This place is amazing! Coffee is incredible. They have so many flavors to choose from, for endless combination possibilities! Their whole bean coffee is great and also comes in so many amazing flavors! The prices are good. Ethan, the barista, is the best. He knows coffee very well. He can answer any question you have and is very helpful!

Great spot. I used to drive there all the way like 35 minutes from my house just to get coffee there. My favourite is mocha Frapp.

I went into Coffee City today, which has quickly become my new fave coffee place, and was talking to my mom on the phone. Im not normally rude enough to continue my convo on the phone while ordering but my grandmother is in the ICU and I was giving my mom an update. The barista heard me tell her that Id only gotten like 3 hours of sleep last night and I was headed back up to sit with my Nana. The barista not only comped my extra shot, but he also offered to pray for my Nana and my family. It was such a simple gesture but I literally teared up in the car. Thank you for being such a kind human - yall have cemented yourselves as my regular coffee place. And special thank you the barista who was there this morning 💜

Today was my first time there and the Carmel frap and Ethan was amazing, I loved his energy and his customer service skills...I will be back...

Very friendly, inexpensive, lots of flavored coffee grounds to try. I like that you can buy a lot or enough for just one pot so youre not getting stuck with a flavor you dont like just hanging around or wasting it.

This is my favorite spot to get ground coffee! i used to go to starbucks for my coffee beans and have them ground but coffee city is so much better and cheaper! the single pot sample packs of coffee are a fantastic way to know if you like a flavor of coffee without buying the whole bag first. the coffee is high quality and fresh. the actual drinks are also very good. i usually just pick up my coffee when i come here but their caramel frap is good and tastes like actual caramel! i always get a chai latte when trying a new place (because they’re easy to mess up) and it was phenomenal. this shop is so quaint and clean and the employees are so friendly and helpful. i commend you coffee city. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super staff!!!! Even better coffee!!!! If youre like me you have driven past this place a million times and thought this is just a wholesale coffee place. Do yourself a favor and pull in and have a cup of the best coffee in Tyler and probably all of East Texas. Then grab a couple bags of beans, head home and enjoy homemade coffee till you come back to town. They sell all types of beans, coffee, smoothies and any type of coffee gadget you can think of. You will thank me later.

This review is for their online store. They have pretty much every flavor of coffee you can dream of, including Huckleberry, which can be hard to find outside of Montana. A pound of coffee is also only $10.50! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This is a great place! Super nice and knowledgable staff, and their coffee and tea is really good and really high quality. Every experience Ive had here has been pleasant. I highly recommend the black currant and huckleberry chai teas.

What a huge selection of coffees and teas! The barista made us an undertoe to drink...super delicious and unique! Its a hot shot of espresso on top of cold cream with a bit of vanilla... excellent! And the prices are extremely reasonable. Definitely worth the stop and definitely going back again!

I absolutely love the employees, owner and their coffees. They treat me like family. Once my 86 year old mother-in-law visited from Austin and I drove the extra 50 miles so she could see the store and meet the people. Now every time I go to Austin she expects her coffee. I have tried close to 20 different types and I like them all.

The place smells like heaven when you walk in the door! Theres lots of different blends and roasts to choose from, all roasted in house. The cowboy coffee and campfire blends are my favorites.
