Awful service. and its a shame bc i love this store and their products, but the girl working was literally sitting on the counter looking at her phone acting like i wasn’t even there. when i checked out i tried to make small talk and she just didn’t respond.
This was my third time going into this PacSun. Just went today and the sign stated Buy 1 Get 2 Free. I had (1) $9.99 and (2) $14.99 shirts. My total came up to $34.61..? I asked her how when its BOG2F. She said Oh, it took it off, it just did half off for the other 2 shirts. Your sign clearly says Buy 1 Get 2 Free, not Buy 1 Get 2 for half off! Shes the same girl I had a problem with the last time, so Im assuming shes either the Store Manager or Assistant (short Mexican girl). Im NOT stepping foot back in there again.
Best customer service, I love this store for its exclusive merchandise like they’re playboy brands although I wish there was more colors available!!
Campbell (the assistant manager) needs to be fired ASAP! SHE IS ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS! She refuses to do returns and actually told us to come back when she wasnt there to do it. She claims she cant get her computer to do it. She never even touched the thing, she was too busy talking to her co worker to be bothered by any work. I called Garland and corporate to see if return policies changed. They havent and they were appalled to hear what she said.

Worst experience ever. None of them seem to be trained. No one could do my return so I came back when the store manager was there. She was very rude. I’ve never met a more unprofessional person. Very unhappy and I will never go back. Wish I could give 0 stars
My daughter loves this store, but I on the other hand hate going in this store because the people are always so rude and the store is always so cluttered and there isnt really any organization. When I walked into the Pacsun in Tyler last week, I was truly shocked. The store looked good! The young man in the store greeted me and was very helpful and extremely pleasant too. It was like I walked into a different store. The gentlemans name is Micko Hennan. I hope I am spelling his name correctly. I dont know where you found this young man, but you definitely need to keep him and give him a HUGE raise. He was very helpful, knowledgeable of your sales. I had so many questions on what items would go with what sales, how much this and that was, etc. I am a single mom of a 15 year old so I have to make my choices wisely. Mr. Hennan makes your store what it should have been all this time. I will continue shopping here because of him.

Absolutely ridiculous . I walk in the store at 12:00 and there is nobody to be found. After waiting 5 minutes somebody walks in from the back doesn’t say a word to me. I say I need to return this, the lady says oh I can’t do returns you will have to come back at like 2:00 or 3:00 . What??? Absolutely ridiculous, why are you even open?
