The store is being changed around hard to shop. Didnt get half what I wanted they should do that at nightfall these young guy dont know what mill works is they 4 guy loaded me2x4x10 they never even what a crown on wood you need to u need to retrain them
I was very impressed. We had help loading the wood onto the cart, got through checkout quickly, and then had help loading our materials. While tying down the materials a friendly gentleman named Todd came out in his suit and tie and tied everything down perfectly. I highly recommend this store. Its definitely worth my drive to Tyler for the efficient friendly service we received!!
I love home depot and not only the employees but the customers themselves are helpful .I went to get 4 sheets of plywood and a Mexican lady help me load it onto my cart .I really appreciated it, she was really sweet to help me.
Cant get anybody to answer the phone in the lumber & building department and when you talk to the people pro desk theyre are clueless! So disgusted with this. I shop there all time because I am building a house but I live 40 miles away and it would nice to find out something before I make the drive. I went on the website and it said that they had 54 sheets of 6 corrugated metal. Got over there and there were only 3 bent up sheets!
Well organized... Easy to get in grab what you need and get back to your project.
Fantastic. The pro desk really knows how to help you and get you what you need or ordered. The selection here is much bettet than other places and the knowledge of the pro desk is bar none. Nothing but good things to say.
Some staff need to be retrained and properly educated . Areas of improvement are strongly needed, in the store inventory look up and availability, knowledge on products, and customer service.
Jacob was so helpful. You guys are great!
I knew what I wanted, went straight to it got it and checked out. It looked like they had raised the price since I got it a few weeks ago.
Fast easy and helpful.
