This pilot has some awesome employees.I am a truck driver and Lloyd helped me a lot today. He help me getting my reserve parking spot that was occupied by someone who did not paid for it and after that he also cleaned a shower for me so that I could be ready for a good night of sleep. Just got accused of stealing a two-dollar fountain drink at 1:20 something p.m. on May 19th 2021 after having just paid for it after having just purchased McDonalds right in the adjoining building sad they need to get their act together

This Pilot is very hard to get in to and out of. They are always under staffed in the mornings. McDonalds inside is slow and gets your order wrong almost every time I go there. On the bright side they have new pumps, but they still ask for a reward card before you can pay at the pump causing just more time spent there.

CANNOT PAY AT PUMP. Pilot has changed their software to where credit cards have to pay inside. The pump asks for a PIN number on a credit card which credit cards do not have PIN numbers. So it makes you go in to “see cashier”. Waste of time! Find another station for convenience.

Stay away McDonalds, very BAD, BAD!! customer service, very rude people 😒, management should check who they hire, customer service is very important 😒

Truck parking lot lights are out. Super dark. Carry a flashlight going in. Crazy drivers speeding through parking lot gonna kill someone because they cant see them. Pictures show darkness and light pole with no lights

Stayed a night and had a great hot clean shower! Clean restrooms and friendly staff! A exceptional employee Latonya helped get us a shower quick as they were busy! Thank you young lady! You all are appreciated!

Card reader on half of the pumps are broken and when it did work it leaked gas as it was pumping

Really nice pilot, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great variety of items in the store and found the restrooms and showers to be really clean. Truck parking for the OTR driver can be a challenge as some bulk sand companies are using this as their staging lot as well as some local drivers dropping off their trucks. When I pulled in I was flagged away from parking spaces that the local companies and local drivers wives were reserving for later arriving trucks. I stop at this pilot often for fuel but this trip Im here for my 34-hour reset and spending plenty of money inside on snacks, supplies, and food plus fuel. Im surrounded by deserted bulk sand trucks, not spending a dime, that have been left here for the weekend with no drivers and using this as their staging lot where they should get their own lot to store their equipment. I wish store management would enforce parking as Ive seen plenty of OTR trucks arrive just after 5 p.m. and not be able to get parking.

Just a little black mold problem in the showers. Hope its not the bad kind. Shower 6. Other than that its almost clean.Garbage cans along the side and back fence in the truck parking lot havent been emptied in a couple days

Great place for a quick stop. The station was clean inside and outside. Restrooms clean and well stocked. A good variety of snack and the cold cases and the fountain drink area was clean and well stocked. Had a good variety of inexpensive souvenirs. Yay... I got a frozen coke icee. Evidently this place is a hang out for the locals. As I was sitting in my vehicle prepare to go inside this tracker drive up next to me and parked. The old gentleman got down off his tracker and waltz into the station for his morning cup of steaming hot joe! If the locals hang out here you know its the place to be!

Good prices, and nice staff. Why have signs on the doors that say mask required when nothing is said to customers not wearing masks? Suppose since two employees didnt have their masks on, they cant really say much to customers.

This travel stop has an attached McDonalds, clean bathrooms, a well stocked store, is clean and ALWAYS has fresh coffee. It is a good place to stop when driving Interstate 20. Goodness knows so many of the places along I-20 that are nasty. This travel center is a pleasant surprise!

Bought 10.00 in def was charged 500. Credit card was Stolen at pump 23 or inside at counter.Response to pilot reply, it was a fraud charge the bank confirmed it was a unauthorized purchase and took proper action to handle as fraud.As stated purchased DEF not diesel. Went inside and paid using my card.

Nice McDonalds staff was friendly and courteous. Pilot staff was awsome they actually greeted me as I walked into Pilot. That kind of welcome always makes me comfortable and ready to shop. Tell your boss he or she is doing a great job.

Gross. Signs still requiring masks up all over the store. 0 employees wearing masks. Just disgusting.

Truck parking lot lights are still out after Davey dee dockrocker mentioned it 2 months ago, still need to bring a flashlight to walk in.

I used the restroom. It was clean. The whole store was absolutely clean as I walked through as it should be.

