I would have never came here had I known how they really are. The online down payment applies to a specific list of cars on lot, not whatever car you want. Everything I should have been told up front I wasnt told until I was signing papers. Yes, I had limited time, I got the car. A stripped down version of what I wanted. The car smelled so strongly of air freshener it was sickening. Called Peltier to check the VIN for recalls. After a thorough check, the car immediately needed a new A/C compressor. All told, $1,300 in maintenance and repairs were immediately needed.

We went in last Monday for a car we saw and the dealer that took care of my husband and I worked really hard to get us in the car we wanted. He was very friendly and done such a wonderful job. I just had to leave a review for him. I believe his name to be john not sure I couldnt find the card he gave us so sorry if the name is wrong. We are happy with our car for now 😊. Thank you drive time and to the dealer that helped us. It was pleasant and we are happy. Very friendly and happy people work here.😁😁

I got approved on line drove a hour to look at the car I wanted got there and the guy came out he didn’t greet us or give his name or shake my boyfriends hand went in and did the paper work and didn’t get the same info I got when I applied online I was told 490 down but they wanted 2,000 down. And they also need to get better vehicles when we was walking around looking at them they wasn’t washed at all most had dents witch I understand it’s a used dealer ship but they could have at least keep them clean. They also told me they did trade in’s witch was a lie as well. We went to the Tyler location hopefully this helps someone so they don’t waste there time like I did.

Our experience was literally BETTER THAN WE COULD OF EVER IMAGINED. I talked to John the first time around 430 over the phone. Went there just to look at vehicles (so I could come back this weekend) but he literally went over and beyond for us!!! Definitely recommend them! Apparently they are okay selling cars with multiple mechanical defects shortly after purchase. Low mileage cars should not have multiple failures within a few months such as fuel pump, spark plugs, coil packs, water pump, thermostat, and possible head gasket failure. And if you purchase the warranty, take the list extremely literally. If a car has two fuel pump components, only one is covered. A thermostat not covered (standard to replace with the water pump) $800. The customer care calls all of this normal. Ive bought cars with double or triple the mileage that didnt need this much in 6 years with multiple cross country trips. This car hasnt even left the county. Buyer beware. Im stuck with a lemon with a note 3 times the value of the car. Update: customer care refuses to help at all. 4 weeks almost with my car not repaired and now Ill be paying even more out of pocket to tow somewhere else plus diagnostics through the new place at my cost. No help. The only good thing I can say is that Dante has been really trying to help. Customer care has had zero care.

This place started out by lying to me! They guaranteed that my down payment would only be $495. I explained my situation to them and my income over the phone. I paid good money for the taxi trip down there! When I got there I gave them all my information and he then told me my actual down payment would be at least $1,500 and my payments would be $1,700 a month. All they did was waste my time and money and all this without even being allowed to look at a single car! This was the worst ever!!!

The online sell staff and store staff are 2 different people. Online seemed real helpful trying to get me in the door sell the car and get me to the location so I did. Drove an hour to go look at the car knowing my credit wasn’t that good but was prepared to put down a big down payment on the vehicle a soon as we walk in guy sitting behind the counter waves us in and tells us come to the counter instead of walking out introducing him self don’t even know his name to tell you that much I’m a salesperson myself so I know the importance of making your self known. So I tell him who I am and he pulls me up and immediately tells oh your down payment is this high than just says you wanna look at it ? Of course I drove an hour. So he just unlocks it from the inside lobby and said, “Go ahead” the car is in a dark parking lot I can’t really see it so I ask, “Can you back it out for me ?” He backs it out unlocks it and walks away so all I’m stuck with is a car I don’t know how the car looks on or what the car sounds like running. If the lights work or anything so I just walk back inside and he mentions, “There’s other cars I can put you in” he’s assuming I can’t pay the down payment and saying things like “You think your wife could help you to lower it down?” Horrible salesman, luring customers in the door with online staff just to not be taking seriously I’ll take my business else where .

I took my son to pick up his used car he did all the paperwork on line with a guarentee that his down would be $1098. Got there and they wanted $2000 down for the same car what liers false advertising what a disappointment drove 78 miles for nothing what a waste of time and gas

If I could give less than one star I would. I understand being busy, and I understand that when you are already helping someone you need to finish with them first. What I dont understand is when we show up at the appointment time specified,and sit for 45 minutes waiting, just for people to show up after us who you start assisting before us. Hope for everyone else that the rest of their business is better than the customer service.Update: Ended up going to all star ford in Kilgore. Had the greatest experience, and walked out with the truck we were looking for.

Was told a vehicle I wanted in Corpus could be transferred to the Tyler location and to come in. I secured financing and came in ready to pay the down for the transfer. I was passed to the mgr and questioned why I wanted an edge and if Id be willing to consider another car and that they wouldnt be able to do this transfer after all. We wasted an entire afternoon. Double check what youre told before buying from here.Edited to add: When we asked the mgr about working with the Corpus mgr to get us closer pics of the Edge we were considering(before we made the drive ourselves), she explained she didnt have the technology to do that! LOL! She then pointed to her desk phone! My husband spoke with the mgr in Corpus who was also unwilling to get pics for us. We did reach an associate that was finally willing to email us some. By then we were so so over the lack of customer service from this place. I no longer trusted them and knew they were definitely not willing to go the extra inch let alone mile for us. I will dissuade everyone I know from using this dealership.I ended up purchasing an Edge from a real Ford dealership 1 wk later. No lies, no excuses and 100% professional- imagine that.

So I need to edit my last statement. One star to the customer service at corporate! Five stars to Dan and the sales staff at this location. My original statement stays the same. Our salesman went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted! He even got us windshield wipers! It was a small thing and he made it his mission. Thank you our new salesman Daniel Dan Purcell! The customer service after the sale is terrible. Not on the dealerships side but on the corporate side. They were supposed to call me and I never received a phone call it has been two weeks since they were supposed to call and Ive had to call the dealership for them to remind the customer service twice! Im very dissatisfied in that aspect.
