Sandra the front cashier black lady was wonderful and courteous.Jennifer Gonzalez where do you work?Youre seriously making fun of someone for having a job in a low end store that you shop at when half the country is maxing out unemployment benefits?

I really do like these stores, but, this one was not very clean, shelves were empty, an of course lots of people an only one checker, but she was a happy an very sweet young lady, which to me made my trip not seem so bad!

This is a good Dollar Tree store. Today the store was very busy and the shelves were low on stock. But as always the staff at this store suroasses any staff at the other stores that I shop at..they are always helpful, courteous, and friendly! TWO THUMBS UP FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES 💕

Love the Dollar tree. This store is one of the larger ones in Tyler. It is usually very clean and well stocked. Its great for gifts or decorating for a holiday or special occasions. Also a great place to get everyday things too.

The front cashier was making rude comments about a lady that was having a hard time speaking Spanish, right infront of me, she was saying that the lady “was speaking funny” saying most people dont speak english anymore. I hope that black lady gets fired if not i will go into further action my self. Shes Already working in a self low store making minimum wage and talking about hispanic people like cmon.

I like that they are getting better stiff but everything is supposed to be a dollar. So ....

Store is fairly clean and organized in comparison to other locations. Obviously the price is nice. Generally the quality is fairly good for the price depending on the item. But the staff is friendly and helpful at this location, which puts it above the other locations in my book.

Quick and easy in and out transaction

The workers here are just rude. There was a old guy following me and my children around. Then my kids were looking for toys and he got in our faces and told us to pay for the toys they grabbed on. I asked him why if they are not broken or anything and he told us to leave. We will never come to this store again....

The employees were very, nice, even helped me find something I was looking for that I couldnt find!! Very respectful and courteous. I really enjoyed this visit to dollar tree!!!!!

You can find a lot of neat things for only a buck. They have from food to toys to gardening to electronics party supply and beauty...definitely a place you have to stop by.

Yes, the store is always a disaster, but lets be honest about the cause of the mess: THE CUSTOMERS. Shout out to Matthew, Store Manager, who helped me track down an online order, followed up with me and was professional throughout our interaction!

Went there 6 months ago and cashier was very rude, she told me that I had to take my 5 items out the basket and I did, the told me I have to put basket back where I picked up and I told her that I never was asked before to do that since I have been a shopper at dollar tree for many years and she never asked anybody before me to do so, then she went off on me and I told her that maybe I looked too mexican to her and told her that I will talk to manager and she said that it was ok because her manager liked her anyway. I have to go to another dollar tree away from my house ever since. So today I decided to go back to this store and as the cashier was ringing up my items she was staring at me with disgust then she tells me “do you know everything is a dollar right “ the I said yes I don’t know why you asked me that and here with go again she going off at me. Well dollar tree is a good store to go to but this employees at this store are so rude and unprofessional even though the manager was there in front of her.

The food selection is great but the craft section was a bit small. Dirt Cheap has dollar tree beat on arts and crafts. The laundry soap and fabric softener I use was heavily stocked. Otherwise its your same usual Dollar Tree.

This store is always dirty no organized not a good shopping experience like your other stores this store on highway 64 in Tyler is a disaster.

I wish i could say good things about this store....i use to love going here becasue its so cheap but id rather drive all the way to the one on broadway because the workers there are nice. the employees at this one are so rude and disrespectful... if they have an issue with you they sit there and you can hear them talking crap about you. especially the fat one with the face tattoo. shes ;lucky i had kids with me or her sorry rude ass would have been laid out. sucks people like these ones work in a retail and have poor skills. should deffanitly think about hiring some new people.

The A/C is not working. AGAIN !!! There is one fan and it doesnt cover any of the cashiers working the registers, they sweating more than the customers....because WE can leave!
