selection. But, its an extremely old selection. Dont go looking for some up to date books. Especially not in Science or Computer Science.
