This Big Lots was wonderful. I had just moved from Florida and was looking for a specific dining set. At first, the store did not have the full set, but Kerry was amazing and managed to find the whole set for me. He was very kind and helpful. That man deserves a raise! Nothing but the best! Highly recommend this location!

Enjoy shopping at this location. Its smaller than the other in town but usually stocked nicely. Got this cute sloth plant hanger!

Update - Only half of the cedar pergola ever arrived. Had to get my money back; they never found it and its a seasonal store so they didnt have anymore. Had to take away one star but I still like the store.Old review - I cant always get past the fact its a discount store. However, when I do find quality stuff, I am amazed at the price. Bought a cedar pergola today!

This is one of 2 Big Lots in our area. Although the outside of the store has been remodeled and looks great, the inside of the store is not only old but it’s always in complete disarray and always very dirty. With that being said, the do have some decent medium grade furniture at good prices and a lot of holiday and home decorations. This isn’t a terrible store, just a dirty store.

Had not been in big lots in a few mouths and it was great.

The store I went to was smaller than I expected. I thought it was mostly a furniture retailer but, yo my pleasant surprise, there is a very wide range of products ranging from furniture to clothing, kitchen ware, so much more. I thought the prices were very reasonable and Ill definately go back.

Purchased a bed. The girl that helped me was very accommodating, knowledgeable, nice. Found frame at other Big Lots. Saving money to go back and get recliner. Very comfortable furniture

There are good bargains if you look around. I got some short dated cereal for only $0.62 per box. Thats great for my family of six.

Poorly staffed. Unable to assist us with furniture and bedding. We had to go to another store.

Great for finding inexpensive yet quality items for your home. Inside and outside. I went there just to buy a bath mat and left spending over $115. Its easy to do because you find some awesome things there and the prices are great. Go to Big Lots. You will definitely find some cool stuffs to buy! Happy Shopping!!

This is one of the best Big Lots I have been in, so clean and very well organized

I like the store and value. I also think what they did to make the outside of the store is great and a welcomed improvement. Today however I had to use the restroom. The door to the mens room is broken and will not shut all the way. The walls and the door its self was so dirty I feared to touch it to open the door or to turn on the light. Not sure what the black stuff is around the bottom of the wall and floor but it did not look good. One toilet has the wrong size seat and the other is very old and dirty. One stall ran out of toilet paper. I did find soap and a paper towels. When I came out of the restroom I noticed that the store is dirty and I found myself in doubt of the food quality. I like the prices and enjoy shopping at Big Lots because it is fun to discover new deals. However this visit to the restroom was very disappointing.

Didnt have what I was looking for

The staff was really great and managed to work with our big order between two different stores. They were very helpful with helping us find just what we needed.

I found so many good savings deals. I also found items that are not being sold in stores where I live. The prices were excellent with large and varied selections.

Priscilla was the lady who checked me out. She counted my $ and I gave her $2.00 too much so she gave it back. I just wanted to commend her for her honesty. Thanks Big Lots for hiring such honest people in Tyler, Texas.

The renovated building is on fleek! The inside of the store still needs work! The variety is good, but I prefer the one on South Broadway in the French Quarter. It has really nice furniture and larger selection of house wares.
