This is by far THE BEST experience I have ever had buying a car. I flew in from out of state, and Arely picked me up from the airport in my car. I wouldn’t give these guys a single star if it would let me! They buy a majority of there cars from auctions, throw some armor all on em, delete the ECU trouble codes, and get them sold before they come back up; so the car seems more valuable than it is. the first truck I bought from them, I had for 3 months until it left me stranded on the side of the road. So I Took it back and they gave me less on the trade in so I’m already down. The truck I have now is has been great so far besides the ECU computer needing to be replaced as promised on the paperwork... it’s been a year already and I could never get them to give me a straight answer about getting it done! I’m 21 years old and thanks to these guys am in the hole a lot further than I should be! Look into your lemon laws if you buy from them!

Good customer service.

Recently purchased a 2016 Forest River Shasta from them and was assured that everything was checked out and in working condition. I inspected as much of the travel trailer as I could. The slide out was not all the way out as it was sandwiched between other trailers which made the severe water damage under the slideout hard to see until it was all the way out. Nothing except the electricity was checked on the trailer, NOTHING! It is going to cost me a couple thousand to get this trailer right. Though I will take partial blame as I did not insist to see everything work before I purchased it. (That will teach me to take someones word)

I bought a used mustang from here, and 2 days after I had it the thermostat housing started leaking. I called them to see if there was anything they could do other than diagnose it. The car has given me some more problems since I’ve had it. The staff did seem to want to help with anything other than fixing the car tho.

Dewayne was absolutely amazing with the purchase of our 2016 Honda Pilot! We even had a hiccup with getting a cashiers check correctly filled out. This dealership sold me a vehicle without a functional key fob from the first day. Wanting to not be a problem I tried to make due with the key fob we had. Ultimately it failed outright and would not reliably start, open or close the car. They agreed to have a key programmer replace it for $180 and they would pay half. I had to wait 3 days for that and it was unacceptable, we couldnt even start the car. If we did the entire time it would beep at us telling us the key fob is missing and not allowing us to use the stereo or touch screen. After driving an hour away I got the key replaced at a real dealership for $250 and Autos of Texas refused to pay outlandish dealership prices according to Michael.These people do not value their customers. They will take advantage of people in bad credit situations and sell sub functional cars at high prices. Do not deal with this dealership.

I bought a truck with Autos of Texas but the radio did not work. We had an agreement that they would replace the radio but their service department is awful. It’s been 6 months and several attempts to get it fixed but still nothing. If you decide to buy a vehicle through autos of Texas, make sure everything works because it is a nightmare to get something fixed though their service department.
