The original vendor had ceased to honor the batterys warranty as they no longer carried AAA batteries. Thankfully they referred her to Interstate Batteries on the Loop. Not only was the battery replaced, in addition the general manager told her what needed to be done to keep the battery in tip top shape. Susan would recommend Interstate Batteries to anyone who will listen. She is completely satisfied with her interaction and her new battery.

Kinda pricey brand new but if you get refurbished it is very cheap! Good service as well.

Spent $1,100 on batteries and loaded them myself. Spend that kind of money I would think service would be better. Go down the road they are the same price and you may get treated better.

The worst experience Ive had with a one year old car battery, Interstate is all show and no go. These nitwits require 48 hours to charge and test a defective battery before they will consider a warranty replacement. The combined total IQ of this whole crew is somewhere shy of 100 points !!
