We needed deep cycle batteries for our coach and anyone who knows Motorhomes is aware you can’t just go anywhere to get them. Since we travel all the time, we needed a place we could call and order the batteries then pick them up as we drove through. Interstate Battery was the answer. Stevie was wonderful. She knew exactly what we needed. She told us she would call her distributor and let us know if she could get them by the time we came through Tyler. She called back right away, had the batteries ordered and gave us a date they would arrive at the store. Then she called us when they arrived just to let us know everything was on schedule. When we arrived at the store everything was perfect. They had a young man help my husband take them to the rig and they changed them out right in the lot. Thank you everyone for making this work out so well. 😁

Interstate Batteries on Troup Highway is my spot for batteries and lights. I am a part of the battery club where I get discounts on batteries. They have a great staff. Scott is the coolest. He has helped me replaced many of my watch batteries, and helped me find a V20 battery for my shop vacuum. He is one awesome dude. I am very pleased with the service & staff at Interstate Batteries.

Bought atv batteries and a couple vic bat. But the batteries didnt look like interstate bat. One died in 8 months just drove the atv it was starting fine week later bat is dead and wont hold charge we payed extra for warranty for a year but they say the bat is good pay them and they will recharge it but not replace it they dont have records of warranty

Customer service was outstanding! They took care of me on a bad battery I bought at a different Interstate Battery store. The other store sold made the wrong size battery. They tested my battery and called me the next day to let me know it was defective. They gave me credit for my new battery. They went above and beyond to take care of me!!!

Purchased a battery here and was pleased to know it came with a one-year warranty . Battery went out in less than a year and manager spent more time trying to find reasons not to warrantee it then to satisfy customer and help. Ended up going to a authorized interstate battery dealer at mechanic shop and had no hassle getting replaced.

The battery I bought crapped out in less than a year and I properly maintain batteries. The warranty is only 6 months! Why pay $80 for a battery with a 6 month warranty when you can get the same battery at Wally World for $20 and it carries a 5 year warranty?! Interstate is highly over rated, kinda like shopping at Needless Marcup! I now drive on the other side of the road when I pass by there!

Purchased truck battery at Troup Hwy location & sale was spot on & reinforced by benefits of warrantey. Battery went bad less than one year later and Had some difficulty with follow up warranty. Branch Manager contacted me personally and made everything right.