Friendly staff. Be careful where you park, especially in the corners of the lot.

Truck parking is so tight, it’s really hard to park, there is not enough space to park. I just witnessed the accident when the truck was trying to park it hit another parked truck.

I slept at this place the staff was okay one of the managers work in the desk where you pay for fuel for the trucks she was dealing with another customer but she look up and I showed her my soft drink cup when I went to the register she said she dont remember me I found that to be weird so you ended it with a drink cup make sure their knowledge you are they going to charge you for a whole cup and not a refill other than that the place is clean the bathroom is clean and it was a nice atmosphere

Traveling the road is mostly fun but it can be a nightmare when its time to stop for your personal needs and the facility you go to is nasty or unavailable. But I have never had that problem with Pilot and I have traveled to some far places as a truckers wife and have not be disappointed with their maintenance, hospitality, showers, bathrooms or food services. I would recommend you experience it for yourself. Its always pleasant to me. ❤

Good showers and showers have air conditioning. Very cool in there considering how hot its been outside.

I love pilot. When traveling on the road they have great prices. Great variety of selection and great customer service.

Terrible access, especially from westbound I-20. Lots of murderous cross traffic.Avoid if you value your life.

This one had a McDonalds in it. Restrooms were pretty clean. The coffee area was well stocked and Clean. The cashier was super friendly

Was a very quick stop. Restooms were clean, easy to find. the cashier was nice and helpful. The store was easy to spot from the highway and easy to get back on the highway. Good lighting outside.. Which is a great thing when traveling with kids or by yourself.

They always have the lowest gas prices in the area. The store and restrooms are reasonably clean. Theres usually a wait to check out.

Store was nice, clean, and very well air conditioned for a humid Texas day in August. However, showers have zero cold water. Been to many Pilot Flying J and this is the first Pilot Flying J Ive come across that has zero cold water.

I have never been ask to leave a parking lot just because it was crowded but the kicker is it was snowing and the roads were unsafeApparently they worry more about selling fuel here than peoples lives

Clean store great staff. And a good selection of ready to eat food. The bathrooms are kept clean and the fuel prices are very competitive too.

Pilots are great but this one needs to expand the driveway and pump areas to facilitate better traffic flow and with all the construction going on it appears theyre doing just that! Will be back to greater soon!

Great place for all needs at home or on the road traveling. Very clean,friendly, easy to see and locate from any direction. Handicapped parking and entrance. Also restrooms handicap accessible and clean both men and women. Has hot food and cold,drinks also prepared food with an adjoining fast-food restraunt with a drive thrust. Full truck stop with showers fuel gas and diesel for both large trucks and separate section for fuel for everyday traffic. Has large variety of travel needs, accessories even souvenirs. Competitive prices, friendly but also knowledgeable staff anxious to be helpful. Great place

Ive always loved stopping by a truck stop ever since I was little. You can poop, shower,shave. Wash your dirty clothes from traveling and relax in the awesome lounge area while your cloths finish. Also truck stops make a great place to pick up souvenirs,food,drink and snacks. Also dont forget to get a full tank of fuel before leaving. It may be a while before you get a chance to fill up again.

This is a busy place as most are. A little bit of a challenge to get out of parking lot, but nice to have for a quick snack and coke. They have a McDonalds connected if you want more.

Just left this store, will never go back! Maybe never go to another Pilot store. Salespeople do not understand their job or the law. When adk to speak to manager they refuse to get one and claim they are the manager a until manager steps in and ask me to leave without even asking what the problem was

Truck pumps arent reading cards, fuel hoses broken to where you have to hand pump...self pump hold latches missing.Shower water pressure in low.

I only stopped to use the CAT scales. Looked like a decent pilot. My truck didnt roll while on the scale.

Too small, always a wait to get fuel. Needs to add PJ fresh. Busy 2 lane running in front, narrow 2 lane to get in and out of the lot.

Ridiculous. A large refill cost 1.35. And a large drink cost .99. Wheres the customer appreciation to the people like me that comes in 5 days a week spending a couple hundred dollars each time.. pilot could do better. At least give drivers a free drink and more than 1point per gallon like loves gives us up to 5 points per gallon that you buy. Loves show the love and appreciation everytime you come there.

