Tonight’s experience with the pharmacy tech was horrible. Very rude. Very unprofessional. I wish I wrote down his name but if you’re reading this, have some compassion for people. It’s easier to empathize with someone than it is to invalidate them. Very, very unprofessional.
I absolutely hate this pharmacy and after today have decided to switch. I watched Jeremy be so rude to an 85 year old man in front of me today because he had trouble working the debit card machine. I felt so bad for the man. Honestly, I dread coming here and seeing Jeremy is the one who will be helping me. He is always rude. This location is ridiculously slow and meds are often not ready when promised. I loved the CVS I used before we moved but using this one was a mistake. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
So the other pharmacies in the city are accepting walk in covid test I scheduled mine days ahead for you show up a little bit early and you refuse to do it while nobody else is in line and hardly anybody in the store at all. Asked you what the difference since nobody else was there youre only robotic minimal employee response is we dont do it yet. Well Im not sure if the government is paying you to do these tests or not and it doesnt matter to a large company like this but Im not gonna wait around to get the test so thats one small amount of money youre not gonna be getting.
Jeramy is wonderful. I like to see him! He is efficient and professional. This place is perfect.
So organized and clean. Great management 👏
So far after about 5 months, the service I received there is good. I was with the other BIG store across town, WM, they thought that their opinions were more valid regarding my prescriptions, than my Doctor of a large medical system that has been here since dirt was created, therefore they wouldnt fill one of my scripts. CVS has filled all of my scripts on time every time. With the exception of one man there all the people in the pharmacy are personable, and helpful. Im not sure what his issue is, but it is what it is. I like the way the complete information is printed on the bottles. I recommend CVS over any of the others, so far.
They don’t have many of the vitamins in the store that they claim they have online. Incompetency. Never shopping there again.
Jeremy in the pharmacy is so very rude. There is no reason to be instantly rude to customers who are trying to get medicine. Whether he’s just having a bad day or not, it’s very unprofessional.
Good place to shop was not to busy
I love my CVS where I recently moved from. This one will never give you an honest straight answer. They act agitated you have questions about medications. A lot of people are moving into the area and they seem to not be able to handle it. Although the one I used in Houston was a lot busier they handled themselves professionally with same amount of staff.
The front end Cashier Janice works here and makes every visit amazing. She’s so friendly and kind and a very sweet lady who makes me feel welcomed as a customer. Sometimes I stop by to buy anything fromThis store because she brightens my day when I interact with her! Janice deserves a raise!
Had them refuse a flu shot to me because it would have taken a few minutes past time when the pharmacy closed. And even though Im no longer seeing a particular doctor I get phone calls from them every other week asking do I want them to call the doctor to approve refills. Nope being rude is one thing being rude and annoying is a good reason to find a new Pharmacy
Good place to shop
I generally love CVS, and I have gotten my prescriptions at their pharmacies for years. I moved to Tyler 3 months ago, and I keep hoping that what I experience is going to stop. So far it has not. I always call ahead for my prescription. They tell me itll take about an hour to fill which is already unusual. Ive been to many a CVS pharmacy, and the wait is rarely more than 30 minutes. I show up 2-3 hours after my call, and they tell me I have to wait another 20 or 30 minutes. About 50% of the time, it is actually ready in 30 minutes.Overall, slowest CVS Ive ever been to which is somewhat annoying but especially when I have classes I need go get to and Im given a time and the other party does not follow through. If youre looking for a CVS there are different ones in Tyler.
I would encourage management to look at these pharmacy reviews, even though I’m sure they will not. Our family has had the same poor service from this location since we had to begin using them. Prescriptions not filled correctly, constant reminder calls to “refill” right after the prescrip was picked up. Nothing has been easy. Their cutormer’s health should be of utmost importance to them and clearly it is NOT!
Waiting for another 20 minutes after waiting for an hour because the pharmacist put my prescriptions on hold because of HIS concern that I was taking both. First of all, I have been on these meds for several years. Second, it’s not HIS place to question what MY DOCTOR prescribes. Will be changing pharmacies.
Went into this location tonight to pick up a prescription for my mother. Her regular cvs didnt have the meds so her script was sent here. when I went in to get it the pharm tech looked it up and said it was in the canton store. When I explained that it they didnt have her med at this time it was sent there. He basicly told me I had no idea what I was talking about and even if it was that they didnt have enough to fill it anyway so piss off.
Went to buy some things. Love CVS by the way but 2 stars because as I walked in, there was an older lady (50-60yrs) cashier being rude to a few customers. She was really loud talking about their coupons, while she had a line of people. The customers seemed really embarrassed when she scolded them. I had to get out of line to walk around so I wouldnt hear her. I did ask her a question and she did answer it without attitude. Maybeit was the coupon thing that got her angry, but anyways that is no way to talk to customers and to seriously get mad and tell them that they did it wrong. Thank goodness another cashier took her spot to check me out. She was GREAT by the way (Victoria). She reminded me about my 40% off coupon and I used it .
Great people. I needed something done they jumped on it(pharmacy). Front desk person was awesome. They followed all of the HIPPA rules. They are awesome. Love this place, plus its close to home.
The slowest drive thru ever
This gets a three as this is just like your every day store. Didnt go over the bar nor under the bar. I didnt need to use the pharmacy but needed some asprin and a beverage. Sales clerks was nice.
As previous ratings show, I am not the only one to receive terrible customer service from the pharmacy staff.
Pharmacy staff completely incompetent. You drop off prescriptions they tell you to pick up in 1 hour so you go to pick up and you wait another 30 minuets to an hour because they can not seem to get it together. They are rude when you ask questions as to why your stuff is not ready .Yea they apologize but this has been going on now with them for over a year that I have had to use them. I have had a rude women even yell out the drive threw window at me while I was driving off. All I wanted was two receipts seeing she charged both to a credit card when I told her before hand that they were two separate orders to two different people with different address and names. Needless to say Escripts and Walmart are so much better.
Poor customer service, slow, not friendly
Taking my business elsewhere. Consistently slow, and seem to be overworked. Also, They refuse to update my wifes insurance information, so every time I go in it is like pulling teeth to change it to what it is supposed to be.
Clint is great. He makes me laugh and so happy every time I go in ☺☺☺
Ridiculous
Friendly service!
