The assistant manager Robert was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He listened, then was able to answer questions and make suggestions. Just the kind of service i was hoping for. And the shoes are great. This is a great place to shop, especially if you have foot problems.

We evacuated from Louisiana due to Hurricane Ida coming in. We went to the mall to look for shoes. We just happened to walk in and the 2 most kindest, friendliest men were working that day. My family of 3 tried on I think every On Cloud shoe they had. They didnt mind a bit going and getting new colors and sizes. One of them noticed my arch on the sandals I was wearing that day and put a sole in the shoe and what a difference it made. We walked out with 2 new pair of shoes, socks, and new soles, but most importantly we walked out of their with our hearts smiling. Those are two great guys! I wish them the best in their future with your company - they are true assets. We look forward to going back to Tyler to visit them.

Im a physical therapist, and I visited here with my husband to shop for shoes to help him in his training for Ironman triathlons and marathons. He runs a lot, and sometimes struggles to keep heel pain and shin splints under control. We are engaging in new treatment therapies at home, but believe a high performance running shoe is an important component during training on various terrain.We really enjoyed our shopping experience here. I felt we were able to get all the advice we needed to make a trustworthy selection. This store works with some of the highest performing shoes known, and are more expensive than other brands that do not hold to a particular level of performance. Therefore we checked for price comparisons and found this store is indeed satisfactorily competitive on price.The customer service was friendly, cheerful, and sincere. We felt they shared excellent advice and operated from a solid knowledge bank. There were three employees today, and it stood out to me how well they worked with one another. One had more personal experience with running on different types of surfaces than others and on subtleties between brands and specific shoe designs, which was extremely helpful.I would recommend this place as a good resource for people in the Tyler area who need to be able to trust the support and influence on gait from their shoes.

Very attentive staff and good price on good boots

My husband and I went in to look around and came out with several different pairs. The customer service was outstanding and they even were offering to take our purchase out to the car. The best shoe store also has the best shoes! Theres a new manager, and hes just as good as the previous manager who was promoted to a larger store. Also, the associates are very knowledgeable about their products. Tell them what you want to do (walk, run, hike, everyday things) and they will find you the right shoe.UPDATE: After hiking in Big Bend Natl Park for a week, I noticed a slight separation of the rubber and nylon (or whatever the materials are). I took the shoes back to Tradehome and they immediately exchanged them for a new pair. That is great customer service and much more than I expected!

I have been in the store three times and Steven is awesome this is coming from someone who has worked in sales for 25 years. He is an amazing young man helped me with the situation where my son bought and return shoes three times and he was so kind and made everything right. My son has a mental illness and he was amazing. I would shop this store just because Steven works there. Not to mention I have amazing shoes and geat prices. You should really check them out.

This store has the best shoe salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Craig had more overall knowledge of shoes than anyone else in town. Prices were fair and quality combined with friendly staff is a huge plus.

Steven and Carter are very nice and professional. They are warm, easy to talk to, and just good people. Plus, there are nice shoes here.

The sales rep was very nice and tried to help me find the right size and fit shoe but they didnt have it in stock. I was disappointed by that but have to give kudos to the rep for spending at least 20 bringing out several pairs of shoes for me to try on. Ive never had service on that level of effort from any other shoe store.