Great location. They need to better efforts to get drivers to not park on or in front of the fuel islands. Great inside.

The lot is a bit small but well maintained. Its a smaller pilot but not missing much of what youre used to. Another plus is that its a short distance away from East Texas famous barbecue spot Bodacious if youre not into McDonalds which is attached with this pilot location.

Employees were nice and helpful. Store was clean and bright, bathroom were well maintained.

Usual Pilot and my favorite drink stop! It has all the goodies that a normal truck stop would have except on an upper scale. It also has a McDonalds attached to it. They have clean restrooms and showers for the truckers. They are crowded during peak times but the employees are efficient and try to keep wait times down. The parking can be a little tricky but theres plenty of open space. If you download the app they have specials that you can scan in the store.

Food was hot and fresh and the cashier was really nice to me, if I could give more stars I most certainly would awesome place

Tyler Tx Pilot Travel Center is one of the cleaner truck stops I have visited and I stop at different truck stops daily. Showers and restrooms are always clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful. They have a McDonalds there that is also excellent

This is a great location. We stopped to use the restroom while we were travelling to Dallas. I was looking for the Cinnabon counter when I walked in but they dont have one. The restrooms were clean and smelled great.

Was not impressed. Staff was friendly enough. Fuel pump wasn’t working correctly. Fuel islands were dirty. Fuel only stop for me only at last choice . Fairly easy to find take exit 16 and go south.

They need more space and better lighting. Its difficult to see and back in with as dark as it gets out there.Also the truckers here dont let anything go. Grow up fellas.

Normally a good place to stop on a road trip basically all of them are about the same, but this guy as a cashier had to be the GREATEST OF ALL TIME he was very helpful and rather polite and friendly . Extremely nice when you are burned out from the road. Thank you sir.

Pulled up to the only open diesel pump, would not take payment in the form of debit or credit. All all diesel pumps blocked by gas burners.

The bathrooms are clean, and they clean the parking lot. However, I hate to stop here, though its very conveniently near my home, because it is always super crowded and its hard to find a parking place. Getting in and out of the entrance for regular cars is small and limited visibility. Its always crowded and you have to wait to pump gas or check out. Other than that, the service is attentive and they offer a nice variety of products.

Always love stopping off at Pilot when Im on the rd. They usually have clean restrooms and a variety of quick food to eat whether its fast food or made in store. They also usually have a coffee station and a lot of odd things( t-shirts,trinkets, hats) you can pick up.

A perfect place to top off your tanks and take a break from the road.

Their new coffee brewers with been to cup technology are very awesome. Probably the best coffee on interstate!

I left my ld and drove home. I called them they had it and waiting for me to call. They are the best!

Smaller pilot which was quite busy and parking lot difficult to navigate in lieu of the amount of travellers. Plus the steep incline in and out on a fairly busy road was less fun than be desired.I will say their cooler has to have the coldest drinks Ive ever purchased, my hands were hurting standing in line they were borderline frozen lol.With that said everything else is par the course with typical trucker amenities and an attached McDonalds. Staff were pleasant and location was stocked and clean with restrooms being held to high cleaning standards.

Good drinks and decent quick grab foods for on the go. The restrooms could be a little cleaner, and better smelling. I mean if Buckys can do it, any place can.

Right off of interstate 20, so its convenient to get into, but its horrible trying to get out. The trucks & traffic usually pay no attention when theyre driving through there & I have personally seen near misses here every time I go by there.

Cashier was having a problem cashing a check while his boss doing paperwork, I was waiting with the lady behind me for a out 6 minutes. Finally the BOOS opened a register and handled me while she looking and talking to cashier, VERY DISRESPECTFUL, bad start for Sunday morning.

I frequent this store on my way to and from work. Always clean and it’s big, so they have a large variety of things to choose from.

Even though I drove a truck for some years, ive only ever visited this Pilot in a pov. As a casual traveller, the store is clean and the staff are helpful enough. Minus one for the entrance design: look for the hole, hit the gas!

Pretty good truck stop just have to be careful when coming in, watch out for trucks coming out of the fuel island

Great little rest stop. I needed air in my tires, a clean restroom, and gas... I got all of that here!
