Was in Texas first time an this place was reccomended. Did not disappoint price was great $10 for a dozen fresh, flavors were fantastic. Staff was very pleasant. Would go again when In Texas for sure..

Poor customer service, my Mother asked to sample one only one doughnut one, was glared upon when asked. Then was told they dont do that.. The lady was very rude to both of us, upon leaving whom I believe is the owner raised their voice in an angry tone in another language I did not understand. . Iv been going to Shipley do-nuts for 20+ years, this not theShipleys I remember. Shame on yall and the owner. I would give 0 stars but had to put one. What is happening to our country.

The blueberry cake donut was not good. The devil food (chocolate filled chocolate donut) was not good. Chocolate glaze donut was not good. Their cinnamon sugar plain donut was pretty good. Given that most of their donuts were not good (not good as in I didnt even finish eating them) and their customer service was pretty bad (didnt understand my English and glared me down as I was deciding which donuts to get), I dont think it would be worth getting a cinnamon sugar plain donut. I have been on a quest recently to find the best donuts - I would recommend Donut Palace on 5th street or Whitehouse donuts in Whitehouse.

They stack all of your donuts on top of each other in a tiny bag which is very messy and the chocolate iced donuts aren’t glazed first which is unique to Shipley’s but not this Shipley’s. Very disappointing.

They didnt have the jelly filled I wanted, but the pink sprinkled one I got instead was really good! The cappuccino was great as well and the man was very friendly and helpful. I also got a ham and cheese kolache for later that was good.

This place is part of a chain, but this is family owned. And Every time Ive gone there, they are always fast and pleasant. Good customer service and quality food. The place is always spotless and clean. Definitely check this place out

Grew up in Houston and Shipleys was always our go to. Same taste I remember as a kid. Best glazed donuts around in my opinion. All the stuff I have tried has been really good - yet to have a bad donut there. Staff always friendly and helpful as well.

Quick & easy. The only drawback is that they advertise kolaches, but they dont actually sell any. They confuse them with pigs in a blanket.

Great place to get donuts especially when theyre hot. If not they have a microwave so you can heat them yourself. Good service friendly people.

Shipley Donuts on 110 in Tyler, Texas is a very clean establishment. The moment you walk through the door you will notice all of the tables are clean and the floor is spit spot. You are relieved that the feeling of germs really does not seem prominent as it does in other donut shacks. The selection is good, and their kolanches are fresh and excellent. To top off the experience, the ladies behind the counter are cheerful, helpful, and tip worthy. Overall the Shipley Donut visit gets an A plus from me. I am glad a chose this location for my breakfast this morning. I recommend this business if you are in thr area.

This is a really good donut shop. I only have one problem, their sausage rolls are really not good. They also insist on calling them Kolache which is just very inaccurate. A Kolache is a fruit filled pastry from Eastern Europe, not a sausage roll.

I went to the store located on Troup Hwy and was amazed by the lady in the drive thrus service. I hate that I dont have her name to give her a proper shout out. But she was chipper and had a smile on her face. It is hard to find this type of service nowadays. And of course the donuts were AMAZING!

Being a military Texan family who is stationed in Maryland, one of the things we look forward to when coming back home is the best donuts in the world, Shipley Donuts! We definitely were not disappointed when we visit the location on Troop Hwy, from the amazing friendly service to the perfectly proportioned kalaches and of course, the donuts. Let’s talk about the kolaches... we have had some where you have to tear half the breading off in order to be able to get a good bread to sausage ratio, but these were not only proportioned perfectly but we’re baked to the perfect golden color.Now, the staff... they were so polite and happy and went out of their way to put a smile on our face when they discovered we live out of state and look forward to Shipley when home. We will definitely make it a point to visit this location when we are back in Tyler!May God bless you and your establishment.

Nice people and I got just what I wanted.

Absolutely the worst customer service! I live in Cypress, TX but when I am in town to see my parents. Since we stay up late visiting this place is the only place open by the time we get up and around. Therefore I have been forced to go there more than once. In the past I’ve always gone thru the drive thru, customer service was always bad but this morning I went in and couldn’t believe my experience. Same girl working the register as always. She was beyond rude, I don’t even have a word to describe her appalling behavior. We had a very negative interaction. I asked her who the manager was and she said she was. I asked for the owner she said her sister was. I asked her how I would get ahold of her, she would not tell me and would not take down my number. She smarted off about the fact that I had a nice car. I cut her off and asked her what that had to do with such poor service and a horrible attitude. I turned around and walked out, I didn’t want to listen to anymore garbage that she was spewing out of her mouth. She was so ugly and hateful that I will call corporate and anyone else that I can find to report this person. I am shaken to the core. I have not ever been so insulted.

The Shipleys chain has become one of the worst at making donuts. What makes it worse is, that if you do decide to call corporate, who offers some coupons as a Goodwill gesture but the people that run the shop simply refuse to take said coupon two thumbs way way down.

They could be friendlier. I am spending my money there.

Ive been to this place twice. The kolache/pig-in-a-blanket had raw dough that was inedible both times.
