My ADT tech, Trent, was on time, friendly, courteous, & very knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly- from the install, (what was needed and why) to the operation of the system, and even helped me get started on the app and monitoring panel. He didnt leave until I was comfortable with the system operations. 10/10 recommended!

It took a little bit of doing but once they came out, they were TERRIFIC.

I have used ADT for a couple of homes now. Reasonable prices for current tech products.Had an issue with an install tech — service manager took care of the issue and another tech arrived shortly on the same day.Andrew the tech, was courteous, worked quickly and took his time to explain the arming panel.

Rocky was very courteous, and knowledgeable.He made sure that everything was in order and that I was satisfied completely, before leaving.Because of his service alone, I would definitely recommend ADT!

I had my security system knocked out by a lightning strike. ADT was very quick to come out & repair the problem. Their technician was very knowledgeable & quick. I highly recommend ADT security system.

I was an ADT customer for 4 years. The system was okay but any trouble you might have, had to be addressed by a technician. It wasnt user friendly and they would not work with me until I canceled service.
