Recently discovered this store online in early August 2021. Ordered several items. It’s now mid September 2021 and 3 items from order have not shown up. Sent Emails to customer service multiple times with no response. The customer service phone number is a joke; forces you to listen to numerous adds and then when finally get through to them a recording says Cavenders is not recognized and then hangs up on you. Additionally some of the items I actually did receive had to be returned. Did this within 10 days of receiving. Followed all directions on website for returns. According to UPS tracking the package did get to the return center. Have not been able to get a response yet in regards to this matter either. Extremely frustrating. The items I did keep are great quality and, if this experience with this company wasn’t so awful, would have continued to order from them in the future. If I could give zero stars I would. If they reach out to me and correct these issues I will gladly update this review and change it to a more positive one.
